This was my second visit to this nail shop. Now before I begin, let me start off by saying my first visit here was amazing. I was greeted when I first walked in, offered something to drink, showed the woman who did my nails (T was her name) a picture of what I wanted and she articulated perfectly. I left very satisfied, the reason why I came again. I made an appointment for a pedicure and a full set. Got there, sat in the chair and like before, I showed her a picture of what I wanted. As she was putting the acrylic powder on my nails I noticed how thick they were looking. So before she continued I asked if she was going to even them out and she told me yes. Well...she didn't, my nails were so thick. I asked for a square/oval shape and I guess that was too much to ask for because she spent about 45 minutes just shaping them and still messed up on one hand. Overall, I sat in the chair for about 2 hours to get a full set of acrylics. I decided to not receive a pedicure here because the young girl they had servicing them looked as if she didn't know what she was doing at all. Also, there were ants all over the floor and before I began to get my nails done a guy came in to fix the pedicure bowls because something was wrong with them and at that point, I was honestly worried about the cleanliness of the salon. Oh and the maximum occupancy of this salon is 9 people so just imagine how many cramped and small the salon is. Needless to say, I left very unhappy. Small, quiet friendly nail shop. I was able to walk right and be serviced. Alvin was very polite with making sure I received what I wanted. He asked what I wanted and what colors and provided me with photos for selection. T did my nails. She was precise and took her time. She did a nice design that made my nails look amazing. I have been looking for a local nail salon and this place came up as a suggestion... I took a chance based on the photos posted and I was definitely pleased! I found a new go-to spot. I went after a workday, which is great because they're open late. The gentleman that helped me was very detail-oriented and I had A LOT of questions since I normally do shellac only and wanted to try something new. He was informative and made sure I liked everything as he worked! I would definitely recommend and will be returning. I went in Friday 03/08/2019. I asked for a few different pictures after deciding on one I liked that a younger guy said he could do. I wanted a fill at first but he told me I couldn't do that because the picture I had needed to be powder so I would need a new set. Fine, we did that. As he's doing my nails he kept filing down too much because it kind if started to burn my nails a bit. I told him a few times but still wasnt bothered because he seemed to be trying to do a decent job. While he was doing them I noticed they were looking a little funny and my pinky nail kept lifting and I told him so he added more glue but it still kept lifting. I asked him about 3 times if he was sure that nail wouldn't bresk because I had an event to go to on Sunday. He said no it was fine. I asked him while doing ny nails if they would look nicer at the end because they looked weird and he said yes they would look better once it was all complete. I wanted to keep my nail length and he filed them so much they are now brittle and broken when they were long. When all was said and done I did not like how my nails came out, because thry were not what I asked for and a but thick. I told him if I could come back Sunday for my refund or to change them and he said yes. I still tipped him as a courtesy. The nails were so ugly I cried and I TOOK THEM OFF MYSELF!! IM NOT A CUSTOMER TO WANT MY REFUND AND STILL KEEP THE NAILS ON. I TOOK THEM OFF THE SAME NIGHT. THAT'S HOW BAD I DID NOT LIKE THEM. I went back the next day after work to ask fot my refund which they denied and said I never said I didn't like them. All 3 workes refused to give me my refund and they started harrasing me. I told them I would call the cops if they didn't give me my refund and they said GO AHEAD! So I threw some stuff from there counter on the floor and I CALLED THE COPS! The guy who did my nails stood behind my car as the chinese lady was cussing me out saying FUCK YOU! I called the cops, waited, and explained what happened and they told me that was the second time THAT DAY they were called there and for me to just be better off at another salon. The cops did not even give me a ticket. After I walked outside the guy who did my nails was blocking me from leaving and one of the ladies came out and continued to cuss at me all because I did not like my nails. I told the guy to get the F away from my car, because I called the cops I wasn't leaving but I still did not want him around my car with the lady harrasing me too. I only went here because my friend has been a loyal customer to Tee, the owner, since it opened! The guy even told another customer that Tee works at another salon and to message her on Facebook to see what salon she's at now. My friend pays $55 for a full set AND I PAID $67 PLUS A TIP!!!!!!!!! WORSE PLACE EVER. DO NOT COME HERE. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND OR FIX MY NAILS!! read more

I went here on February 4 I went at 7pm close at 8 they had a people doing there nails and I didn't mind that i was looking for what color to do my nails and they finally got me and I was a men who was going to do my nails he was the only guy in the salon well he put on fake nails on me and he tell me the prices of how long I want them and I told 50 and then he was about to put the color I stop him and told him that I would like to have long nails please ans I didn't care for the price I'm going to pay either way so I wanted long nails and he tell me you what I'm tired.... and I can't do this and he take off my pinky nails and then I tell him it ok just do them like that no problem but he said no get out of here don't came back no more.... wow I wasn't being rude to him I was respectful tell him it ok if you don't want to do them long I just want my nails then but when said that I literally wanted to cry so I respect he said to leave I will leave and NEVER come back here .... horrible customer service read more

I tried to give this shop the benefit of the doubt but they definitely disappointed me. some may have better experiences but this place is not for me. There are definitely better nail shops out there. first, when we came in, they automatically started doing my friends nails & I was going to go afterwards & they told me I was next but some ladies showed up & the guy told me i have to wait now bc they had an appointment. So I was just going to get a my toes done, so I got them clipped, filed, etc but after that, the person stopped working on my toes. I guess she only files & clips? I walked in and was greeted right away. They told me there was going to be a 10 minute wait which was perfectly fine. They let me sit at the nail station while I waited. I asked if I could plug my phone in somewhere and the nice lady went and got me a long cord of her own so it can reach me. She also gave me books full of pictures with nails with the price next to it. I loved this cause you are able to see what you can do with your budget! The lady named Tee did my nails, she was very nice and shaped my nails perfectly. They came out even better than I wanted! Great service! So nice. This new set was $52. He was doing such a bad job so just asked how much it'd cost to take them off.. I was already done with this place. He told someone else to do them & gave me attitude. I have come to this salon several times and I must say this will be the ONLY nail salon I'll ever go too. I fall in love with the end result of my nails every single time. They always have a good mixture of feel good music and the nail technicians are all very good at what they do. Today I went in after a very bad day and I left feeling very happy. I always have good conversation with the nail technicians, especially the lady with the long pretty nails. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Giving 2 stars since he took $5 off the service and they were nice people. I Came in only wanting dip on my nails, they said they were "too short" so I said ok add a tip. The nails were super clumpy and ugly in process so I asked him to get a different powder color this is clumping. he ignored me, drilled the dip down, applied ACRYLIC and topped that with SHELLAC. when I left my nails looked like actual cement. it was sooo ugly, thick and had no shape. Super gross. He couldn't even shape it nice. It was embarrassing. He still charged me $45 it should've been removed and free. I didn't want to argue but just avoid this place. I'm updating this after my most recent visit, I went in for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The man who did both services seemed to be in a rush, when I got in they set my nails to soak, which I thought was weird since my nails were completely bare, but I went with it. When the guy came back he asked if everything had come off, to which I responded that there was nothing on my nails before...he looked confused but then realized that I had nothing previously on my nails. He started the shellac manicure and was very messy about it, the polish looked streaky in some areas & heavy in others. In the end I didn't like the end result cause it looked terrible. The man informed me that it looked that way because my nails had ridges in them from previously taking off acrylic nails. I thought this was weird as I've had shellac after acrylics before and I've never had that issue, not to mention, if he knew that the shellac wasn't going to "sit well" as he put it, he could've informed me before the service. In the end he convinced me to do the dip powder instead, which then meant taking off the shellac to start over. The powder looks ok, but there's white spots underneath where the dust from him smoothing them was never wiped off, so the dust stayed under the top coat. I also asked for a matte top coat, which I was informed would be an extra $5, I'm 3 days out from my manicure and the $5 top coat has completely peeled off. Now, I'm not sure if the dip can crack or what, but I have cracks in the color now...3 days after I got this done. Then, my pedicure, again the nail polish came out thick in some parts, just overall a very rushed job. I don't think I'll be visiting again, I was very disappointed in the level of service and the quality of the work. Not to mention, they charged me an additional $10 for the initial shellac polish that could have been bypassed had he communicated his concerns. read more
