Takes her time removing my SNS and is great with shaping my nails. I've gone through 3 different shapes which have all looked great. The downside is that they don't spend a lot of time on the actual manicure. It's mostly removing polish and reapplying a new SNS polish. They don't focus on your cuticles or anything like that. I will say that my nails have never been this long as they have gotten with SNS.

I wanted to try out the SNS. Tony did my nails. And he did a good job. Very personable and great customer service. He dipped my nails three times. But clearly it wasn't enough. I didn't have my nails for two days. 5 of them started to all crack in the same place. Right under the tips that he applied. And one cracked my natural nail in half. Which hurt like hell! I called the shop and tried to explain. I was told to send pictures of the damage. I did. No one responded, so I went up to the shop. The shop manager, who is HORRIBLE. His name is Steve and he is terrible. He has no hospitality. He is VERY RUDE and nasty. When. I showed him my nails, that I only had for two days. He claimed that "I broke my nails myself". I'm like wtf?!! Why would I do that??! Why would I pay $60 then physically harm myself and break all my nails IN THE SAME SPOT??!!! Plus I live all the way in MIDTOWN! YOU THINK I WANTED TO TRAVEL ALL THE WAY BACK TO BROOKLYN FOR FREE NAILS?!! True idiot. He sounded ridiculous and tried to argue with me in front of other customers. The wait during the summer can get long and they ask that you write your name down and everyone is called in the order that they sign in. But during the winter, you can walk right in and out in under an hour. There are brand new (as of 2012) massage chairs that you sit in while getting a pedi and they use a mechanical buffer for your nails. The best part is you're given a hot sterilized towel instead of a paper towel during your mani and pedicure. The tools are also sterilized in a machine where you can see it.
