I had a horrible experience with my first dip manicure at my go to salon so I decided to venture out and find somewhere else and boy I am glad I did! This place has a beautiful atmosphere and reasonably priced services. My manicurest was hilarious we had lots laughter in our little corner which I loved, I hate it when you go to a place and maybe say 3 words to each other. I've been looking for a nail salon for a few months but all the others that I've visited so far were just "okay" and didn't completely provide the results I wanted. I found this shop by chance when my best friend came into town & wanted to get pedicures together. And I can definitely say I'm 1000% glad we chose this one! The staff there was extremely nice and making our appointment was super easy. When we arrived we checked in, chose what type and color we wanted for our pedicures, and then we were escorted to our chairs pretty quickly. They had a larger collection of nail colors to choose from than usual nail shops, which I was very impressed by. I also got my nails done, which they were able to do while I was still in the pedicure chair. The staff made sure we were comfortable the entire time and made sure we were happy with our service before we checked out. I like this place, and LOVE Suzie's works of art! She is a master of fancy paint jobs! The salon is new and very clean. I had yet another GREAT paint job by Suzie's! She is artistic and picky! Getting a pedicure here is 100xs better then getting a manicure! My friend and I had scheduled a mani & pedi. Two nail techs started working on my nails. The tech who did my pedi did an AMAZING job with a hot stone massage and paraffin peel. When I told the second technician that I wouldn't be getting acrylic nails, it was almost like he lost interest and went to help another client. Then when he did my manicure he didn't file my nails, no cuticle work and no hand massage. He did manage to cut my cuticle when he was starting the acrylic process without asking if I would like acrylics. read more

The young girl's in the front is so sweet. She explain for me all kind the pedi cause it was my first time and let me know what i should do on my nail... helped me pick out the color for matching' offer drink.. I would NEVER come here again! They have the worst customer service! I made a appointment on Monday for 1:30 for my nails. I showed up Saturday at 1:18 and was not serviced until 1:50 even with me having a appointment. I wanted the picture with the v white tip and I showed them my picture. The rep in the front showed all these nail techs and said he got the "best" to do my nails. So everything was going good I don't mind waiting a little extra time for quality but then he asked me how long I wanted them I said short because I work with kids but I still want the picture so how ever long they need to be. He said "oh okay short is fine short is fine." He cut them short then looked at the picture again and said oh no I don't think I can do them like that let's get pink and white. I said I don't want pink and white I want the picture. I made appointment, showed y'all the picture and advance and showed my tech the picture and told him I want them exactly like the picture. But instead he didn't want to take off the short nails and wanted to do something else. There was no point of me waiting on that nail tech if he can't do my service or be able to take off the nails real quick so we do what I want. Now I'm stuck with pink and white for my graduation because I don't have time to go any where else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more
