I think it's super unprofessional to accept money from someone for a giftcard but then say it expired and not render services for that giftcard. I can see if it was years where it is not in use, but one year when people take breaks from getting nails done or have other life things going on is not okay, it's essentially theft. I've spent probably thousands there and after that experience will now sadly be taki by my business elsewhere because I just don't think that is business ethical at all. read more

My son & I have been going here for several years. Went there yesterday & they refused to honor a gift certificate from 12/19 for my son. Really, with Covid & people still getting vaccinated. He was just vaccinated as I explained to them, but it was a huge NO! We are never going back. read more

my girlfriend went in there and they did such a horrible job. She wanted them longer and they continued to file them down, even after she pulled her hand away about 3 times! she then went back in because the woman on the phone indicated that they would rework everything for free. Not only did they not do that, they berated her based on her request and did not honor their word. Also, and not to sound rude, but when trying to explain something and they interpret something different because they don't know how to speak English. that presents a problem for 99% of their clientele. Horrible experience!! I visited the salon recently for a fill and the man that was working with terribly rude to me and told me off because I was asking questions. I got up and walked out I would never go back. I welcome people from all over the world to come to United States - I am a very open minded person and I husband is from Asia. The attitude of the crew at this location is unacceptable they are highly uneducated and have no class or tact! They need to go back to school and learn basic manners. Buyer beware !!! read more

This was my first visit to the Nail Forum and Spa. I received quick service and attention. I was in need of a pink and white gel powder with three nail replacements. Instead I received (acrylic ?) glitter tips. Though beautiful, I'm concerned about the integrity of my fills. I can say the contours are smooth and consistent throughout all of my nails. The only inconsistency involves where the gels meet the acrylic fills. It's subtle, but noticeable. I spent 40 minutes in the chair. Thank you. read more

Worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had. My group had appointments and came in for gel manicures. When we got there it was busy and the staff was clearly frazzled. My manicure was incredibly rushed and the technician barely did anything. I had to re-file one of my nails when I got home because it was so jagged and when I mentioned it to the technician, he said he'd get to it and then never did. Then I made a comment about how the polish was a little darker than I expected. Didn't mean anything bad by it, didn't ask him to change it, was just making a comment. He snapped at me and said "it'll be lighter when it dries" I responded "ok cool no problem, I think it looks nice" he glared at me and said "did you hear me" "yes I heard you" I replied. He glared at me again and made a motion with his hand over his mouth as if to say "shut your mouth" then said "got it?" I was so shocked that I just looked at him confused said yes. If I wouldn't have been with a group I would have gotten up and left. I couldn't believe how incredibly rude he was. In short, I will never go back. I understand business but there's no need to be rude to someone like that. Update: Also, my gel manicure chipped within a week. I paid $35 for a terrible manicure with rude service. read more

Such mixed feelings. I came in 5 minutes before my 1 pm mani-pedi appointment. I was seated at a table and my hands put in water, then nothing. The woman who was to do my nails, Jenny, stalled until two other women came in, both with appointments after mine. She asked one woman to come back 15 minutes later, moved me, and proceeded to do the manicure for the second 1:15 appointment. I sat waiting, without being told anything. After 20 more minutes, I said screw it. I then was given attention, but at that point all bets were off. I did need a pedicure though, and the woman who took care of me was great. She did a really good job and I was relaxed. She was very apologetic, but she shouldn't have been the one apologizing. The management allows this, and in fact I think Jenny is an owner or part owner. I won't return given the manner in which the owners are willing to treat customers. read more

I came in on time for my appt. and waited in the chair 30 minutes before being told who was doing my gel manicure. Then she switched me to a man there, that was more interested in checking out the other women than doing my nails. Also my nail job. Not impressed. He didn't seem to care too much about what he was doing. Will I go again? Not if I can find another place w/ more personal service.
