While the massage chairs were very comfortable, the customer service left me feeling unwelcome from start to finish. My friend was offered water or tea, but I wasn't offered anything. What concerned me even more was that the technician came to perform my pedicure wearing the same gloves she had just used during a waxing service. There was still wax and cotton stuck to her glove. When I pointed it out, she initially tried to ignore my concern. I had to insist before she finally changed her gloves, and she did so with a noticeable attitude. Basic hygiene should never be something a customer has to request. Things became even more uncomfortable when it was time to pay. I was first told my total was $88. When I questioned it, the technician quickly changed it to $77 without any explanation. That immediately made me question the pricing and whether I was being charged correctly. I was so disappointed with the service that I left only a $3 tip. When I asked for my receipt, it was handed to me crumpled up to the point that I could barely read it. Again, I was made to feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff simply by asking for a receipt. As an African American woman with a darker complexion, I left feeling like I was treated differently than other customers. I can't say for certain that race was the reason, but it is genuinely how the experience made me feel. No customer should leave a business feeling unwelcome, dismissed, or concerned about whether they were charged fairly. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their race. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I won't be returning. For my prom nails I booked 2 weeks in advance and sent her an inspiration photo, I come in as she shows me how she plans on getting the nails to look similar and loves her job! The older comments are not true and this salon is absolutely amazing. The people are so kind and talented. I've taken my friends there and we enjoy our time. Now the people can be talkative if you're talkative, but if you sit their and don't talk to them or ask them questions then they will do their job and do it well. Seriously this is my favorite nail salon that I have EVER BEEN TO. Please just go with an open mind and respect for the people and you will enjoy yourself . I like learning so I constantly ask questions and they are so passionate about what they do, that they will answer and explain anything.

Every stroke, application , file movement is done perfectly with his experienced measuring eye- - no wasted motions at all. Incredible to watch. He uses an antifungal topical treatment too plus fine sands the underside of your nails thoroughly. They offer excellent colors in gell and non gell polishes. The establishment is run by a Vietnamese family who take their jobs very seriously and do a fantastic job. Upon entering the salon, I was offered a glass of champagne, a mimosa or a glass of wine. Granted... It was 9:30 in the morning, but I figured... WTF. The young lady that took care of me, Anna, was absolutely top-notch from trimming my hooves to the foot bath, massage, an exfoliant peppermint scrub and taking out a cheese grater to get rid of my calluses. My feet look great again, and I cannot be more happy with the attention that I got at this spa! Thank you, to all for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.

I think the polish was old in the bottle and the very next day it peeled again. I went back the old that owns it yelled at me. I will never go here again. It's terrible. Here's the not so good: My technician was proficient but rough. When doing my cuticles she was pulling not cutting. My gel mani was applied quickly and not exactly clean. Biggest peeve, when manicurists use their nails to remove polish on my sick! Yuck. Use the nail stick with acetone, don't scrape my skin. There are plenty of technicians, mostly older, who all spoke English but chose not to engage with the customers. Not a welcoming inviting place.
