I had originally scheduled with a specific nail tech, but when I arrived, she didn't show up, so I ended up having to switch to someone else. The nail tech I worked with seemed rushed, and I found myself having to point out mistakes and ask for corrections throughout my manicure. It was frustrating to have to constantly check the work instead of being able to relax and enjoy the appointment. The final result was okay, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Between the crowded atmosphere, the scheduling issue, and the quality of the service, I don't think I'd return.

I do have some feedback that I'm hoping has been updated and that is all the small charges. If there is an extra charge for things, it'd be great to be told in advance - similar to when someone says that adding avocado is extra. The last time I got my nails done there, the lady that took care of me asked me if I liked the shape and I said yes, not realizing that it would cost extra to shape my nails round instead of whatever other shape is a normal charge. It just seemed like I was charged the same amount for a full set as I did for a fill and no one could explain why. I paid it and tipped but didn't come back because it just rubbed me the wrong way. I had a bad experience at the other salon I was going to and I wanted to check out a new place. I made an appointment to get a gel mani and regular pedi. When I arrived, I felt a little intimidated since I didn't know what to expect. I was welcomed and then I waited for my appointment. At first, it felt a little awkward since it was my first time there and I didn't know the process. Picking a color is different compared to other nail salons, where you pick from samples, here you pick the color from the wall with the nail polish bottle, for both gel and regular polish. Ultimately, I decided to try something new and did the cat eye. My nails looked beautiful and I loved that she didn't damage my nails as in other places, trying to remove cuticles. The salon reminded me of my nail salon in my home country where everyone knows each other. For me, cleanliness is a must and the salon looked clean. I also did a regular pedi and the technician did a phenomenal job. Keep in mind parking is tricky so make sure you account time for that. I'm definitely coming back to get my nails done here once again. I have a design idea in mind and I hoping to try that next time.

This might be my first nail salon review since I've only been getting pedicures regularly for the…read morepast year but I have to say, I have had a mostly positive experience here! This review is a collection of past experiences, roughly 8-10, but is being written after 2 visits to the newly upgraded/refreshed interior. One of the nail techs mentioned that the store was now under new ownership (as of June 2024) and that resulted in the layout being refreshed! Overall, everything was arranged in a cleaner fashion and the furniture all looks like it was upgraded (both at the mani and pedi stations). They moved all of the manicure stations that were in the back up to the front and reduced the amount of TVs in there. The menu books all look like they were new and there was a cleaner presentation of the services. I almost always opt for the basic pedicure but the last two times, I got the deluxe pedicure with clear gel and I was very happy with the results. Again, I'm still fairly new to this and only have a handful of other nail salons I can compare it to. I'm not too picky and totally get why others might be but for what I need, I think every pedicure I've received has been great. There have only been 2 or 3 times where my hangnails/skin around my toes were cut too deep, leaving me sore for a week but I think it was because there was some miscommunication with one of my nail techs. I think one of the best things about this salon is that they are VERY walk-in friendly. I never have an appointment and can almost always be seen. There was only 1 occasion where I was turned away and it was because I came 15 mins prior to their close Everyone has always been extremely nice (or quiet) to me and they always get the job done. Hope this is helpful for people!
