I've been coming here for over 10 years. The girl that usually does my pedis left and i've still tried to stay loyal to them. But with this last experience they've lost my business. -------------- I came a week and a half ago for a pedi my toenails still looked good. I usually get gel deluxe pedi. The girl that did my toes cut them down and left them super all super crooked. and was literally ready to put the color coat on it. When I pointed out that they were all messed up. She filed and made them worse I told her again and she filed again. At that point i just told her to stop everything and not to do anything else. Im very disappointed with the way this is was handled and that they still charged me $30 for destroying my nails. I have to go get my pedicure fixed elsewhere. My Favorite Salon! I have come here for the better half of 10 years and won't go anywhere else, even if I have to drive a bit further to get to this salon. The techs there are all very sweet, we had a friend who was running behind and since we were done, they told us to just relax with our friend and hang out until she's done. A no-frills nail salon that gets the job done. I had made an appointment ahead of time and they had me in and out the door within 45 minutes. At first, I questioned the cleanliness and maintenance of this place given the murky water in the fish tank and how cluttered it was. My massage chair and the remote control wire were patched up with duct tape, and some of the remote control buttons didn't work. That being said, I was put more at ease when I saw the plastic liners in the foot tubs and the nail tools they use come out in sterile packages. The nail techs didn't really try and make conversation which is fine by me, opting to talk to one another in Vietnamese. Maybe it's been awhile since I've had my nails done, but I felt like my manicurist had at it with the cuticle trimmers (and yes, I did tell her from the get go that I liked to keep the cuticles pushed back and trimming to a minimum). My pedicurist kept it to a minimum, so I appreciated that. Plus, she gave a pretty relaxing leg massage with some mango-scented exfoliant, foot scrub, and some hot stones. I begrudgingly admit I like how my gel manicure and pedicure turned out. It's been a week and a half and no chips and for $48 ($1 extra for using credit or debit card), it's a great value. Cash tips are strongly preferred. As mentioned before, a no-frills nail salon (it's called Nail Salon, for goodness sake!) that gets the job done. read more

The absolutely worst!! Lied and told me my mail was lifting. It wasn't. Proceeded to forcefully rip my acrylic off and in the process, ripped off my actual nail. No apologies. Gave me the "stfu b" look when I told her it hurt and she ripped my nail off. & I STILL PAID. The audacity of it all. I asked for her to file off the acrylic and soak off. A man I never seen before did my toenails , everything was fine before he started ripping all the way up on each side of my big toes( left foot ) . He then sprayed hot hot ( I mean burning hot water ) on my big toe because he noticed it was bleeding and red , immediately this caused me to pull back. Zero stars if I could. I have now been waiting for 40 mins after my appt was supposed to start and the people with me are now done with their appointments. The service is horrible. Not only did they tell me my appointment was going to start AFTER my nieces's (who had an Appt at the same time as me) after the tech was done with her she went to someone else! This place has horrible management skills and their work as a nail place is not that good where I would just put up with this. I rather go somewhere better. I've been going here for years, but right before COVID hit I felt like they were slacking. When things opened up things started out good but have definitely declined even more so than before. My last straw came today. The last 2 times I've had an appointment I've had to wait 15 & then 30 minutes after my appointment time before my nail tech even started. Today I go in & I'm 5 minutes are & she calls me right after I pull into a parking spot. I'm a little irritated being the last 2 times I had to wait so long so I honestly wasn't rushing to be on time just to wait again. Things onky with worse form there. I get my pedicure done & she acts as if I didn't schedule for a gel fill as she's talking to another customer about her nail color. I get up out of the pedicure chair & say I also had a fill appointment. She tries to tell me no she only has me for a pedicure. I quickly bring up my text message request & show her otherwise. She asks if I can come back and hour later & agree. I come back irritated so the whole time she's doing my nails I'm reading on my phone. I pay while not wearing my glasses, but puy them 9n as I walk out to read a text. That's when I notice my fingernails are a different color than my toenails. I go back in & show my nail tech. She says she grabbed the correct color. The issue is they are different types of polish (gel for fingers & regular polish for toes but supposedly by the same company). I show hee how my toes are a dark deep red & my fingers are chocolate brown. She proceeds to tell me it's the companies fault not hers. I honestly would've been irritated but OK IF she would've offered for me to come back & get them repainted to an actual similar color, but she didn't. Also as I'm looking at many nails in the wrong color I also notice my pointer finger nails are different lengths. Today was the last straw for me, I'm SO DONE! read more
