I usually don't leave reviews, but I believe in giving honest feedback when it comes to businesses in our community--especially those in the service industry where communication, consistency, and professionalism matter the most. Today, I visited NAIL LUV with the intention of receiving a manicure and pedicure. According to Google, the business hours are listed as 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., while Yelp says 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I arrived at approximately 10:37 a.m.--after the opening time posted on both platforms--only to find the doors locked and no sign of the business being open or operational. There were no signs on the door, no updated information online, and no outgoing voicemail to indicate if they were running late, closed for the day, or had changed their schedule. As a paying customer taking time out of my day to support a local establishment, this kind of lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It sends a message that the business is not considering the time, effort, or expectations of its customers. Being reliable and clear about your hours is a basic standard of professionalism and it needs to be upheld consistently. To make matters worse, I also noticed that the pricing listed online is outdated--by what appears to be at least a year or more. It's confusing and inconvenient for customers who are trying to plan ahead. Prices fluctuate, that's understandable--but failure to update them on your online platforms only leads to unnecessary miscommunication and potential mistrust. Lastly, there's no information--online or in person--about what forms of payment the salon accepts. I learned the hard way that they do not accept American Express, but there is no mention of that on their Yelp, Google profile, or anywhere else. This is another vital piece of information that should be clearly communicated in advance, especially in a time when many people rely on digital payments and credit cards. Owning a business means being accountable for the details. Something as simple as posting updated hours, keeping your price list current, and clearly listing accepted payment methods can make a huge difference in customer satisfaction and retention. Until these basics are addressed, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Love this business! I've been coming to this place for awhile now and everytime I come into this business I kid you not the customer service, friendliness, cleanliness is always on point! I've never had any problems with my nails. Not once have I ever had a nail pop off/ chipped. And when I choose one color but wanted to change it never got attitude and feel rushed. I had an experience with this nail salon that needs bragging about. Jonathan and Linda keeps their salon very neat and clean and they always follow CDC Guidelines. They have hired two new outstanding manicurists, Selena and Carolee. I was very pleased and impressed with their professional work skills. They were very thorough with much patience making sure customer satisfaction was top priority. Customer satisfaction makes a business to prosper along with having a great attitude that results in illuminating beautiful spirits. Today was the first time my daughter and I went to this salon. Not only was it clean but the customer service was great. John was my technician and he made us feel welcomed like we were visiting friends instead of a business. Our nails came out wonderful. They have a great selection of colors. My daughter thought the pedicure chair was very relaxing. This was the first visit but will not be our last. OK I went to luv nails on Friday to get a manicure and pedicure. Tell me why these people half done my nails and then charged me 50 dollars never again. Okay let's start this review. I gave it 4 stars because the environment is extremely clean I love the atmosphere I like the fact that they have a wide variety of nail polishes to choose from personally I am in love with the gel mood changing nail polishes so when you have a variety of colors for me to explore that really is a big ups for me. However this is where it goes wrong for me why they didn't get 5 stars. The pricing $33 for my hands and $33 for my feet now usually when you go get a manicure and a pedicure with gel nail polish in a fill-in in a run you anywhere from 60 to maybe $70 depending on where you go so okay it fell in that range this is where it got if he for me when I ask them why my hands were $33 when it clearly stated gel manicure on their list of pricing was $25 it took the lady a few minutes to process it and think about it I wasn't sure if it was an English barrier there but I doubt it. I was told it was $3 for my cut down okay 25 plus 3 equals 28 and then I was told it was $3 for my feel OK 8 9 10 11 where is 31 so where did the extra $2 come from I'll tell you where it came from they put a chip in there that you didn't know about that's a game killer right there so all-in-all I would say it's a good place to go get your nails done at pretty fast and friendly I didn't like that everybody changed over to their native language while you got American people sitting there paying their money for your services but they don't they do that at every shot we've got to get our own. And secondly if you want to go there it's a good place just be prepared I would say to have your tooth put in with the regular pricing. read more

I wont be back. Waited for 45 minutes for a pedicure. This was a Thursday at noon. It was like 2 patrons in the shop. Then when I finally was helped the nail tech acted like she didn't want to be bothered doing my nails. I won't give them another dime. Bye Felicia read more
