Went in to take off old nails and put new ones. Friendly staff, the lady did exactly what I asked for. I will be going back for sure.

Came from out of town to this amazing place recommend this place to everyone . Very good service …read more and very nice

This salon is very posh and luxurious looking, and screams "Total Spa Experience" but unfortunately…read morethe service is anything but!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I brought my elderly mother here for a relaxing spa day and some pampering after she had recently undergone major surgery. We were looking forward to a pleasant and enjoyable experience together, but that is not what we received. From the beginning, the staff was rude (eye rolling, whispering) and seemed more focused on rushing and upselling services than listening to what we actually wanted. We felt pressured to choose gel polish on my mother's pedicure despite clearly stating our preferences. When I say pressured it was to the point of arguing for plain polish. After filing, I noticed the tech was about to place acrylic over the old dip powder. I specifically requested that my existing dip powder be soaked off and replaced with a new dip powder. Once I requested this, the technician became very agitated. I asked for pink and white powder dip, but my request was ignored and acrylic was applied instead! The white was painted on with gel polish and at this point I was done arguing. I know this will not wear well. When we left, my hands were still covered in the acetone from soaking my nails (see picture). I have never left a salon without being offered a hot towel and lotion. What concerns me most is that there were three of us in our group, and two of us left with nicks and cuts on our fingers and toes from the service. This is unacceptable under any circumstances, but it was especially concerning for my mother given that she is elderly and recovering from major surgery. Proper care, cleanliness, and attention to client safety should be a basic standard at any salon. What should have been a special day of relaxation and pampering turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. We did not feel listened to, respected, or well cared for. Between the poor communication, pressure to purchase services we did not want, failure to provide the requested service, and the cuts we received, I cannot recommend this salon and will not be returning.

Unprofessional nail services and messy results. I was out of town and picked this place based on it…read morehaving higher reviews than some other nail salons in the area. I've been to many nail salons all over the country in several cities and never had a service experience like this. They were rearranging things and disorganized when I walked in. First my nail tech said they had no color samples for me to look at at all, which I've never heard of.. then her coworker corrected her and went to a closet to get some. They pulled all of the selection and set of tools that didn't look very clean and things for my gel manicure from the closet. There was no bowl to soak my hands in prior to having cuticles trimmed or anything done. She did not remove the cuticles entirely at all and continually said "let me know if any of this hurts!" Which..that in and of itself should be a phrase you hear from your doctor when having an IUD inserted, not at a nail salon having your cuticles removed. That's extremely concerning to hear as a client looking for a relaxing day at the spa... She asked if I wanted another coat of paint. I did because it was a light color and see through. Then it became very messy. She tried to clean up the dried mess with cuticle trimmers and chipped some of the paint on one nail. Then asked if she could do that nail over again, which I told her I did not have time for. She continued to try and remove the dried paint, which any professional should actually remove prior to every coat being cured under the light. When I said "actually this is looking kind of messy and isn't the most professional service I've had, but I don't have time to start over. It's not an attack on you just the service." she immediately burst into tears, which, I can't imagine if I had not said that so politely what she would have done... She began hyperventilating and a coworker had to rush over with water... which seems incredibly dramatic for me politely letting her know I was not happy with the service but that it wasn't an attack on her. A reaction to feedback/criticism like that from a polite customer should not send a technician into a distraught state so bad they hyperventilate in front of me the customer... I'm not sure if she's overworked or going through a lot but I hope she takes time off and can be more professional when she returns or something.. that was a mess The coworker then asked if I wanted any water too...? A strange thing to ask... but I'm sure she didn't know what to do. I politely said "I am going to head out actually and I will not be paying for this service. Thank you"

I trusted their professional judgment, but they used a metal, cheese-grater-like foot file on that area, which was extremely painful. After the appointment, I looked into Colorado regulations and became concerned because I believe the tool and technique used may not be permitted under state cosmetology rules. I feel my concerns about the sensitive area should have been taken more seriously, and I should have been informed before something that painful was done. The polish application was also disappointing. My toenails looked sloppy and did not have the clean, professional finish I expected from a pedicure. Overall, I left feeling unhappy with the quality of the service and the level of care I received. I won't be returning.
