This was my second time there and definitely not my last. Christina was phenomenal, she is friendly, gentle and really pays attention to the details. My nails came out exactly how I wanted. The salon is super affordable for the quality of work. Christina made sure I was happy with everything before I left. They usually try to rush me in and out as quick as possible, then they always try to upsell me. Whenever I ask for regular polish, they want me to do gel.. When I ask for gel, they try to talk me into dip. It's very frustrating that I have to "fight for myself" at the nail salon when I am asking for what I want. The past few times, my nails have came out with messy edges and bumpy texture instead of smooth. This time, I asked for a gel removal and regular polish. She rushed me to a chair and didn't let me pick a color from the wall. I showed her a picture of a color I wanted so she "found something similar". I had to tell her no to the first option as it wasn't even the same color. She then removed my gel, and didn't even have me rinse my hands or wipe off the dust from the drill before she started painting. From the time I walked in, she had me under the dryer with my nails drying in under 10 minutes. It feels like if you say no to them, they try to rush you out because they're not making as much money. I am pretty understanding and typically don't make a big deal of my nails, but it's frustrating paying money for these services when I'm disappointed over and over.

More four of my nails on my left hand have had the top surface of them ground down. After a month--they are still growing out and I've been putting a conditioner, nail protection while they grow. They are extremely thin and readily split. I will take a photo of the damage, where can see the depth of the damage on this hand. It's so sad.
