We were greeted by a very helpful front desk woman who walked us through options and was very nice. As soon as we sat in our comfy massage chairs the woman who did my nails offered me a complimentary beverage. The menu was super cute and offered a variety of cocktails and even a matcha iced latte! We got mimosas and were pleased! The nail lady did an AMAZING job on my toes and took her time with the callus remover, which I desperately needed! She wrapped my feet and really took her time cleaning up my toes and cuticles. She was really friendly and commented on how she liked my color choice. It is a smaller location so an appointment is recommended, but I have still found it challenging to get same day appointments. I now try to call at least a day in advance or in the morning for the afternoon. Though they take walk-ins it's really rare they take me in. Usually I have to come back. Just something to keep in mind, but not a deal breaker for me. Simple decor, great service, reward plans, great place!

She's the best for Tap nails! I actually never heard of Tap before until my friend told me about it. It's basically a combination of gelx and acrylic. Uses most of your natural nail as much as possible and if you need length then she'll add a tip. Once the tip is added then she'll adds the Tap, which comes from a tube and she spreads on the entirety of the nail and cure it. My nails definitely stronger from this style of nails. I came here almost every month testing out my wedding nails from the engagement to bachelorette to the big final day and even to my honeymoon. Time and time again she did such a wonderful job! It's amazing and definitely come try out TAP nails with Kim. I loved my pedicures here. They do both at the same time so it's super fast and efficient! All the ladies can do great pedicures. Can't go wrong with any of them. They're all so cute and make conversation! Loved this spot and all the ladies do great work! Just be careful of the parking lot. Diamond Spa is a salon suite inside Phenix Salon Studios and gives a quiet and private experience. She a ton of different kinds of gel colors, a great massage chair, and a massive TV hooked up to Netflix. Her prices are also very reasonable compared to competitors. If they knew they wouldn't be ready until after 6:00, I wish they had simply told me to come at 6 instead of asking me to arrive at 5:30 and wait over 35 minutes. I understand that salons can get busy, but clear communication and respecting customers' time go a long way.

I really wish I had taken a closer look -- after getting home and showering, I could see that there were patches with polish completely missing and polish still sitting on my cuticles.
