owner is not personable and doesn't value her clients. i had been going to her for awhile for my toes however every time i booked an appt she would text me asking me to come at a different time. the time difference would be a few hours not even like 15 mins. annoyed i finally asked why does she always request i change my appt time and if the time i booked isn't suitable why is it available on the booking site. i felt it was a legitimate question as a paying customer however she gave me a bs answer so i simply canceled my appt. the next day she text me basically saying she can no longer service me as client. very unprofessional. if you're going to spend what she charges better off going someplace else. read more

I have been going to Kayla since April getting a Russian manicure and structured manicure on my natural nails. Every time I had gone my nails were lifting and peeling by week one week two when these nails are supposed to last three weeks. I had asked other people who went to other salons and claimed that's not supposed to happen and they've never had that issue I figured to try something new to give my nails a break and add more strength to them. The last time I went I wanted to get gel-x nails I had seen Kayla always with them and liked the added structure it gave and how natural and neat they looked. Unfortunately I was not pleased at all with the results I had. The pictures provided below is what they allowed me to leave the salon looking like, keep in mind Kayla has moved up to a level 2. I asked for a gel x French design with was an additional $26 and was told since I was not getting a design that I would be getting a refund when I looked at the email that they sent me it showed a total refund of 114 was being given back. I thought that was fitting since the quality of my nails was subpar, but Ive come to realize they've only given me a refund for the design since I did not get it and was still charged $88 for level two gel Nails when I received level zero gel nail quality. Not to mention the refunds are only store credit so you never actually get your money back you have to come back and use the credit at their store. I also never received another email showing that they were going to charge me the $88 that they claimed I received. I showed them the email of getting a full refund back and they claimed they needed to give the full refund back to be able to give the $26 credit and still charged me 88 when there is no email proof of such charge. I work in a hospital and because of that I had to remove these nails as soon as I got home because this was not appropriate for work. Keep in mind I had work that same night I was in the salon for hours and then needed another 2 hours to remove these nails so I also never got any sleep before work because of this. read more

Save your money on an overly priced gel type manicure when decent cuticle removal. My technician is Kayla, nice girl but definitely need to hone her craft before or being moved from a level 2 to a level 3 which is more $$ that I feel isn't worth for her services. You have to prepay for service on an app which then you are to receive communication within 24/48 hrs of confirmation of appointment. After a week of no confirmation or contact. I reached out to then be told i could not be accommodated at my time slot because it didn't allow for another client to have manicure and pedicure. Keep in mind the time slots are predetermined by the business. read more

I have been to Natalie three times now and I am very happy with the service. I like that it's appointment only bc unlike other nail salons, you know exactly when you'll be seen. I really appreciate that. The color selection is great, space is clean, prices are reasonable and the quality is great. My manicures always last long and look great for longer than they would at other salons. Big fan! read more

I see a lot of mixed reviews on here but decided to give this place a shot. My experience was actually really great! Natalie did a great job on my pedicure and gel manicure. She greeted me as soon as I walked in, offered me something to drink as I sat down for my pedicure, and offered good conversation throughout out this experience. Every time I go by they are closed. The one time I saw people inside the door was locked, when they saw me at the door someone went over and unlocked it and walked away. I come in and no one greets me as I see there are a few women gathered in the first table, one getting her nails done. There is silence for like a minute until I proceed to ask if they're open the worker or owner (I don't know who that was) barely looks up and says they're closed. I again look around and then let myself out. Seems like horrible customer service and like they don't want any new clients. Ok first I'm going to start with the fact that its location sucks and has no parking at all, it's metered street parking.. luckily I found a spot in front. So I usually get to my appointments 5-10 mins early because I hate being late.. Natalie (the only person working and owner) doesnt even look up from what she's doing OR at least say "Hi I'll be right with you.." So about 25 mins AFTER my appointment time she's finally done and checks the client out.. She literally starts eating McDonalds at the front desk on her phone WHILE IM IN HER CHAIR WAITING.. I sit down, explain what I wanted and let her work.. never did she try and talk to me, or smile..I felt like I inconvenienced her. I got coffin acrylics, with matte black and red chrome nails (2 chrome & 3 matte on each hand) My nails came out okay but not worth the $80 bill I got. I was really surprised honestly, she charged me extra for the chrome, extra for the matte, extra for NOT having her do my nails last time, extra for using gel polish on top of acrylics ( like does anyone get nail polish on them??????) Reading the previous negative reviews are funny. They are definetly made up! I started going to this salon 3 months ago. I was in search of a salon that had a good appointment system and great quality work. The moment I arrived the owner greeted me by my name and immediately asked me to have a seat. That was a great first impresssion! The customer service is great. I love being able to get to my appointment and know that she is waiting for me to get started right on time! As she's working she asks if everything looks good, which is great because It shows she cares about my opinion and wants to make sure I leave completely satisfied with her work. The level of professionalism is amazing. The salon is also very clean and decorated very tastefully. Love everything about this salon! read more

The woman who owned the place would not give me the time of day. Instead of working on her paying costumer for over an HOUR she decided to do her moms and her boyfriends nails... for free. She then had her "apprentice" take care of my nails. Not only did she forget to paint one of my nails it was also sloppy work. Nail polish all over the sides on my fingers and streaks in my nails. I tried to address the owner about this but she was to busy eating at the front desk with her mother, and didn't seem to care at all I was dissatisfied with the job they had done. Now I've been going to Natalie to do my nails for a little over 2 months. Everytime my nails came out great BUT her attitude is as if you did something to her or is bothering her. No casual conversations, no smiling no nothing. Literally as she's doing your nails it's awkward. She doesn't make her customers feel welcomed. I've worked in retail and once thing that is big in every field is hospitality. If you dont feel like doing anyone's nails then don't have a shop. Bad enough it's just her working there so you're literally sitting in an awkward silence for an hour. read more
