I'll never come back here again. After telling the nail tech what I wanted- she repeatedly kept trying to upsell. While this is understandable in business, after the 10th time of telling her that I was sure that all I wanted was acrylic powder + color, I was tired of repeating myself.. Yet she still continued. Next, the entire establishment is full of gnats. They kept flying in my face and I spent the entire appointment swatting them away. Also, During the nail appointment, about 3-4 different people worked on my nails. I've been in busier salons I'd expect 2 people max. 1 person starting and the next one finishing. But there was no organization at all. There were only 3 of us customers in there the entire time. 2/3 of the ladies that worked on me had a bad cough and a runny nose that could be heard through their masks. It made me want to ask them to stop before they even finished. Hopefully others have a better experience but I'll never come back again. The nail polish that was used was almost out, I wish the nail tech had told me when she noticed so I could have just picked out a different color. Finally, they dried my nails with a small portable face fan. I know you can't dry regular nail polish with a UV dryer but a nail dryer for regular polish should be standard at a nail salon. Only giving one star for a good mimosa. I guess that's all they're good at.

Kina did an amazing job and pulled off exactly what I asked for. She was fast but also very detailed about the work. I also go often for pedicures and have different staff members as well, all great people and work.

Chipping a day after. Look at the cuticle. Half ass done. These people do not care and they don't wanna work either.

Very upset. This place is so unorganized. Rachel left me sitting while she ate lunch, checked movie times, and didn't even complete my nail job with the top coat or oil. She kept me there for 2 hours when it was not busy. She played with my time. She has done this before multiple times. I told her and Will(the front desk guy) how important it is for my nails to stay. It's been 7 days. They are coming off from the base of cuticle and lifting. The chrome has chipped away immediately as she did not put a gel top coat on it. She cured it only once. Also sometimes here they won't trim your cuticle which is part of getting your nails done per State board test that ensure nail techs do cut the cuticle. I have been upset everyday since last Friday. Today I went back in and Will said he would give me 25% and I would have to pay again and I was not going to do that as I just had paid $70 for a dip. I get dip. They last 4-6 weeks. I have been getting these done this way since for a long time. I told him I feel like this is wrong and I walked out. I've also seen TY turn down multiple people and argue with them about how what they want and how it can't be done. It's every time. I am so upset I spent $70 on my nails for them to chip away 2 days after and pop off 7 days after. I was a loyal good customer who tips very well and I am telling everyone not to come here. I am currently on my way to another nail salon. Very very upset customer here. -Stephanie the hairdresser I went to Nexgen Nail lounge off of Frankford and it was heavenly and even more affordable. They treated me with care and respect. They were very organized and were so professional. I love my nails. Thankfully they are short like I wanted them so I can type and write comfortably. This was my first time trying this place but the service was fast. A pedicure and a manicure only took one hour. The manicures are pricer than usually but I'll come back.

Got an amazing gel manicure, and "deluxe" pedicure, for $75 plus tip. Excellent walk-in service, with kind, attentive staff, from the front desk guy to the two lovely women who completed my services in 45 minutes. FORTY-FIVE minutes! I didn't feel rushed or unappreciated at all. Once seated, I was handed a printed menu of services with prices. I upgraded to a Deluxe pedicure (post-Covid treat, you know?). This was to include a choice of hot stone foot and leg massage OR paraffin wax. Since they didn't ask which I'd prefer (hot stone), they went ahead and slapped on a paraffin wax at some point. That was fine, but when you go, be sure to state which of the 2 options you want because they may not ask you either. Staff promptly offered complimentary beverages - anything from water to cocktails. Massage chairs were great. And my manicure and pedicure lasted 3 weeks before needing a redo. Definitely going back here again!

I loved my time at Nail Lounge! I was in desperate need of a pedicure so my boyfriend and I stopped here on our way out of Fish Gallery. We were immediately greeted and sat, my boyfriend wasn't getting a pedicure but they allowed him to sit in the massage chair next to me and gave him a complimentary beverage as well, the guy at the front was funny and nice. I asked for a clear pink base under my french tip and trusted the process, I love the way they came out. Although it took longer than I thought, it was truly relaxing and well worth it. I'll definitely be back!

I got an amazing dip manicure at this salon! The staff was nice and friendly. My manicurist, Nikki, was personable, efficient and clean. She did an amazing job!!! Seriously one of the best dip manicures I've ever gotten. I would definitely come back and bring my friends- they have complimentary drinks as well- what else do you need?! Love this place! Upon arriving, receptionist did not bother asking what I wanted to get done she assumed I wanted dip and proceeded to sit me down with a basket full of dip swatches. The lady who did my nails later came, offered something to drink, very nice woman up until I asked her politely if she could fix one of the smiles of the white tip since it wasn't really a smile but more a diagonal line. She also did not bother dusting off my nails as she was applying each coat of dip which led to there being little bumps of powder accumulated. Overall it was not a good experience and definitely not worth $45. I have gone to much better places with by far better service and better attention on the job that they perform. read more

My friends and I came in to this salon after making an appointment for 5:00 early on in the day. We were immediately seated however it took almost 40 minutes for two of my friends to even get a technician over. On top of that people kept stopping by saying "have you picked out your color?" after my friends had told the same person multiple times which color they wanted, as though the technicians were waiting on my friends to make a decision. The service itself was long but honestly that's not why I am leaving a review. My technician cut my cuticles and one started to bleed. Not that bad it's happened to me before and accidents happen. However I am on day four of the worst nail infection I've had in a while. Painful, swollen, and leaks yellow puss when I squeeze it, I am straight up disgusted that this has happened. I will not return here and will discourage anyone from going in the future. read more

Do not go here. Went to get my eyebrows done and they did a terrible job. Left with my hair and face with wax left all over, the wax paper was in my hair and on my face. Didnt clean my face up at all once she was done and did a terrible job with my eyebrows. So disappointed and unsatisfied this place, never going back. read more

10/10 Recommend!! Rachel is the best nail tech and facial waxer! She is always so nice and positive. She caters to your desires and will always make sure you leave happy! Will the receptionist is always there to answer the phon, make sure you enjoy yourself and have a drink or 2! The vibe and atmosphere is so peaceful! I drive 30 mins every 2-4 weeks and my nails always last from appointment to appointmen! I'm a cheer coach and I am always doing crazy things so for nails to endure all of that, I have mad respect for the salon! Visit ASAP!! read more

I was in search of a new nail shop. I wanted somewhere that the did a good job on my nails and had a nice atmosphere! I found Nail Lounge on Yelp and tried them out on a Friday evening. I walked in and I was greeted. The shop looked nice. I was paired with Vee, and she did an excellent job on my nails. She was quick quick. She took off my gel polish and did a dip set in less than an hour. And it was beautiful! I'm found my new mail shop home, and I only want Ver to do my nails! She's the best!! read more

Back again? I think yes?! No other nail salon compares. Absolutely love this place Nate is the guy I go to. He does a great job every time. This is the only place I go to that I can comfortably just relax and know that they are gonna come out exactly what I'm picturing in my head! Highly recommend! My bridesmaids and I came to get nails done before the wedding and wow the staff blew us away. Incredible service and energy. They also did an amazing job with our nails. I came back again today and love my nails. I have gone to Vee both times and she's amazing. She is patient and understanding and just wants me to be happy with my nails! It was a day before my birthday trip and i was desperate and Kelli was nice enough to stay pass 8 to finish my nails that were ruined earlier that day! Also the nail salon is beautiful inside. I love this salon--really awesome service and your choice of a margarita, strawberry daiquiri, or wine to top that. Vee(sp?) did my dip nail manicure while Naya(sp?) was doing my pedicure. With the limited free time I have, I actually really appreciated both being done at the same time (saves so much time)! Vee made the dip powder really thin which I LOVE (hate when it's not sculpted down enough and looks chunky and fake). And Naya put 3 coats on without me having to ask. She also really took her time with the massaging part even though this was just the classic pedicure--which is really nice. I know we've all been to salons where we feel like they skimp out on that part, not here though. The best part is they're also offering 20% off services right now since new ownership. Definitely check them out! read more

What is this??? I knew it was going to be bad because she did them way too quickly I could tell she just wanted to get it over with. There's polish in the outside of my nails, the tops are even smooth, there was fuzz embedded in, not to mention she ruined the long length I had. I went to a different salon to get them fixed. The pedicure is the only reason I'm giving two stars. The lady was kind and I could tell she was focusing on the detail. It was almost $90 and I got the cheapest pedicure with gel on hands and feet. read more

This has been my go-to nail salon since I moved back to Dallas 3 years ago. I fell in love with Vee the very first time and could not be happier. Loved the way my nails turned out! I was going to have my engagement photos taken and the nail tech suggested this color since I wanted a natural color, great suggestion! I wish I could remember his name, he did a great job I love the shape & everything! I was visiting Dallas, but in desperate need of a fill. They were able to accommodate me as a walk-in appointment and were super nice. Honey was my nail tech and she was awesome! Soon as i walk in kinda meh vibes... kept getting pressed to do the powder when i usually stick to acrylic. Ehhh.... Kinda upset i paid $50 dollars for nothing.... My nail have a hair thats stuck in the powder so can't really get it out... also little pieces of glitter... which i just wanted a french so I don't know where the glitter came from... and they also charge $5 to clean your cuticles, which I never in my life have ever had to pay anything extra to get my nails done... disappointing. The man who seemed like the owner was great when he walked in, but as soon I'm going to pay he was monotoned and kinda ignorant. Also all my nails don't even match. Which i got tired of correcting her about it. And she really did nothing to fix anything i told her was wrong. read more

This nail salon is so nice! They have a ton of massage chairs, so my manicure was done in one of those. I got a powder dip done in like 25 minutes. They were so quick! The space is very cute, similar to other salons but better interior design. My service was $40, which seemed super reasonable for the speed and quality. I enjoyed it. I'm visiting from out of town and would totally come again if I'm in the area. read more

Special mention: they actually serve nice complimentary cocktails. The massage chairs were very enjoyable. The customer service was amazing, the staff was very attentive. There was a great color selection in the dip powder, gel, and regular nail polish..I love red and I was overwhelmed at the different shades of red they had for me to choose from. I love my nails thanks to Kelly and Kim did a nice job on my pedicure. The customer service alone will have me back. read more

So I've been looking for a new nail home for months now and FINALLY I'VE FOUND IT. I came here off recommendation from a friend (s/o to @goldrated on IG) and they did NOT disappoint. Before doing my 3D sunflower, the nail tech did say he was rusty but he would try his best. I'm sooo happy with the outcome . 10/10 experience. I did not feel rushed or judged while I was here. Sometimes North TX nail salons can give you that feeling when you want something complex or extra. Very personable experience. My pedicure was amazing as well. read more

I am FINALLY 100% satisfied with every aspect of my manicure! I booked the appointment through yelp and was able to get something for that same day. No waiting. My technician Vy was amazing! She helped me pick out a color based off of a picture I liked. I showed her another picture for the length and shape I wanted and she made sure through the entire process that I was satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend Vy!!!!! The salon was beautiful. Clean. Fresh. This is my new salon! I am already looking forward to sharing this experience with friends and family! read more

I've always loved going here in the past; the service is always great and I've never had any issues until this most recent time. One of the ladies ripped my pinky finger nail in half while taking off a previous set. I'll give them a bit of grace because it was obviously a mistake but the nail was split in half and bleeding and other than spray some alcohol to sanitize it, they did nothing else to "fix it." They're a good nail salon otherwise but I just don't know if I will go back read more

I love coming here to have Kathy do my nails! The service is always great and the people are always accommodating to anything i've wanted. My only thing I didn't enjoy was my pedicure. While you're getting a mask she also does a massage on your hands and feet. So not only is she a skin care goddess, she's also well equipped in the massage game! I have been coming to this location for years and have always liked the customer service & atmosphere. I haven't had the chance to be back here for a couple months and they have really updated the interior. The staff have always been friendly and they take the time to remember your name. The same friendly faces are here, but they've added additional staff to handle the increase in size & demand. They have remodeled and it has really opened up the ambiance and it feels cleaner and more vibrant. It is definitely more modern with crisper lines. The highlight of all of this are the updated chairs. The chair controls are all internal within the arm of the chair with no extra 'remote control' to get lost. There is a usb plug in for your technology devices and purse hangers to keep everything up off of the floor. The red & white wine, strawberry daiquiri & margarita machines are new, and if water is your choice then full sized 20oz. Ozarka bottles are readily chilled. I feel truly pampered and my bank account hasn't been depleted. Thanks for everything, and I can't wait to come back! read more

I can't believe how disappointed and upset I am right now! I thought I was going to have a relaxing and enjoyable self-care day, but instead, I feel so disrespected and ripped off! I can't believe how much they overcharged me for a simple nail fill, a whopping $65! And to make matters worse, not a single person bothered to ask if I wanted a drink. The staff was so rude and unprofessional, and I could tell they were talking about me behind my back the whole time. It's not like we were in some fancy place like Highland Park, so why did they treat me like I was less than them? I have been going to Kelly for several months now for my dip nails and eyelashes and I HIGHLY recommend her services and The Nail Lounge at Addison! The decor and atmosphere is fabulous and welcoming. Kelly does a totally amazing job with th elashes. She takes her time and they last! I have gone several other places for my lashes and they either barely last to the 2 week refill, or they are not as full as I like. Now, Kelly is the ONLy one who I trust with my lashes. If you want your nails to be burning for days after you got them done, because the nail tech drilled all of your nail top with the highest speed and even after asking her 5 times to slow it down and not butcher your nails , she continued, then go here! Oh and the best part? Kept talking about me and pointed at my hands and laughed with the lady doing my pedi cure and ended up with nails that looks like this! Vee is an artist! Every time She does my nails I tell her that it's my favorite set ever and then two weeks later she does it again. I am so picky and pay attention to the smallest details. They ruined my shirt with wax, waxed me in a pedicure chair in front of other customers refused to give me gel on my nails and left a bruise on my neck from the wax.
