I hadn't heard about nail perfection until getting a gift card so i stopped in yesterday for a pedicure. As far as the hospitality and kindness of the people working & the owner, it was wonderful! Shayla is so kind, intentional, and such a hard worker. They really do make you feel cared about as soon as you walk in. There was only two people working so it was a little tough because I spent a while waiting, but I know the world is a bit understaffed at the moment. My pedicure was okay -- it was pretty rushed because the poor gal had so much on her plate! Overall it wasn't a bad experience I think it was just a lot of work on one persons shoulders, my toes look good but i'm not sure how long the polish will last because it was kind of rushed. read more

I had the best pedicure! I have been coming here for years but took a break for a while due to a broken foot. I had a volcano spa pedicure. The orange scent that I picked was so refreshing. The guy did an amazing job and was gentle and kept checking that the temperature of everything he was using was good. The hot rocks are my favorite. He did a great job on the design I wanted. What a wonderful surprise! I happen to be in the area and stopped in to have a little nail care day. I was pleasantly greeted and quickly seated. Nail perfection in spa is under new management. The team here was very proud of their recent renovation, which left the spa, fresh, clean, and relaxing. Soft music playing in the background made for a very nice atmosphere. It's clear that this group has the ability to provide all types and levels of detail services. I happen to be in for a dip, however, shellac and regular nail products are available including manicures and pedicures of all types. I stopped in for a French manicure which came out absolutely perfect. Free parking outside is convenient and plentiful. All equipment is new and well maintained. I have been going to Perfection Nail Spa for over 10 years now. I was very happy, actually ecstatic, to see ownership changed recently and the entire atmosphere walking in changed from the previous ownership. The physical atmosphere is being updated with noticeable improvements to give a "spa" like experience. They remain committed to clean and sanity services. This business is amazing. They gave me the best pedicure of my life. Their employees are friendly, very skilled, and take their time. The employee working on my feet asked throughout to make sure I was comfortable and nothing was too hot, etc. Emphasis on taking their time. For a $50 pearl pedi, they spent an hour and twenty minutes working on my feet. The leg massage was great too. My daughter got a pedicure too and they had something to put behind her back so she fit in the chair better. I am from out of town but visit family monthly. I'll definitely be back. The pedicure experience was decent. I had Kim do my nails. I was on a crunch for time so I had her also do a color change on my hands and she was just not cooperative. She did the the initial coat extremely messy and when I politely asked her to redo two of the fingers she got annoyed and said if I didn't like it I can just take them all off. Which I responded with no I like the color the two nails just needed to be fixed so they can at least look decent. She began to remove the nail polish from a nail that was decently fine (it was still messy but not as bad as the other two nails) at that point I felt frustrated and just told her she can go ahead and remove all the nail polish, which she proceeded to do very aggressively. They did not even go to my cuticle and looked like I had grown them out for three weeks without getting them touched up right after I got them. They also left weird clumps of nail polish under the nail on the end and they started falling off like 3 days after I got them. Kim did my cousin's nails and she was very rushed and rude with them. She left them very clumpy and she filed them in all different directions. She even made her bleed with how rough she was with the drill. She didn't clean the nails underneath, and left a lot of residue. Most of the tips were applied wrong and the dip powder didn't even cover her whole natural nail. read more

My daughter and her friend went here and had a horrible experience. They both got powder dipped nails with tips. The color was uneven, and the nails were all different lengths and shapes. They did not respond to requests from the girls to fix the problems so I drove over to address the issues. After some discuss, they agreed to redo them within a week since they were closing for the night. When my daughter went back, they refused to redo them and insisted on simply applying shellac over the original powder dip. My daughter had to argue with them to at least shave them down so they weren't super thick. Here is the finished product after many requests to correct the shape. We will not be going back and you might think twice if you are considering going here. read more

Disappointed. Overcharged for work done that wasn't even great. I had a manicure and pedicure with white tip for $60 and that was with a 20% discount. The white tip wasn't aligned very well and there were bubbly spots. I can see them, but I don't think the lady who did my nail saw them. I was greatly disappointed. I absolutely love this place. I flew into town to visit family and of course, it was a good time to enjoy a pedicure. My family has been going here for a few years. I noticed that they have added a few new massage chairs as well as staff. They opened at 11am and my mother and I arrived around 11:30. They already had 10 pedicures going and we're still able to seat us and get us going. They are efficient and their prices are worth it. The relaxing environment and friendly staff make for a great time whether you go to pamper yourself or to relax with family. Other reviews I see on Yelp say they aren't friendly or that they have bad experiences. I can see that if you treat the individuals poorly then yes, you'll feel that way. I will for sure be back! I think I've been here several years ago and didn't care for it. I decided to give it another try and they did an awesome job! They are a little bit pricier than some places but I got a shellac mani and a pedi for.. $65 I believe. The pedi was on sale. I got the royal pedicure and it was on sale for $35. I asked for a 4th of July theme because it was a week before the 4th and the mani lasted me 11 days! I'm impressed with that. My pedi is still perfectly intact except for a little chip that I bumped when I got home and it just didn't dry right and it chipped within the last day. The service was friendly and professional! Nail perfection? More like nail disaster! I am honestly so upset about my experience here. I came in for a Shellac manicure, and had shellac already on. They were able to get me immediately. The beginning of this disaster started when the woman Nancy started helping me. She started my experience by using the electric drill to file my shellac...... down to the nail bed. My fingers were on fire and I pulled my hand back a couple times as reflex because it was hurting so bad. She snatched my hand back and continued. Finally I said I'm sorry but that is really hurting me I have sensitive finger nails. She apologized and "turned down" the speed in attempts im assuming to alleviate the pain. It must not have been working as quickly so she turned it back up. At this point I was so annoyed I just dealt with it. Then she gives me the colors to pick. I'm casually catching with my friend and looking through the colors when Nancy, after 2 mins of looking, says what color? I told her I hadn't chosen yet and am still looking. I then realize she took the basket of colors from me and gave them to another customer. She acted irritated and told me now I'll have to wait for them to be done. The rest of this experience was just all around bad. She was extremely rough even after my hand pulling back.. filed my skin instead of my nails. If she got shellac on my skin she would just clip it off instead of wiping it. And got the paint all over my fingers. The "massage" she gave me was about 30 seconds long and put a hot towel on me. I took it off because I was ready to get out of there. She hands me my bill, runs my card and then stands over me while I fill it out. I felt super uncomfortable as I did not want to tip 20% (which is RARE for me). Long story short I told another nail tech how upset I was and she told me to let Nancy know and she will fix it. I told her I didn't have time to have my nails completely redone and which is honestly what was needed. She finished with my friend and told me to come over to her. I am not sure of her name but she was the only pleasant part of this experience. She spent another 15 minutes to fix Nancy's dirty work! FIFTEEN! Nancy never came and said anything, apologized nothing. read more

This place is horribly mediocre. The first time I got them done they were bumpy and had dents. She nicked me, and let the acrylic dry on my cuticle. I went back and they fixed it for me, but the manicure was still overall poor quality. There are definitely better places in Omaha that you should go to. read more

I really do like the ladies who work here. Vivian and Tammy are the best at acrylic nails. Tammy is my favorite for waxing my eyebrows. She does a great job shaping them. They always remember me when I go there and ask how my children are doing as they have been in the shop with me before. I've never waited more than 10 minutes even without an appointment. They do seem to stay pretty busy but always have many technicians on duty and ready to go. Very clean practices as well. No complaints here. read more

This place has gone downhill. My polish is a mess and my toes hurt. The women doing my toes went crazy with the trimmers and told me "In grown nail". Now they are red and hurt when before they were fine. The paint is terrible, I picked a unusual color but it's so spotty. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They do not know what they're doing! While she was filing down my nails with the drill she continually kept knicking my cuticles to the point of them bleeding! As if that wasn't enough, she somehow thought it was funny and started talking in Chinese to the other workers while they looked over and laughed as well.. WHILE IM BLEEDING. She didn't know how to use the tool and was making it go extremely fast while barely holding onto my finger so it kept jumping to my finger. Just got a pedicure here for $25 (not cheap) because my feet were SO sore after this weekend and she only spent 20 minutes on me, literally. The first several minutes she was looking at the tv and not at my feet as she was using the cuticle pusher tool. Scary. She did the calf and foot massage for about 1.5 minutes. This has grown to be my favorite nail salon! They are always running some sort of special so I can usually get a spa pedi and full set acrylic for around $60 minus tip. I usually get in pretty quick. Place seems clean. I will say the one thing I don't like is they use the drill too close to my cuticle every time and it gets hot easily so that gets painful. First time there was for my birthday. I did not make an appointment, but I was there pretty early so there wasn't many people there. Either way it still took them about 30 min to even start on my nails. The lady that helped me was super nice and actually was having conversations with me. As a person, she was great. But my nails, let me tell you. The shape is supposed to be coffin and they are all slightly different. My nails still hurt so bad and its almost been a week. My cuticles were bleeding and were cut too low. And lastly, my polish looked clumpy and came off when I showered. Will probably not go there again :( read more
