The manager didn't even offer a discount or fix them, he just told me to come back to have them fixed but I live in Manhattan and that is not an option for me. You can expect at least a 10 minute deep tissue massage on each leg with just a regular pedicure, and 20 minutes on each leg for a Spa (The extra 15 for the Spa pedi is totally worth it!). Not only are the pedicures great but the group of girls they have working are always so sweet and attentive. If youre in there on a not so busy day, you can often expect a great neck massage as your nails dry. I have gone to many highly-rated Spa's and I can honestly still say that I have never received a better leg massage then at Soho. I have been going to Soho since they first opened when I was 11 and 12 years later I still will not go anywhere else.

Have been getting it done for about 8 years and never hand nail salon been so lazy as to not take off the previous polish. It needed up being uneven and super thick. I also paid extra for chrome and it started coming off the next day. Went and got it redone somewhere else. 3)I went with my daughter to get her nails done and the guy was very rough and cut around her nail multiple times. One was so bad she got an infection and had to get antibiotic cream. Then a couple months later my 16 year old wanted to try to go again since it is within walking distance of our home. She got a technician that was very rude to her, very rough with her, and didn't do a good job on her nails. He got up immediately and went to rush to have a cigarette. 4)I went in to get a chair massage and the massage chair itself is very low quality. The massage was just OK but my main issue was the person who did my massage did not wash their hands before giving the massage and the next day I ended up with a few blemishes on my back, which I do not normally ever get. SO massages are out, manicures are definitely out and pedicures are a maybe a very unsure maybe if all other places are booked. We're really have tried multiple times to give the business another shot, but unfortunately there are multiple things that has caused this review. This is not meant to bash the business. I truly hope they read and make improvements. I was there two weeks prior and paid almost $200 for a full set and gel pedicure. I didn't want to cause a seen. I paid, and left without hesitation. I will never be back. I will be doing my nails at home from now on. Update 3/11/24 - the acrylic is already lifting and the skin around my fingers is raw from how much of nail is missing at the tip. I got Almond shaped nails so, yes you have to file them to shape. But not so much that my finger tips are raw.
