I love how they organize their polishes. They group all the same colors together. This makes it easier to find the color I wanted. They have plenty of pedicure chairs. There this really cute couch in the middle of the room for your spouse to sit and watch TV while he/she/they wait for you. They offer a variety of drinks. Another plus for me. I decided to get the Aloe Vera mani and pedi combo. Y'all...let me tell you. The massages were sooooooooo amazing! They were not shy on using pressure and giving you a good massage. I felt so relax. Not a fan. I went about 1pm on a Monday afternoon. It was not busy. I needed to remove the dip I'd had on for Christmas and a get a plain manicure to trim and shape my nails and push my cuticles back. I was just trying to get to a recovery state but the dude I got seemed to have only one way of doing anything and any request was a real annoyance for him. This started when I asked him to go easy on the cuticle trimming and keep it to the sides only. I even explained that cutting my cuticle gives me hangnails, but the explanation did nothing for him. His response, with thinly veiled irritation, was to clip the side cuticles and leave some of the clipping attached but dangling. When I asked him to fix it, he argued (or maybe whined?) that I had just told him to not clip the back -- as if dangling clippings would ever be acceptable? Then I asked him to not file the top of my nails because they were already thin from having had dip applied. Again, more attitude. Finally, recognizing that letting him work on me was a risk, I ended the service incomplete, paid, and left with bare nails. I will never go back there again. read more

I just got home from having my nails done here and have to say it was not the most pleasant experience. I wanted to give them 2 stars but didn't feel that was entirely fair because my manicure does look nice, minus the spot where I'm bleeding that is. I made an appointment because I was long overdue for a gel manicure and saw they had decent reviews on Yelp. Plus, when I pulled up I noticed their sign saying 20% off right now for their grand opening which was even better. I got setup with someone quickly who was very nice and helped pick out my color. The place who had previously done my nails apparently did a horrible job and she showed me how when she removed them, parts of my nail came with it (which was not her fault by the way). She did what she could to fix them, but was a little rough and made me bleed from the cuticle clipper in the process. She didn't say anything, just applied pressure to stop it and then kept going like it never happened. I was also never once offered anything to drink which I found disappointing. When she was done she didn't say anything just got up from her chair and walked over to the register. Normally I'm given a scrub brush and told to go wash my hands while they take my purse to the counter for me. I sat and waited but she didn't come back, so I found the sink and scrub brush myself. The total was $28 which is a good deal, but I don't wish to return. The place I went to in Austin was so friendly and hospitable whereas here I just wasn't feeling it. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for 5 months since I've moved to the DFW AREA. It's a beautiful salon and sanitary. I make the drive from Dallas to Hurst because I felt this place was phenomenal. Boy was I proven wrong!!! I usually wear acrylics and get fills done every two weeks!I usually see Ethan, but he was not in that day. I ended up going with another nail tech and I had a fill done on a month old acrylic set. The nail technician did my nails so thin that they broke. I went back to the salon and the owner said she would fix them. It took her over an hour to fix the nails that had broke. The thumbs were longer than the rest of the nails and some were not the same length. After having her fix the nails I left the salon, and on the next day, I was showering and the other nails that were thin that she didn't make thicker, broke. I made an appointment to get those fixed as this set was only 3-4 days old. The owner had the audacity to tell me that she was not responsible for the fill breaking and that I would have to pay $25 to have the nails fixed. I turned around and said no! Just remove them at your cost. She insisted that I pay for that service as well. Then, She had the audacity to say, I didn't charge you yesterday because I took over an hour to fix your nails. SERIOUSLY!!! The nails should have never broke in the first place!!! I wasn't feeling well and wasted my time in traffic (driving from Dallas to Hurst), to be told I have to pay for another crappy job! The nails didn't look good and nor was I going to pay for more crappy nails! I ended up leaving the salon with 5 broken nails and 5 done! I purchased acetone from Walmart and in one hour they were all removed! I wish that the customer service was better! Especially from an owner. Nail tech was sullen, smelled like a cigarette, and very rough when removing my existing polish and snipping my cuticles. She was not wearing a mask and her perio breath was knocking me out. I almost stopped her when my previous gel was removed and just paid for that but I kept thinking things would turn around. I will never make that mistake again. I am new to regular manicures but have had them often enough over the years to tell the difference when someone is being careful and when someone is being rough. I've been on this nexgen dipping kick because I love gel but hate it because I can pick the color off and I hate acrylics because it feels so heavy and thick. I had a special request for racing red nails with a black and white checkered ring finger nail.. This is my favorite nail salon in the Mid Cities/ DFW airport area. They do top notch nails and pedicures, provide free drinks (including wine and several other alcoholic drinks), are very clean and have a huge selection of polishes and powders. I got dip nails 3 weeks ago, and they still look perfect other than being grown out. Since COVID, they have moved to appointment only, but the process through their Facebook page is seamless and they have been communicating well about upcoming appointments. I've felt very safe going here as well with the technicians wearing masks, gloves and spacing out guests. read more

It was rushed and I wasn't given time to look through all the gel colors and pick what I wanted. The nail artist kept asking me which one I wanted as he was filing my nails, but I couldn't pick because he wouldn't let me sit and pick through them. He also did not want to give me the shape I was asking for. It felt like he just wanted to get done with me and move on. He didn't clean up around my nails or underneath the tips. I haven't been happy with my normal nail salon in a while so I decided to branch out and try this place. I was pleasantly surprised! It's been about a month since my pedicure and I'm happy for report my toes look just as good as they did the day they were done. No chipping what so ever! The staff was very friendly and even gave me cookies while I had my service done! The tech who did my pedicure was very gentle during the cuticle trimming which is the part I always dread as my previous salon usually ended up hurting me.
