I tried Luxe Nail for the first time last week. First impression was the space looks clean and welcoming. The staff is super nice. I was greeted and seated pretty quickly. I was treating myself for my birthday, so I decided to go with their VIP room/experience. Elizabeth gave me the best pedicure treatment and Van hooked up my mani. I was SUPER surprised when they brought out the birthday vibe haha. I recieved balloons and a birthday treat! I went home feeling pretty AND special. I have to say, it totally made my day! 10/10 recommended. I will definitely be returning.

But the lady that did my pedicure wasn't really paying attention to my request she just did the simple basic pedicure. Which I didn't want to correct her because we came in pretty late. Other than that the service was great.

My nail technician was meticulous and caring. The salon has flowers hanging everywhere, making it a fun place to be. Prices are comparable to most nail salons in the South Bay. I plan to book Mia again for my next visit.

100/10! I got the detox pedicure and it was amazing. Tommy did an incredible job cleaning, shaping, and painting my toenails. It's hard to find a place that gives such a thorough pedicure, but Tommy absolutely delivered. The vibe is super cute and has a luxe feel from the moment you walk in. The staff was friendly, the space was clean, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend--I'll definitely be back! read more

Tried this nail salon for the first time, and I'm so happy I did! The salon is clean and welcoming. They also offer a complimentary drink of your choice, which was a nice touch and made me feel pampered. My pedicure was nice, but my manicure was definitely the highlight. Henry did an amazing job--he was patient, detail-oriented, and made sure every nail was perfect. I love how the design turned out on my short nails! Pricing was different from what was quoted. I was charged $12 extra for gel polish on top of what the pedicure cost. French tip on my toes was crooked, so I asked the lady to fix it. The polish on my hands weren't smooth. The gentleman fixed one because it was closing time. I will not return. read more

For a Thursday afternoon, no wait. Today's services were a gel mani, previous gel pedi removal, spa pedicure w/ gel, and underarm wax. In and out in less than an hour which was good since I was on a time crunch. I appreciated that Wendy took her time with my pedicure and it shows in her work. Tina, so far been my go to wax person. She's friendly and professional. Brandon and the front desk staff have been welcoming and helpful. I didn't catch my manicurist's name but he was able to address my initial concerns. I then noticed spots of uneven polish application after leaving the chair. Today's visit showed me that they really do care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay longer this visit for my manicure correction, but they reassured me that I can come back and they can fix it with no problem, which I greatly appreciate! read more

Always top shelf service/outstanding talent, and prices are very reasonable -(especially, since I have tendency to schedule at lat minute.) and they always make my nails look EXTRODANRY!! Yesterday I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Honestly I would have given the service five stars as my gel manicure was really good and Crystal as always does an amazing job. But the guy who did my pedicure was honestly not good. I paid extra to ensure I get a good massage too during pedicure but he basically just rubbed lotion and oil on my feet and didn't even do the hot towel after which was included in my package I chose. This was the 4th time I've visited the salon and probably the worst pedicure experience I've had. I'm just glad Crystal was very nice and made sure I liked my manicure or I would have given the place 1 star this time for the service the guy provided. read more

loved the first person i did my pedicure with sweet lady great work 2nd time got a guy felt very nice but with him pedicure felt rushed and was not up to par. toes were pained not in the lines was messy and my nail BROKE bc he did not do the gel polish in the corners of my nails now i have to pay extra to get the toe with acrylic and thats so annoying bc it feels heavy ....so some do amazing others do not.... read more

I've been a customer for 17 years, and I've never been treated this way before. I went to get a simple pedicure, and the nail stylist, Wendy, just left me soaking my feet for over 20 minutes. Until the water turned cold, she attended to another client who wanted an expensive service. I was shocked because this had never happened to me before. I really enjoyed my first time here. It's spacious clean and the service is outstanding. I had a regular manicure and gel pedicure. My manicure was perfect. I didn't have to request any changes she did it exactly as I like. The spa gel pedicure was beyond my expectations. I haven't had that good pedicure like that in so long. She was able to extract an ingrown toe nail without any pain and remove so much calous. Her massage was perfect. When it came to the gel I picked out the color and she even went the extra step to paint one nail just to make sure i liked it after she suggested a specific bottom coat color to enhance what I picked. I will most definitely be back. I appreciate going someplace that truly cares and does such a thoughtful job. read more

Came here with my roommate and will definitely be back! The salon is very clean and the service was great. I got a pedicure and manicure done (regular polish) for $50. They provided complimentary drinks and gave us a little goodie bag with lotion and cuticle oil. They have a VIP room starting at $65, which really isn't bad. This is the spot! I've never had a favorite nail salon until I found this place. They had their grand opening on March and I've been going ever since. I don't need to go to any other spot because they have everything there; manicure, pedicure, waxing, and eyelash extensions. The staff is always friendly and professional, the salon is very clean and comfortable, and my nails always look amazing. Most importantly they always make me feel welcome and they provide on the house drinks which is a plus! I've tried other nail salons, but none compare to this place. This is my to go spot where I am able to have some me time. I highly recommend this place. read more

I liked the giant "MOM" lettering they had in the waiting area with roses for mother's day and the bonus butterfly gummies they gave as a special treat (similar to Sugarfina's). When you enter the spa on the 2nd floor you feel transported to a totally different zen Southeast Asia boutique. They have fake orchids/bamboo and fans that give it a SE Asia feel. They had lemonade and lemongrass tea that was self-serve. The tea was delicious! The jacuzzi was nice and I had it to myself for half of the time. I didn't use the sauna or steam room but they weren't full either. The robes were heavy and big so it covered you up a lot which made it easier to change in and out of clothes. You can wear your swimwear into the jacuzzi unlike at some of the Korean day spas. You can come 1 hour before your massage or facial service to use the communal jacuzzi/sauna area. My massage therapist was professional, thoughtful, thorough, strong and gave a great hand massage! The bad: Someone's phone alarm was going off for a really long time in the women's locker room. The interesting: The upstairs is normally for men but on mother's day they turned it into the "zen" floor and allowed women (no men that day).

It does not address the inconvenience, frustration, and loss of time caused by this experience. If your business offers a service, your employees should be properly trained, willing, and capable of performing it. Customers should not discover during their appointment that the advertised service is effectively unavailable. I would like a clear explanation of how this happened and what steps are being taken to ensure other customers do not experience the same issue. What occurred was not a minor inconvenience. It was a complete failure to deliver the service that was purchased. I expected far better. I want my facial, that I PAID for. I also want my time back that they wasted.

It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. The service was actually so good like they even had a variety of drinks available, alcohol ofc ;), and even checked up on me here and there. Even got a cute goodie bag which is probs for their grand opening celebration but it's a cute gesture imo. Honestly felt like they really cared about their customers. It was $25 plus tip to do my cuticles, cut and shape my nails and "fix" the 2 nails. One day later, my broken nail was still jacked up on the side but had some protection on the rest of the nail. I don't really have time to go back before we leave on a trip, so that's why I'm rating them a 2 star. If it was as done correctly the first time (both times), I wouldn't need to go back. It's fine though because I have everything I need to fix it myself at home. I just didn't want to have to do it at home. This place is fine since it's cheap, but it's a reminder that you get what you pay for.

Thankful for that bc nothing turns me off more when I get my nails done and the tech just nickel and dime you for anything they can to add to my gel manicure. The guy was super fast and used an airbrush machine to do mauve french tip on my pink nail colors. The location is in a small strip mall with lots of nail stations and spa chairs. Nothing fancy inside but it is clean.

I got a basic silver gel pedicure, and they have massage chairs you can use while they work on your toes. Overall, it was a straightforward, peaceful experience. Definitely an option if you need a late-weekend service.

I come in after driving almost 2 hours because this particular nail tech doesn't accept appointments EVEN though they have a website for it. I EVEN CALL!! I come in asking for a simple fill and polish. The nail tech is working on one of the workers (IN THE SALON) hands and the front desk is saying that she can't do my nails because she has two people she needs to do. I said I don't believe that because she's sitting there doing one of her coworkers nails. When I say that she starts getting up to go to them lol. If she needed to do two other people's nails then why is she not doing their nails?? JUST UNPROFESSIONAL. I've spent thousands of dollars at this establishment over the years and just to be disrespected like that was honestly the last straw. Then they talk about you in their language. I will never go back there ever again. DO NOT GO THERE. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT WORTH THE MONEY ANYMORE. They LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEXT INCIDENT: IM TALKING ABOUT THE TECH LISA IN BOTH POSTS. So today, January 21, this lady has been doing my nails for about almost 2 years now since my first nail tech Frank is sick and has been sick for months and my previous nail tech as well, Liz moved to Florida. I needed someone that does designs and they said Lisa was the next best person so I decided to go with her. Today I came in for a polkadot French tip/refill and as she was doing my nails, her next appointment came in. She told the front desk to tell the lady that it will take her another 20 minutes because she still has to do the polkadot designs. This is at 12:10 PM. Mind you I came in at 11 to get started on my nails. Lisa then starts rushing on my nails messes up a FEW polkadots and uses the nail file and messed up another nail. She expected me to pay $100 of rushed work and walk away. She then started to call me names and say I'm very picky and that she doesn't want to do my nails anymore and that no one at the establishment wants to do my nails. I have been going there for over seven years. I've only had about two or three nail techs and they have all left the establishment. She is very rude and will do sloppy work when she is feeling rushed and will tell you that you are too picky. I save lives for a living and all you have to do is do my nails correctly and I'm picky? It's such an insult. Especially after giving these people hundreds /thousands of dollars over the years. I highly suggest you guys start reconsidering coming to this establishment because it has greatly changed over the years. The only person that I trust on the nail side is Natalie. She does amazing pedicures and she will always make sure that it is done to your liking. I'm actually grateful she banned me from her booking list because I don't have to deal with her nasty attitude anymore.
