When I try to point it out to a woman (which I believe she was the owner or manager) she won't listen and won't let me talk. Won't be back! I just gave myself a mani/pedi THREE DAYS after paying this establishment 55$ for a 45 minute mani pedi. Rushed service, and a sloppy job. Immediately I noticed uneven finger nails, and hanging skin. My feet looked like they were never touched. Hanging skin & cuticle, and too long of toe nails. I was told that they do not sluff off dead skin on your soles. (?) What's the point of a pedi? I can trim my toe nails! Same price as if they were painted... Save your money & do it yourself! In town for a long weekend, and this will become a regular shop for me! Stopped in with my sisters last Sunday, the staff seemed friendly and could take us right away for gel nails and pedicures. I'm not sure that I got the pedicure that chose from the menu, but I felt like it was a good value and I appreciated that the staff was attentive. My toenail polish could have been a little neater, but that is my only complaint. read more

Average pedicure, I was the only client in the place, seems like they would do a better job... pedicure lasted 22 minutes!!! He spent more time massaging my legs, getting my feet worked on was the whole purpose for getting a pedicure! Not sure the $35 was worth it. However very clean establishment. read more

I went to Elegant Nails because it was close by --i only wanted a basic manicure--no Gel or acrylic. I also wanted to be quick. I was so happy when David finished my nails as they looked so nice and just what I wanted. But now only 2 days later I'm not happy. I'll try to include a photo but the problem is that literally less than 48 hours later 7 of my nails have chipped alot. Normally for me a regular manicure lasts 4 to 5 days. I did dip powder which came out chunky and very uneven is an understatement . Asked him to fix it which he didn't do anything about it. Neither did the manager after I told them I did not like it. They said that's how it's supposed to look and didn't do anything to fix it. They made me pay $60 for something that looks ridiculous . Ended up going to a different place to redo everything. Young guy did my nails with the name of Ryan or Ken on the nail dryer. He was rude and did a terrible job on my cat eye manicure. Looked nothing like the nails that I picked out using the salon's own sample. They turned out a urine yellow color. The guy refused to completely remove my old gel/acrylic polish telling me, "It make your nail stronger." My nails came out bulbous and bumpy. Looks like I have a pulmonary disease (look it up, it's a thing). Guy also kept rinsing off the dead skin in the water my hand was soaking in and when my mother called and I went to answer, guy swiped at my phone, shook his finger at me and told me, "No!" After getting home and taking a deep breath, I called to complain and someone named Casey offered to fix my nails, but at that point I was too angry to go back. Not worth the $45 that I paid. Anh did my gel manicure and after 3 days at the pool, it is still perfect. I asked for a "dry" (no water) manicure so my polish will last longer; Anh was happy to oblige my request. (Water swells the nail bed, and when it dries and shrinks later, your polish will peel. Never allow your nails to get wet before applying polish. Acetone and alcohol are fine, they do not swell the nail bed.) she also took care to seal the ends of my nails which also helps a gel manicure last longer (because it is harder for water to get in and swell the nail). Anh was extremely accommodating to all my special requests and I recommend you ask for her if you'd like a pleasant manicurist. She was easy to communicate with and seemed genuinely pleased to ensure I had a good experience. I found the shop's selection of colors to be limited, so bring your own if you have a favorite. I also got the $40 deluxe pedicure and it was worth every penny. Anh was an excellent masseuse and I was very relaxed afterward. The massage chairs are pretty good quality too. read more

I had my toes repolished & an acrylic fill on my nails. The whole thing lasted 35 minutes. I've been going to that salon for a good 10 years & never had such a poor experience. At home my girl takes an hour to a hour & a half to do my fill because of all the care she gives my nails. This guy just whipped thru everything not doing any extras. It was fine but I just moved from a major metropolitan area and you just can't compare except for the prices. My pedicure was ok, but she spent more time getting the polish off my skin than on my actual nails. Price was similar to what I'm used to. The salon itself is very nice, clean and well appointed. I had a manicure, sugar scrub pedicure, and eye brow wax. All services were rushed, though it was not busy. I got my first hint this may be subpar is when the tech put my fingers in cold water to soak my cuticles for the manicure, no hand massage, just slapped on some lotion and rubbed a little and one coat of nail polish.. (I should have requested a second) though I've never had to before. The pedicure sugar scrub was appled and rubbed briefly and I received no massage and barely a scrub with the pumice stone. The eyebrow wax fine. I was in and out in under 45 min, which is great if you're in a hurry, however I did not opt for express. I expected to pay $75 (tip included) and spend a little time to treat myself, however I was rushed and felt like my services were a bother. Many other salon options in the area that have much better application and service. read more

Me and my family loved this place. I got a gel manicure and they did an amazing job. Unfortunately, I was washing dishes directly after and messed up my thumbs. I went in the next morning and they fixed them free of charge. My sister and mom got pedicures which also looked amazing. They both told me it was very relaxing, as was mine. I was visiting from out of state and my mom wanted to find a place to take my me and my grandpa for a spa day. I chose Elegant nails because of the number of amazing Yelp reviews. We dropped in the day before to schedule all 3 of us and were impressed with how tidy the place was and how friendly the staff was. Grandpa has long, scary nails and my mom has super dry heels. All 3 of us got to sit next to each other...I know that helped my grandpa feel more relaxed. If you've never had a mani or pedi, it can be really intimidating. My mom was afraid to go because she thought her feet were 'too ugly.' I assured her that the techs are trained professionals. Qui was SO sweet with my grandpa, helping him into and out of his chair, taking his hand (he was so relaxed he was a little unsteady when standing up), and being SO gentle with his toes. She even helped him back into his socks and shoes...he's not so limber so this was a very thoughtful gesture. He's really reserved and I thought he'd never want to go again. To my delight, he asked to find out Qui's name and we wrote it on a card so that he can ask for her again. He's been talking about how great of an experience it was ever since, and I'm hoping a family member will go at least once a month with Grandpa. Tony was the technician who did my mom's feet. She's had pedi's before but this was her first gel pedi. He was so funny and professional. Mom said she hoped she'd get someone who gave a good massage as she likes the deep tissue style, not the super gentle stuff. Tony was great. I didn't catch the name of the young woman technician who did my gel pedi, but she was fabulous and the massage almost put me to sleep, it was THAT RELAXING. They all wore gloves and used tools to wipe off the extra polish instead of using their fingernails...so I appreciated the extra measure of cleanliness. Our pedis all look great and I will DEFINITELY be back next time I'm in town! I'm so glad we found this place. It's a bit of a drive for us, but with such service, great prices, and attention to cleanliness, it's totally worth it. read more

Being out of town, I relied on yelp reviews. I received a no chip mani pedi. The polish application was even and looked terrible. The "no chip" which usually last me three weeks lasted 2 days before it started chipping and peeling. Very disappointed. Don't waster ur money at this salon.
