I went here Mother's Day Weekend on a Saturday. This was my first time patronizing this location…read moreand I will say that it is an experience I will not forget anytime soon. I called the day before to schedule an appointment and the guy who answered the phone was very professional, took my name and helped me work out a time that was best for me and my mother to come in the next day. The next day when I arrived, we were quickly ushered to sit in our chairs (for a pedicure) and even given water as we were able to enjoy the massage chairs. The staff doing our pedicures were very friendly and attentive to doing exactly what we requested. The aesthetics of this shop is very pleasing as the shop itself is clean, neat and orderly. They also have a myriad of options for nail polish colors. I ended up selecting a gel nail polish, which at the time of writing this review, a month later, is still intact on my toe nails. (I know - I need another pedicure soon. lol) I will say the price was a little bit costly compared to other places I have been, however, that may be because we selected one of the highest packages. Either way, my mother enjoyed the shop and even upon leaving the guy at the register, welcomed us to come back by giving us a 10% off our next service coupon. I will say due to the friendly staff, the clean environment and all of the safety protocols that they take to make sure that you get a clean experience, I would definitely visit the shop again. It's definitely worth the visit.

First time pedicure, making me into a long time customer…read more Look I have never been one to get a pedicure and honestly that is my lost for not getting one until now. I thought taking care of my feet wasn't a manly thing but that crazy thought process has prevented me from getting a pedicure until now. I am glad to be enlightened! Location: Off of Bond and Elk Grove Florin. It is not the biggest parking lot but it is generally isn't that busy. The interior is nice, clean and spacious. Very nail salon vibey but I like that Service: Staff was extremely friendly. The owners are very friendly and talkative. Really enjoyed the staff as they made me feel like long time customers Defintely worth checking out. Service was quick and happy with the results!

My favorite nail shop in Elk Grove…read more I'm here at least 1-2x a month for manicures and pedicures. I typically get hard gel and a spa pedicure. The spa pedicure includes the paraffin- which is a must for me. Every person that has done my nails have been incredible beyond words. What I really appreciate? They're probably the best prices Elk Grove has to offer for the quality you get. Making an appointment is easy- I always call about 30-60 mins before I arrive and rarely had an issue. Parking is nice and I love stopping by the Nugget after for a quick lunch. I will say, my only negative is that I wish I was consistently offered something to drink. Sometimes, it's not offered. For me, my pedicure and manicure experience includes mimosas. It's my monthly treat and I'm not brave enough to ask for it unless they're taking a drink order. Some of the artists are reallllllly great about asking and some don't. It's not a deal breaker for me though.

When I sat down the women asked if I wanted gel and not having had that before I asked what that was compared to acrylic. Instead of explaining she got up and got the nails and began sizing them. I figured it was more or less the same since she didn't say anything else. I also assumed it was around the same price. Nope! Not only was this nothing like acrylic and what I believe not done well at all, it was triple what a full set might have cost. That was an absolute shock when I went to pay. I wasn't really happy with the quality of the work done once I got home and researched what a gel set was and supposed to look like and not to my surprise my concerns were valid. So I called and was asked to come back so they could make it right only to be told once there that this is normal and when my nails grow out the gap will close. She showed me her set and they were absolutely nothing like mine and honestly what I would have expected mine to look like and I said that to her and she told me it's because her nails have grown out and now the gap has closed. That logic isn't lining up for me and I didn't want to keep going round and round. I stated at least three times I didn't like it and it's not what I wanted, but she only said they could fix if a nail broke or came off. Now on vacation, I am having to scrap and dig sand, lotion and food out of the gap between each of my nail and the poorly applied fake nail that is way to big for my nail bed but was glued on anyway. My hair is getting stuck In between and pulling it out. It's like I have press on nails done by a toddler. Very frustrating to have paid so much and now having so many problems with them. This is so disgusting, I don't know why anyone would pay for this if this is the correct way to have them done.

Definitely had to stop by this beautiful spa that just opened this month!…read more My first visit was for the Grand Opening and I truly enjoyed myself. Professional staff, Beautiful ambiance, Immaculate service and Great location. During my time there, I decided to get my FIRST ever underarm waxing (I usually shave or Nair). While I have waxed other body parts, I was a little apprehensive. A gal name Isabel completed the service. I explained to her that this was my first time and she was so gentle, very careful and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I am extremely happy how it turned out. I am a forever armpit waxer from now on :) I won one of the raffle prizes for a mani-pedi during the grand opening and booking an appointment was quick and easy. Came back to get my mani-pedi and again admired their chic decor. The owner is extremely sweet and immediately greeted me with a smile. She also offered me a mimosa which was a really nice touch. Nail Tech Zuri did my pedicure and she was uber sweet, funny and did a great job. The laid-back vibe and friendly nature of the owner and staff add to the whole experience. I must say that I was very pleased with my luxe treatment and left pleasantly happy and relaxed. I believe they're offering a % off of all services during their soft opening which I'm sure won't last long!

I had messaged her the day before to set an appointment and she was able to squeeze him in the very next day.
