Their pricing is comparable to other salons and if you ask them pricing up front, they are very transparent. You can also bring in photos you see on Pinterest and they'll know the color almost immediately. They have even done sample nails so you can see the color. They're really great!

Instead they gave me the basic pedicure and didn't do any of the extra stuff included in the higher priced pedicure. They used the grater for your heals for less than 10 second per foot, rinsed my feet and put one squirt of lotion on my legs then started painting my toes. The entire thing took 20 She didn't leave my toes under the light long enough for the polish to cure and the next day my toes were completely smudged and the polish bubbling. My manicure was rushed as well. Only one coat of gel polish was used and they used their fingers to rub on the chrome. They didn't cut my cuticles either but used the drill instead which made my nails so thin they hurt while under the lamp. The manicure took 15 minutes. The next day the design and chrome started to chip off my fingernails. This place used to be so good but now they rush everyone out as fast as possible. A $80 pedicure and a $60 manicure completely wasted.

Then while I had my eyes closed to just relax she painted my nails. She used the wrong color on my ring fingers!! I told her again what number it is supposed to be, she said, " I'll fix it". She ended up putting the right polish over the other. It didn't look like it should of at all. I was giving my daughter "looks" constantly and just let her finish. She massaged my hands and arms with lotion and oil, squeezing my fingers together, which felt like I was cutting myself since filed everywhere but the sharp corners.
