I'd give 5 but walking in the door I'm never greeted with a welcome in or smile. However the techs have been amazing. My nails look great and feel good when I leave. My favorite part about going is how peaceful it is in there. I've gone in 3 times over the last 3 months and the service as been consistent. We should've listened to the reviews, but I know that sometimes good reviews aren't as easily posted as the bad ones. Do not make the same mistake!! Make the drive to the other salons here in Pueblo. The techs put very little effort into me and my groups pedicures. I think they sat and talked bad about those around more than they actually paid attention to what they were doing. Update: one nail broke because of how thin the acrylic was and another got a bubble. This is 3 days only! STAY AWAY! This place is a revolving door and they only care about money. The quality is poor, the products that they use are cheap, and they do not sanitize anything after you are done with your service. They think using a plastic liner will be sufficient enough but they dont wash down the foot rests or the actual chair for the pedicure chairs. The pedicures are completed in 20minutes or less. The "sugar scrub" they use is literally an oil type lotion, not the course sugar scrub that a good quality salon uses. The nails, forget it. I've seen nails done is expensive places and cheap places and these for what they're charging are a scam. They use the cheapest nails you can buy, their selection of gel is laughable, and you will be rushed during your service. I honestly feel bad for the techs because they're literally overbooking, accepting walk ins, and having them overlap on services. Never once did I see a tech wipe down their "station" after a set was done, they do not sanitize anything, at all! We had appts and it took us over 2 hours to get a pedi abs ONE full set. We got the pedi done in 20m then sat there waiting for a tech, the guy at the front door was taking everyone but us to the techs. A mom and 3 girls walked in after my pedi was done and whilst I was waiting in the chair and he took us to sit down and 20m later he escorts them to some techs. Like I said, all about money. I got my set and it was terrible. I felt bad because I know the tech was rushing because the front door guy did not turn anyone down. At the end, I was not happy, at all. The tech apologized profusely but his work was bad. It was clumpy, uneven, messy, and very novice. He did not know how to draw a flower, and suggested Christmas but that is not what I wanted. He tried to put some child like stickers on my nails and I just said forget it. I told the front desk man and he apologized and said I could come back the next day to "fix" them. I was so upset, we paid $155 for 2 gel pedis and 1 set and he didn't even give us a receipt. At first I declined the "fix" but as I kept looking at my nails I kept getting more and more livid. I called and scheduled a 9am to fix them and I asked, EXPLICITLY, do you have any techs who can draw flowers? "Yes we do, but you would have to pay $5 extra per nail" not a problem I just want this set redone and flowers. Ok, booked. Next day comes and they seat me with another tech who cannot do flowers, and come to find out, none of them can.... I ask them to remove my pos nails and refund me. Of course he calls the owner and the owner states, "all sales final" though there is NO SIGNAGE that states that. My mom ended up just getting her nails done with another tech and using the $55 they charged. They look like shit and already cracked ONE DAY LATER. I saw no nail technician license anywhere, so who even knows if they're licensed by DORA. This place is a shit with sprinkles on it. Save your money,and go some place else. If you think these are good nails, I suggest you look on TikTok or Google because these ain't it. read more

I've heard so many great things about this place, but unfortunately after today I won't be a returning customer! My mom was first up & as soon as we sat down the lady (Nancy) had a horrible attitude towards my mom, we brushed it off because we know people have bad days, so my mom began to tell her how she wanted her nails done, this lady (Nancy) yelled at my mom in front of costumers and the owner, she then through my moms hands around saying she was "too stiff" & overall did a VERY POOR job. We are 2nd hand embarrassed! I really wanted to like this salon. The tech was very nice and polite but the quality of my nails were very poor. They were lumpy and uneven. The shape wasn't want I asked for and unfortunately I had to go to a different salon to have them fixed. I will NEVER spend another penny in this salon! The girl who does the lashes, Tiffany, never smiles and walks around with the most sour look on her face! I had a nail appointment scheduled for last Sunday with Hannah and the salon never called to tell me she had called in sick. As if that wasn't enough, I had an appointment for lash extensions with Tiffany, because she's their only lash tech. I arrived on time for my appointment and the told me I had canceled my appointment and she had already left the salon to go to Colorado Springs! Now I'm left scrambling because I have a business trip to leave for on Monday. Hannah is the only friendly nail tech, but after two mess ups on their part, I will be taking my business elsewhere! Michelle was the nail tech who did my nails and was rude when talking to me, my nails are shaped absolutely horrible and I literally just wanted to cry when I left. Just got done with my first nail appointment in Pueblo at this location. My nail tech was Michelle. She complained about my tremor the entire time and I gave her a reference photo one time she said that she had it and this what I am left with. The colors are wrong, the hearts are wrong, when I spoke up about it she didn't respond. Paid $90 for something I don't even want. The hearts or different sizes and are very splotchy and messy and the color on the base nail colors don't even go across the entire nail. read more

I have been to many salons to find the right one. I have had my nails done when they took 2+ hours and have had my cuticles cut so much they bled. I now go to Michelle at May Nail Spa and have never had a bad experience. She is great and my nails always look perfect. She has many years of experience and I now schedule my appointments with only her. It is a busy salon but I typically do not wait more than a few minutes. I would recommend this nail salon.
