I have been coming here for 4 years now since 2021, and cannot recommend this salon enough! I've been out of town here and there, but always come back to this salon knowing they will do an exceptional job with my gel-x nails. I always go with an inspo pic, and the nail techs absolutely crush it every time, somehow making the design look even better than what l had imagined. I have never once come out of this salon without loving my nails. The staff are all so sweet and make sure you are comfortable. customer service was abysmal, as Gigi kept 'mhmm'-ing me then not doing what i asked or answering my questions. she kept doing so, got so visibly annoyed that i was pointing out issues that she made another stylist do a design for me who was MUCH nicer. but nothing improved until i had to ask for a different (easier, but not what i wanted as what she kept messing up was a french tip design) design so i could just get out of there. i asked for acrylics and she filed them down so much that they look completely flat as if they're press-ons. they are unstable and honestly a little painful. they are also all at least a little crooked or lumpy. read more

Instead of taking accountability for a service that fell short, you chose to discredit my experience and respond with surveillance details and timestamps, which honestly feels invasive and unprofessional. The issue wasn't just about a color change. It was about quality--having a hair cured into my nails and uneven polish isn't acceptable at any salon, especially one that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Instead of trying to "prove" me wrong with camera footage--which you should be cautious about that. Depending on state law, recording audio without both parties' consent can be illegal, and using that footage to threaten or undermine a client publicly raises serious ethical and legal concerns, also sharing the last digits of my phone number is a violation as well--perhaps focus that energy on improving your service and customer care. A little humility and genuine concern would go a long way. Best of luck to you. I've added your original response below because I too have screenshots! Gigi, pictures don't lie. There is evidence that the nails you did have these flaws. Do you think that after you said you don't give a f**k anymore I would feel comfortable speaking up? Absolutely not. Gigi is SO sweet and always does such a great job on my nails!! I used to get gel nails and it would barely last a week but with Gigi my manicure lasts three full weeks which saves me money and time. I'm so happy here! She can do really cute designs and always has such good ideas for me. Her staff is really sweet too and I especially like Helen and Jasmine for a perfect pedicure. Helen and Susan has the best customer service here! They were both so friendly and professional. This nail salon was the only place that was able to take my friend and I in as other places said that they were too busy. Helen did my pedicure and she was really fast. I think that she finished within 10-20 minutes which was nice because I had to go somewhere. She painted my nails with white gel nail polish and she did a flawless job. She made sure that I enjoyed my time and she made sure that my pedicure looked good. Overall, I would recommend anyone to come here. I explained to the staff it was my first time. She gave me a big and told me I'd love it once done! Indeed, I absolutely loved it... The chair has massage functions. All the dead skins are gone and not only my feet are smooth but also they smell so good. I got to meet the owner GiGi too who is adorable! We were so lucky to be helped by the owner GiGi! She was so accommodating to my little cousins first time getting her nails done for her first homecoming. We arrived minutes before closing & Gigi stayed open for just us & got gelx nails with a design on all 10 fingers done in under one hour!!!! We were being super indecisive about what to get & I felt bad, even I was annoyed of us but GiGi was patient & sweet as ever with us the whole way through. She provided WiFi to my little sister that needed to get her homework done. UNACCEPTABLE Staff behavior! I received a the worst pedicure ever SLOPPY job today by an older lady that wore too much makeup. She buffed the skin off the cuticle making it bleed. I brought to her attention that the nail polish was lumpy on a couple of nails. The older lady proceeded to raise her voice and point her finger at me blaming it was my fault that my nail was crooked in front of other customers & staff. NEVER will I return & i will let friends know how terrible this place treats customers. read more

I went to this place for the first and last time. Unfortunately, after 2 days, my pedicure started to peel and chip. This was disappointing. I have also noticed that the cuticles were not fully removed or pushed back. The water in the chair was a slow drizzle, so I never had the opportunity to soak my feet. Perhaps time was a factor since there were 2 other customers waiting. Either way, I did not get the pedicure expected as I would have at other places. read more
