Tried this nail salon for the first time, and I'm so happy I did! The salon is clean and welcoming. They also offer a complimentary drink of your choice, which was a nice touch and made me feel pampered. My pedicure was nice, but my manicure was definitely the highlight. Pricing was different from what was quoted. I was charged $12 extra for gel polish on top of what the pedicure cost. French tip on my toes was crooked, so I asked the lady to fix it. The polish on my hands weren't smooth. The gentleman fixed one because it was closing time. I will not return. read more

I'm not one to leave any reviews but this place is just awful! They don't care about their customers and satisfying the customer. I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I requested a color from the options they offered and it didn't even match. Also, the color they have that's the "same" for reg and gel isn't the same. They look like 2 different colors. When I mentioned it to the tech, he didn't even bother to see if they had anything else that was close to the gel color. All he said was "If you want the same color, it has to be gel". Other employees came to talk to me and tell me that the color doesn't sit the same when it's regular vs gel because gel is thicker. I've never experienced this kind of service in my life. This is the only nail shop that doesn't have the same color for both gel and reg. read more

So clean and so fast. This nail salon was a vibe. They did a great job. It was my first time there and I was so impressed. There are a ton of pictures online and they have great reviews which ultimately led me there. Obviously I got designed so it was a little pricey, but it's probably about a little more than an average nail shop that may still do a good job, but if you expect cheaper, then don't go somewhere that is called Luxe nail and spa lounge. The name says it all. Will definitely be returning. read more

I have NEVER in my life had a worse pedicure experience. She barely spoke to me and was done in under 20 minutes. ALL my nails are crooked, she did ONE coat, didn't do a top coat??? And painted on my skin and left. The only nice thing about this place are the drinks...it's the least they could do. My friends had the same exact experience. A side note too, they made disgusting looks behind a bigger women's back while clearly talking about her (bc then all the workers turned around and looked at her). Please save yourself the time. I tried Luxe Nail for the first time last week. First impression was the space looks clean and welcoming. The staff is super nice. I was greeted and seated pretty quickly. I was treating myself for my birthday, so I decided to go with their VIP room/experience. Elizabeth gave me the best pedicure treatment and Van hooked up my mani. I was SUPER surprised when they brought out the birthday vibe haha. I recieved balloons and a birthday treat! I went home feeling pretty AND special. For a Thursday afternoon, no wait. Today's services were a gel mani, previous gel pedi removal, spa pedicure w/ gel, and underarm wax. In and out in less than an hour which was good since I was on a time crunch. I appreciated that Wendy took her time with my pedicure and it shows in her work. Tina, so far been my go to wax person. She's friendly and professional. Brandon and the front desk staff have been welcoming and helpful. I didn't catch my manicurist's name but he was able to address my initial concerns. I then noticed spots of uneven polish application after leaving the chair. Today's visit showed me that they really do care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay longer this visit for my manicure correction, but they reassured me that I can come back and they can fix it with no problem, which I greatly appreciate! read more

This place was nice they have whole menu of drinks that are complimentary. We did come in close to closing time and they didn't really rush to finish quick. But the lady that did my pedicure wasn't really paying attention to my request she just did the simple basic pedicure. Which I didn't want to correct her because we came in pretty late. Yesterday I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Honestly I would have given the service five stars as my gel manicure was really good and Crystal as always does an amazing job. But the guy who did my pedicure was honestly not good. I paid extra to ensure I get a good massage too during pedicure but he basically just rubbed lotion and oil on my feet and didn't even do the hot towel after which was included in my package I chose. This was the 4th time I've visited the salon and probably the worst pedicure experience I've had. I'm just glad Crystal was very nice and made sure I liked my manicure or I would have given the place 1 star this time for the service the guy provided. read more

Don't get me wrong this used to be my nail spot, but the lady was super rude the last time I came I just left. I always make an appointment yet always waited AT LEAST 30 mins to over an hour. I would get over charged every single time, $70 for a short white set NO designs (before tip as well). I never hated my nails it's just the service, have not returned since I believe Kim was super rude, speaking in a different language about me to the other nail technician. read more

The worst manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten this place won't last long I got a manicure and pedicure for 97 dollars three days later the polish was lifting up and chipping also while doing my feet she used scrub using her hands rubbing on my legs going back in the container very unsanitary I spoke to one of the workers about maybe getting unscented lotion as not everyone likes a strong floral scent he was like yeah ok... lol I won't go back read more

Went today for the first time & was seated right away even though it was Friday evening. No appointment, just told them I wanted a pedicure. They started my service immediately, handed me the list of pedicure services to choose from and a complimentary drink menu. Their prices were average and the quality was great. I really enjoyed my first time here. It's spacious clean and the service is outstanding. I had a regular manicure and gel pedicure. My manicure was perfect. I didn't have to request any changes she did it exactly as I like. The spa gel pedicure was beyond my expectations. I haven't had that good pedicure like that in so long. She was able to extract an ingrown toe nail without any pain and remove so much calous. Her massage was perfect. When it came to the gel I picked out the color and she even went the extra step to paint one nail just to make sure i liked it after she suggested a specific bottom coat color to enhance what I picked. I will most definitely be back. I appreciate going someplace that truly cares and does such a thoughtful job. read more

I've been a customer for 17 years, and I've never been treated this way before. I went to get a simple pedicure, and the nail stylist, Wendy, just left me soaking my feet for over 20 minutes. loved the first person i did my pedicure with sweet lady great work 2nd time got a guy felt very nice but with him pedicure felt rushed and was not up to par. toes were pained not in the lines was messy and my nail BROKE bc he did not do the gel polish in the corners of my nails now i have to pay extra to get the toe with acrylic and thats so annoying bc it feels heavy ....so some do amazing others do not.... read more

It immediately set the tone for the visit. When she finally asked how she could help me, I told her I was there for a color change. She looked around, sighed, and said, "We're not gonna have time for you today." I paused, expecting her to offer another appointment or suggest another time, but instead it just felt like, "We can't help you." I said, "No problem," and started walking out. An employee (who I believe was her assistant) ran after me and told me another customer had offered to let me go ahead since my service was something simple. I honestly hesitated because of the owner's attitude, but I wanted to give a black owned business the benefit of the doubt, so I came back. I thanked the customer who let me go ahead, but the owner never acknowledged me. Even something as simple as, "It's been really busy today, but we appreciate you and we'll be with you shortly," would have gone a long way. When it was finally my turn, I sat down and the owner asked, "You're just getting a color change, right?" I said yes, and she didn't say another word. It honestly felt like she still didn't want to service me but was doing so because I was already there. A little while later she yelled across to me, "Hey, blue shirt... what's your name?" After I told her, she said that from her angle it looked like I had my leg resting on the technician and that her client didn't want to turn around. It was awkward, but I laughed it off and once again tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, figuring maybe she was just someone who was a little rough around the edges. After my service was finished, I went to pay. The technician asked if it was my first time there. When I said yes, she then informed me there was a $10 fee because they had to remove someone else's polish. The "removal" was simply sanding off my previous color. My issue wasn't even the fee--it was that it wasn't disclosed before the service started. Any additional charges should be communicated upfront so customers can decide whether they'd like to proceed. So I ended up paying $30 for a simple color changed when I could've just waited and got a pedicure at that point. The final straw was leaving the salon without so much as a "Thank you," "Have a great day," or "We appreciate your business." The owner said absolutely nothing. While I was there, I also watched other customers come in asking for pedicures. They received the same short, dismissive responses and were simply turned away. As they walked out, the owner called after them, "Keep us in mind." Honestly, that's difficult to do when customers aren't greeted warmly, prices aren't fully explained beforehand, and there doesn't seem to be much effort to make people feel welcome. The salon itself is nice, but customer service matters just as much as the quality of the work. A little kindness, professionalism, and clear communication go a long way in building loyal customers. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this salon based on my experience. I hope this brings awareness to the owner and no one else has to go through this experience

I came upon their grand opening today cause I wanted a new set for my nails and this place was close by. The service was actually so good like they even had a variety of drinks available, alcohol ofc ;), and even checked up on me here and there. Even got a cute goodie bag which is probs for their grand opening celebration but it's a cute gesture imo. Honestly felt like they really cared about their customers. My nails came out just the way I wanted too! I felt bad lowk cause I'm quite picky with the length and shape so I did constantly ask to make sure it was what I wanted but they were really understanding and helpful in making sure I got what I wanted! I've been coming here for over a year now, and I absolutely love it every single time The staff is always so sweet and welcoming, and they truly make sure you leave happy no matter how big or crazy your request is. One of my favorite parts is the VIP section for pedicures -- (Starting at $65) the ambiance is so relaxing and luxurious. They even offer complimentary drinks and cute little giveaways during different seasons, regardless of the service you get which makes the experience feel extra special. Everyone in this nail salon was friendly, professional, and efficient. They have tons of seating and everything felt clean. The Good: The guy who did my manicure is amazing--super nice, friendly, and did a great job on my nails. The woman who handled my pedicure was also wonderful, and her work was top-notch. The Not-So-Good: The nail tech doing my design, however, didn't even bother to say hello. Throughout the service, she never asked how I was doing or checked if everything looked okay. My cuticles were left looking really rough, and she skipped the basic courtesy of applying any oil or lotion at the end. In fact, it was so bad that I ultimately asked her to skip the design on my ring fingers because I didn't want to draw any more attention to it. Ironically, my pedicure technician was the one who noticed how dry my hands looked and kindly handed me some oil. To top it off, when the tech finishing my nails was done, she didn't even say thank you. The Verdict: At $130 for a Gel-X set, the baseline expectation is that your cuticles will look presentable and you'll receive basic courtesy. If you go here, hope you get seated with one of the male technicians who actually cares about the client experience!
