I come in and there was a 2 hour wait for a gel manicure.... with plenty of empty chairs and nobody waiting besides me and another lady, they should make sure they have enough workers. Specially on a Saturday afternoon. I am very disappointed because i looked them up and saw that this spot has a lot of great reviews, i was looking forward to it that is for sure. sadly the failure to accommodate sent me packing and i will probably never come back here. the nice thing was that the person who greeted me and told me that they had no availability, gave me a little gift bag and a 10% discount card for my next visit for the trouble of coming here and not being able to be seen, that gesture means the word because it shows that they do care for the customer and i am pretty sure that they would never be turning ppl away if they could do something else. ultimately for me though even with this amazing gesture i will not come back here, i am a busy gal and i love to be able to get to a place that can keep up with how busy life is now a days, in the digital era we can do much more stuff in much less time, and being able to multi task and figure out ways to move with the pace is important for all of us. as i said, i did appreciate their gesture and if you have the patience and the time, go take a look and check them out as i saw pretty amazing reviews. and whenever you go some time let me know how it went.

I've been trying different places for the past two years and I just wasn't impressed with the quality of work. I'm glad that I turned to the guidance of my fellow yelpers! They steered me in the right direction! I was a bit leary of the 5 STAR review at first. It's very rare that a place with such amazing reviews actually lives up to it's high rating! I called in the morning and was delighted to be able to get an appointment for this afternoon! I went in for a regular pedi and a gel french tip mani with a design. Trisha was the lovely nail tech that provided my services. Wow! I don't say this very often but I was more than impressed with her work! Not only was she very skilled and talented with her work, she was also very friendly and a pleasure to be around. I can happily say that I have finally found my new nail place! There were other miscommunication issues, such as not having the technician I made an appointment with, shaping, diluting the jelly pedicure immediately and trying to put a tip on my toe nails.
