I love it here!! I've been coming once a year for a pedicure for myself but recently I brought my boyfriend and now we BOTH love it here. They are so welcoming and patient with us. We first met Kevin & Nick and they took care of us during our pedicures, cleaned up our toes so well. The recent time we came in, we decided to get mani/pedi. Jaden and Kevin took care of us during our pedi. Our feet looked and felt good! Jaden also did my bf's manicures, which look so good!! I was driving down the street with my feet in sandals, although they were not summer ready. I pulled over to a place that I had not seen before, a nail shop buried in the beauty of lattices and flowers off of Carson Street. When I walked in, only one person was getting a manicure, thus I sat for pedicure. They did a pretty good job, so I texed my friend who was coming and needed a pedicure, who texted her daughter who needed a pedicure. Then all three of us ended up getting a pedicure at the same time. That was two months ago. Now I'm back getting a pedicure, because I forgot they were here last month. Came for gel mani pedi. The old guy who did my nails giving him -1 if i could. Didn't soaked or clean or prep my nails prior applying new gel. Was a torture while he nipped the dry cuticle off my nails. End result came out ugly and uneven gel. I could do it better if i have tools my own. I don't think it's even the color i asked. Toes is okay i can tolerate. Uneven as well. Place is clean and organized, service needs an overall improvement. Paid $80 to be disappointed. This is my newly found nail shop! I love the pedicure package where you can pick two services that are included for example Services included in your pedicure. For example I picked callus remover and sugar scrub. They do your feet for one whole hour if you have the time. It's a very thorough pedicure. It's best if you make an appointment. I am so lucky each time I've called and was allowed to come in right away. Great find on Carson Street. Check them out. Clean professional. Prices are good. read more

The way Cindy took care of my Gel Mani was thorough and efficient. It is a nice location and the shop is pretty clean. It's not too noisy and the chairs are not old and broken down. It made the experience uncomfortable for both customers and employees. I don't see how the employees can work in those conditions. I've been coming here since it was owned by Tammy and with new owners and management I really wanted to like them but yesterday's terrible work and unfriendly employee named Mia has changed my mind. I came in to have my dipped manicure removed and replace with just gel and get a pedicure. Ana greeted me and sent a young lady named Mia who seemed moody and unfriendly and just ignored it because we all have bad days, right. I only learned her name when Ana started talking to me and seemed to be teaching her how to be friendly with customers - first of all you are in a customer service field and that's something that should be known. My complaint will take forever to write so here are key issues: 1. Unfriendly employee with an attitude. 2. Pedicure was done in a rush & no feet/leg massage was done. 3. Manicure: nail was not shaped properly and looks like a child did it - uneven! 4. She cut too deep in my cuticle on my right middle finger that I even reacted with an "ouch!" - no apology. 5. Gel polish is even worse and all over the sides of my fingers. I'll let my videos speak for itself. As for the final cost - $80?!? I swear every time I go here it's a higher fee. Sorry but not returning! To the new owners, you need to train your employees better and to make sure they know what & how to do things. read more

When he started my nails I introduced myself. He didn't say hi nice to meet you. I then said it would be nice if you would tell me your name and say hello. Went in for a pedicure. Literally sat in the chair for 15 minutes. The lady did the pedicure so fast, there weren't any other customers in there, no need to rush. She was rough and hurt me a couple times. It isn't the same nail service I used to get from the old nail salon that was here. Yesterday I went for just a removal off my dip manicure. I had broke a nail and didn't want to go to my regular nail shop so I just stopped at any place. I was greeted and after tell them what I wanted I was asked did I want a pedicure. I said no because I just don't allow anyone to do a pedicure. I sat down with a lady who looked at my hands and I believe they were telling her what I wanted in their language, I'm not sure if she understood but then the man said I can do it. I told him no because sometimes men can be ruff. Plus he already had another customer. The lady was gentle with the removal process and I was looking around like hey this could possibly be my new shop. But once I asked how much did I owe another lady said $15.00. I gave her my card and the owner hurried up and came over and said it will be $10.00 for removal and $10.00 for polish. I asked him even if I get clear polish he said yes. I said to myself well there's her tip. As I looked around I noticed that there was only 3 people in the nail shop on a Saturday so of course they are trying to get as much money as possible because they don't have enough customers. I've been coming to this location before the owners changed and I'm talking about over 10 years. I've noticed lately if you don't make an appointment this one guy has the worst attitude and then does your nails shitty because 4 of my acrylic nails popped off.. I took them off to just get a new set this time I had an appointment, same guy much nicer but all my nails just pop off sooo easily and I've never had that problem with acrylic nails. read more
