**Hidden gem** Went to this place on a whim bc I was in the area and had a great experience. It's a no frills salon, but their prices reflect that. The quality of work was amazing - this is a great value and find. Sandy worked on me. Had a pedicure for only $20!! She cut all my cuticles perfectly and thoroughly. I've been getting some callouses on the side of my toes from gym shoes and she removed them easily. No upcharge, no hidden fees. When it came to my polish, she was thorough and painted the sides too - very detailed. Do they have scented bath salts and hot stones? No. But they will do an amazing and comparable (if not better) job compared to the salons that charge double or more the cost. read more

Stopped off here while my car was getting serviced next door. It wasn't busy and they were able to take me right away. They don't do shellac here, but they do have gel options. I got a mani pedi, and my manicurist did a perfect job, with no bubbling or missed corners. The pedicurist however was another story. Def dug into my cuticles so much that it became painful, and had to tell her to stop multiple times. Even the manicurist was telling her stop, and she'd keep going back to the same area. I shouldn't have to tell you something hurts and to stop 4 times for you to actually do it. The sanitation of the tools also had me concerned. I prefer seeing the tools come out of their autoclave packets, and this salon doesn't do that. They do accept credit card here and allow tips on the card, even tho the posted sign says tips in cash. read more

I'm making this on behalf of my mother who has been coming here for 20 years. She's been having problems recently with her artist having an attitude, and today her artist decided to call her a "baby" because my mother asked the artist if she could do her nails a certain way. Now she is here with throbbing nail beds that didn't turn out how she wanted them. After many years of being loyal to the same artist she's now going to be on the search for someone else that has a much more pleasant disposition. I recently started coming her off of a friends recommendation. I absolutely love everything about this place. Is small and cozy, clean and so friendly. I go to sandy for my toes and she is unbelievably amazing at a pedicure. Tiffany does my nails and she's also amazing. These ladies are so sweet and so friendly. There are two other girls working in shop that seem very friendly and great as well. They always have long term clients when I am there and the 4 of them have been working together for years. I followed the AMAZING team from Crystal Nails to this location and they offer the same friendly service and fast, great quality mani-pedis at reasonable prices. There are more chairs here than in the last shop and they even have a girl who does hair. They have an above-average selection of polishes and finishes available plus, as always, it's clean and comfortable and I dig the massage chairs. :) The best thing about Hi Pro is the SUPER fun and friendly staff--they're so sweet and they always make me laugh. read more

I am the pickiest person on the planet when it comes to my french pedicure. I usually go to nail salons and ask for french, then i end up going home and re-doing it myself. Not anymore!!! Tina did my french pedi exactly how i like it!!! I am so happy!!! Also, she did the callous remover better than ive had in years. Prices are great too!! read more

My absolute favorite place to go for a mani and pedi!! The ladies that work here are absolutely the best!! I am always so very impressed by their attention to detail. My mother introduced me to the shop because she loves coming in for pedi's, and loves the conversation she has with the whole shop. The ladies are funny, sassy, and so incredibly kind. My two daughters and i have also followed them from the old crystal nail shop, been going to the same gals for over 17 years. best service ever!! friendly!!! personable service and they never push you to do more than what you came in for. always smiles when you walk in the door. the wait is never long, i walk in without an appointment and taken right away, I'm so happy they stayed close in town. thank you to the staff for everything, always make everyone feel special. and yes now hair service is available, which is nice to go and get everything done in one shop. thanks annette read more

This place has given me a horrible experience! I came here because it was one of the very few with five stars so I bought my mom a gift card for a mothers day gift. The first time we went there the lady was very rude and said to make an appointment. So the next time we decide to go I made an appointment for TWO people and when I arrived they only had us down for one person and refused to take both of us even though one lady was sitting doing nothing and the other was practically done with the another customers nails. Words can't explain how frustrating this is. All I can say is DON'T go here and keep driving. read more
