I tried Luxe Nail for the first time last week. First impression was the space looks clean and welcoming. The staff is super nice. I was greeted and seated pretty quickly. I was treating myself for my birthday, so I decided to go with their VIP room/experience. Elizabeth gave me the best pedicure treatment and Van hooked up my mani. I was SUPER surprised when they brought out the birthday vibe haha. I recieved balloons and a birthday treat! I went home feeling pretty AND special. I have to say, it totally made my day! 10/10 recommended. I will definitely be returning.

My nail technician was meticulous and caring. The salon has flowers hanging everywhere, making it a fun place to be. Prices are comparable to most nail salons in the South Bay. I plan to book Mia again for my next visit.

They started my service immediately, handed me the list of pedicure services to choose from and a complimentary drink menu. Their prices were average and the quality was great. The inside was clean, modern and overall a good aesthetic too. Everyone was friendly, they accepted cash, card and had an atm inside to use which was convenient. Overall a great place with good service.

100/10! I got the detox pedicure and it was amazing. Tommy did an incredible job cleaning, shaping, and painting my toenails. It's hard to find a place that gives such a thorough pedicure, but Tommy absolutely delivered. The vibe is super cute and has a luxe feel from the moment you walk in. Tried this nail salon for the first time, and I'm so happy I did! The salon is clean and welcoming. They also offer a complimentary drink of your choice, which was a nice touch and made me feel pampered. My pedicure was nice, but my manicure was definitely the highlight. Henry did an amazing job--he was patient, detail-oriented, and made sure every nail was perfect. I love how the design turned out on my short nails! Pricing was different from what was quoted. I was charged $12 extra for gel polish on top of what the pedicure cost. French tip on my toes was crooked, so I asked the lady to fix it. The polish on my hands weren't smooth. The gentleman fixed one because it was closing time. I will not return. read more

For a Thursday afternoon, no wait. Today's services were a gel mani, previous gel pedi removal, spa pedicure w/ gel, and underarm wax. In and out in less than an hour which was good since I was on a time crunch. I appreciated that Wendy took her time with my pedicure and it shows in her work. Tina, so far been my go to wax person. She's friendly and professional. Brandon and the front desk staff have been welcoming and helpful. I didn't catch my manicurist's name but he was able to address my initial concerns. I then noticed spots of uneven polish application after leaving the chair. Today's visit showed me that they really do care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay longer this visit for my manicure correction, but they reassured me that I can come back and they can fix it with no problem, which I greatly appreciate! read more

Always top shelf service/outstanding talent, and prices are very reasonable -(especially, since I have tendency to schedule at lat minute.) and they always make my nails look EXTRODANRY!! Yesterday I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Honestly I would have given the service five stars as my gel manicure was really good and Crystal as always does an amazing job. But the guy who did my pedicure was honestly not good. I paid extra to ensure I get a good massage too during pedicure but he basically just rubbed lotion and oil on my feet and didn't even do the hot towel after which was included in my package I chose. This was the 4th time I've visited the salon and probably the worst pedicure experience I've had. I'm just glad Crystal was very nice and made sure I liked my manicure or I would have given the place 1 star this time for the service the guy provided. read more

loved the first person i did my pedicure with sweet lady great work 2nd time got a guy felt very nice but with him pedicure felt rushed and was not up to par. toes were pained not in the lines was messy and my nail BROKE bc he did not do the gel polish in the corners of my nails now i have to pay extra to get the toe with acrylic and thats so annoying bc it feels heavy ....so some do amazing others do not.... read more

I've been a customer for 17 years, and I've never been treated this way before. I went to get a simple pedicure, and the nail stylist, Wendy, just left me soaking my feet for over 20 minutes. Until the water turned cold, she attended to another client who wanted an expensive service. I was shocked because this had never happened to me before. I really enjoyed my first time here. It's spacious clean and the service is outstanding. I had a regular manicure and gel pedicure. My manicure was perfect. I didn't have to request any changes she did it exactly as I like. The spa gel pedicure was beyond my expectations. I haven't had that good pedicure like that in so long. She was able to extract an ingrown toe nail without any pain and remove so much calous. Her massage was perfect. When it came to the gel I picked out the color and she even went the extra step to paint one nail just to make sure i liked it after she suggested a specific bottom coat color to enhance what I picked. I will most definitely be back. I appreciate going someplace that truly cares and does such a thoughtful job. read more

This is the spot! I've never had a favorite nail salon until I found this place. They had their grand opening on March and I've been going ever since. I don't need to go to any other spot because they have everything there; manicure, pedicure, waxing, and eyelash extensions. The staff is always friendly and professional, the salon is very clean and comfortable, and my nails always look amazing. Most importantly they always make me feel welcome and they provide on the house drinks which is a plus! I've tried other nail salons, but none compare to this place. This is my to go spot where I am able to have some me time. I highly recommend this place. read more

I have now come to luxe nails twice and each time I have had a great experience. They are very clean, friendly, and hospitable. You get a complimentary drink of your choice when in there and they aren't stingy on refills. I have gotten both a manicure and pedicure which has lasted 2-3 weeks at a very affordable price :) read more

There are a few things that happened that I did not think were appropriate ranging from appointment…read morepractices, to service, to cleanliness. I booked an appointment for 5:30pm and arrived on time. When I arrived I said hello and checked in. I was instructed to sit in the first chair and that someone would be right with me. I sat there for 15 minutes in a chair that had no liner or towel, so I sat awkwardly with my legs to the side waiting for someone to put one one since I did not want to contaminate a clean foot bath/ chair. It was 18 minutes before the receptionist noticed and gave me nail colors to look through. It was another 10 minutes before my nail tech came over to me and put my water in. So it was 28 minutes past my appointment before I got to start my service despite calling that morning to book an appointment. The service itself was partially okay. The only part I was happy with was the painting of the nails themselves. There's no streaks or polish on my skin but that's unfortunately the only positive thing I can say. The nail tech literally cut my sidewalls at an angle without asking me. To make matters worse, she didn't even cut them completely and she used her cuticle cutters to grab the hangnail she CREATED and proceeded to tug at it until it ripped off. So I will have an ingrown in 3-4 weeks now. I paid for the middle level package which included a scrub. She left half of it on my legs until my service was over, leaving my legs sticky and dirty when I got up. For both the scrub AND my massage she did it for the allotted amount of time but she would drift off midway through and just hold my leg/ foot. I told her my leg was shaking cuz of the position and I needed to move it, and while she agreed she would literally squish my toes down to paint them at a position easier for her. I don't know if she was tired but I did not deserve a service like that. The cleanliness issue was minimal. She did take tools out of a blue package, but then she pulled an old nail file out, blew who knows what off of it, and proceeded to use it on my toenails. I was asked if my service was okay at the end and I said sure. I did not care to stay and argue because by the time this whole thing was over, it was almost two hours later due to waiting time and lack of interest in doing my service. I still tipped $6 and I don't think I will ever return. It might look nice inside but i shouldn't have to assertive about someone doing their job when i paid $59 for a service. I genuinely hope whatever happened was a fluke but I'm extremely disappointed to say the least.

My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

The service was actually so good like they even had a variety of drinks available, alcohol ofc ;), and even checked up on me here and there. Even got a cute goodie bag which is probs for their grand opening celebration but it's a cute gesture imo. Honestly felt like they really cared about their customers. Everyone in this nail salon was friendly, professional, and efficient. They have tons of seating and everything felt clean. We were a group of 5 girls and we were accommodated right away and the owner even offered complimentary drinks and cuticle oil at the end!
