The Nail Salon staff provides EXCELLENT customer service! I couldn't be happier with the gel manicures and deluxe pedicures services each and every time. My nail technician, Tina (and owner), is incredibly professional, patient, and paid incredible attention to detail. My gel manicure turned out absolutely perfect with clean edges, beautiful color, and flawless shine. Tina places the nail stickers in a creative and artful style. The salon was very clean and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I truly felt pampered. I highly recommend this salon and can't wait for my next appointment!

I've been coming here for over 10 years. The girl that usually does my pedis left and i've still tried to stay loyal to them. But with this last experience they've lost my business. -------------- I came a week and a half ago for a pedi my toenails still looked good. I usually get gel deluxe pedi. The girl that did my toes cut them down and left them super all super crooked. and was literally ready to put the color coat on it. When I pointed out that they were all messed up. She filed and made them worse I told her again and she filed again. At that point i just told her to stop everything and not to do anything else. Im very disappointed with the way this is was handled and that they still charged me $30 for destroying my nails. I have to go get my pedicure fixed elsewhere. And I honestly feel it's unfair to me.

This is what a $50 manicure is here chunky nail polish. The girl there kept hurting me even to file and I kept telling her she's hurting me and continued. I paid my $50 and they had the audacity to be offended that I didn't tip well. Provide better service and I would. First and last time coming here. Avoid this spot.

Upon arrival, you have to sign a waiver stating you do not have any Covid symptoms, then you get your temperature taken before you start. Price was fair.. I paid $38 for the deluxe pedicure, which was pretty good and relaxing, I do wish they would've massaged my feet and legs more but their massage chair was nice and comfy. The techs there are all very sweet, we had a friend who was running behind and since we were done, they told us to just relax with our friend and hang out until she's done. They didn't rush us to pay or anything, just wanted us to take our time and enjoy the moment!

A no-frills nail salon that gets the job done. I had made an appointment ahead of time and they had me in and out the door within 45 minutes. At first, I questioned the cleanliness and maintenance of this place given the murky water in the fish tank and how cluttered it was. My massage chair and the remote control wire were patched up with duct tape, and some of the remote control buttons didn't work. That being said, I was put more at ease when I saw the plastic liners in the foot tubs and the nail tools they use come out in sterile packages. The nail techs didn't really try and make conversation which is fine by me, opting to talk to one another in Vietnamese. Maybe it's been awhile since I've had my nails done, but I felt like my manicurist had at it with the cuticle trimmers (and yes, I did tell her from the get go that I liked to keep the cuticles pushed back and trimming to a minimum). My pedicurist kept it to a minimum, so I appreciated that. Plus, she gave a pretty relaxing leg massage with some mango-scented exfoliant, foot scrub, and some hot stones. I begrudgingly admit I like how my gel manicure and pedicure turned out. It's been a week and a half and no chips and for $48 ($1 extra for using credit or debit card), it's a great value. Cash tips are strongly preferred. As mentioned before, a no-frills nail salon (it's called Nail Salon, for goodness sake!) that gets the job done.

I'm sharing this because everyone deserves their perfect nails. This is the spot. Creative patient open to new looks and methods.

I've been coming to this nail salon for 7 years, and it's honestly one of my favorite places to unwind. The staff are always so warm and welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. What keeps me coming back is the consistency. They take their time, pay attention to detail, and always do such a great job. Whether it's a simple pedicure or something more detailed with my acrylic nails. My Favorite Salon! I have come here for the better half of 10 years and won't go anywhere else, even if I have to drive a bit further to get to this salon. The entire staff are so kind and professional. Salon is clean and they take such care and pride in what they do! I change it up by getting Gel manicures, sometimes acrylics (Tina is fantastic) and have never had a pedicure done so well for such a great price point. Hot stone provided during pedicure is an added bonus! Highly recommend Nail Salon! read more

Every person that works at this salon is so nice. It's very relaxing to come here. I've been coming here for over 15 years and don't want to go anywhere else. I get compliments on my nails all the time. My feet are more than ticklish and they have learned how yo deal with it. It's terrific here - you won't be sorry. read more

I came to this location yesterday and I felt really uncomfortable. There was a girl sitting next to me getting a pedicure with French tip and I felt like all the workers kept laughing at her feet. I was not in a really good mood and my nails came out really shitty for $100. I felt super rushed. I guess that's what happens when you go during closing time. Well I needed to find a place for my daughter since she was bugging me to get a gel new set for her Graduation. I called the day before and was able to secure an appointment after work. Arrived a little before and was greeted and welcomed. I showed pics and idea of what she wanted and she delivered. Truly recommend this place. read more

I needed to get a last minute gel manicure so I called to ask if they could take a walk in and sat me down right away. I was in and out within an hour and they fixed my broken nail too! Will definitely be coming back for any last minute manicures again in the future. read more

I've been a customer of this salon for approx. 3 years. It's the best salon in the Castro Valley, Hayward, & San Leandro area. Pros: - Great pedicure massages! This salon does not skimp on the massage. - Good selection of polish colors. My favorite is "Perfect Match no. 48." - Sanitary pedicure spa bowls & clean in general. - Friendly, welcoming staff. - Starbucks is next door. Cons: - Parking is difficult. I go to my appointment 10 minutes early to secure a parking spot. - Same day appointments are usually unavailable. I make my appointments at lease a day ahead in time. read more

Sad to do it. But I've been coming here for 10 years, moved over 40 miles away and still came. The more I come the later they would be with my appointment. Every. Single. Time. My appt today was for 5:30 and they person didn't start my pedicure until 6. The plan was to get my nails and feet done at the same time. The owner Kelly was supposed to do my nails. Instead a client who didn't have an appt for nails last minute wanted their nails done, and instead of saying she couldn't she took them anyway and assumed I'll wait and get mine done after. 7:45 she finished the lady's nails and came towards me. I shook my head no, and Kelly's like no. I said no. She's like for another day I said no. Do you really think I'm going to pay you for you being over an hour late? I see they so t know what loyalty means. I'm over them and their forever being late. 10 years and having faithful customers means nothing. You'd think after Covid they'd be glad to have their clientele back. Smh. No more. read more

The absolutely worst!! Lied and told me my mail was lifting. It wasn't. Proceeded to forcefully rip my acrylic off and in the process, ripped off my actual nail. No apologies. Gave me the "stfu b" look when I told her it hurt and she ripped my nail off. & I STILL PAID. The audacity of it all. I asked for her to file off the acrylic and soak off. She said no it's going to burn. No. I've gotten acrylic enough to know what my nails can handle. If it wasn't a last minute decision I would have went to my regular nail tech. NEVER. AGAIN. read more

Before I start this post I will say I have been coming here my whole life , I use to love coming here so I was really excited when my mom wanted to get her nails done . A man I never seen before did my toenails , everything was fine before he started ripping all the way up on each side of my big toes( left foot ) . He then sprayed hot hot ( I mean burning hot water ) on my big toe because he noticed it was bleeding and red , immediately this caused me to pull back. The pedicure went on and he was very aggressive with the hot stones too.. my toe since leaving has been bleeding , and has puss coming out ...I have been cleaning it properly but there is no exception for a infected toe read more

Zero stars if I could. I have now been waiting for 40 mins after my appt was supposed to start and the people with me are now done with their appointments. The service is horrible. Not only did they tell me my appointment was going to start AFTER my nieces's (who had an Appt at the same time as me) after the tech was done with her she went to someone else! This place has horrible management skills and their work as a nail place is not that good where I would just put up with this. I rather go somewhere better. Sad thing is, I've had my nails done here before and they did a decent job. Not worth the headache. Also, I came exactly at the time of my appointment and have my call logs to prove it and they said that's why I had to wait 40 mins? BS. read more

I've been going here for years, but right before COVID hit I felt like they were slacking. When things opened up things started out good but have definitely declined even more so than before. My last straw came today. The last 2 times I've had an appointment I've had to wait 15 & then 30 minutes after my appointment time before my nail tech even started. Today I go in & I'm 5 minutes are & she calls me right after I pull into a parking spot. I'm a little irritated being the last 2 times I had to wait so long so I honestly wasn't rushing to be on time just to wait again. Things onky with worse form there. I get my pedicure done & she acts as if I didn't schedule for a gel fill as she's talking to another customer about her nail color. I get up out of the pedicure chair & say I also had a fill appointment. She tries to tell me no she only has me for a pedicure. I quickly bring up my text message request & show her otherwise. She asks if I can come back and hour later & agree. I come back irritated so the whole time she's doing my nails I'm reading on my phone. I pay while not wearing my glasses, but puy them 9n as I walk out to read a text. That's when I notice my fingernails are a different color than my toenails. I go back in & show my nail tech. She says she grabbed the correct color. The issue is they are different types of polish (gel for fingers & regular polish for toes but supposedly by the same company). I show hee how my toes are a dark deep red & my fingers are chocolate brown. She proceeds to tell me it's the companies fault not hers. I honestly would've been irritated but OK IF she would've offered for me to come back & get them repainted to an actual similar color, but she didn't. Also as I'm looking at many nails in the wrong color I also notice my pointer finger nails are different lengths. Today was the last straw for me, I'm SO DONE! read more

This spot is cool. The massage is the best part. I got gel polish but it's already cracking on my little toe nails. That's never happened before. And there's too much space between my nail & the skin like it's grown out already but I just got them done. Ok spot but as a back up in a crunch. read more

I didn't get the name of the two ladies that did my fill and pedicure but they were friendly and executed my "candy cane" vision. I've already been here a few times and they've done very good. Just a heads up on the booking process: the site directs you to request an appointment, but it's not auto-confirmed--Sam has to accept it manually. For my first appointment, I booked for the next day and wasn't sure if it was going through, so now I just DM her directly to check in. Super easy once you know the flow. Sam herself is super sweet and easy to talk to. She recently went solo with her business, so it's just her now--and honestly, I love that. It's chill, one-on-one, and you can tell she really cares about quality. She has a gorgeous selection of colors and uses high-end products, which I think is why everything lasts so long. The first time I went, my nails were in sad shape and I honestly didn't think they'd bounce back. A month later? I've got legit nails I'm proud to show off. I guess when you have so many options to choose from there are bond to be bottles that don't get regularly used. The experience was pleasant for my pedicure, but I would suggest making an appt.w/the younger male nail specialist for details on your manicure. It seems like he has a keen eye for details. First, I was shocked that a basic kids' pedicure for my 8-year-old son cost $27. All they did was trim and clean his nails, followed by a short leg massage. That price seems extremely high for such a simple service, and there was never any discussion of pricing beforehand. The biggest issue, though, was my own nails. I paid about $55 for my gel manicure--$35 for gel polish, plus an additional $20 for a French tip and a small Mickey design. When I woke up the very next morning, less than 24 hours later, the entire gel polish had already peeled completely off one of my thumbnails. The French tip and Mickey design on other nails were also already lifting and peeling. I've never had a gel manicure fail this quickly. If I lived closer and didn't have to drive across the bridge, I would absolutely return to request a full refund because this level of quality is unacceptable. Between my dad, my two kids, and me, we spent close to $500, so we expected much better workmanship. My daughter's nails actually turned out great, so this review is strictly about the quality of my nails. One other thing that bothered me was my dad's pedicure. The staff kept offering him additional services during the appointment, and he kept saying yes without realizing each one came with an extra charge. By the end, his pedicure totaled over $100 plus tip. I really think pricing for add-on services should be clearly explained before they're performed so customers can make informed decisions. I've attached photos showing my thumbnail the morning after my appointment, along with photos I took the night before. It's incredibly disappointing to spend this much money and have a gel manicure start peeling in less than 24 hours.

I hate to give the shop two stars but i have no choice, this shop do not good on gel and pedi. I came week day that day is not busy, i have lucy does my gel it is last only two day and kate does the pedi color look like that person doesn't know how to do, after i went home my toe is hurt, i don't want they cut too much on my cuticle and beside that they use recycle hot wax for me. Don't ever do the deluxe at this shop. read more

The staff here were all so sweet and understanding, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. I even got a massage at the end, which was such a nice surprise! The prices are very reasonable, and overall I'd rate it an 8/10 experience. Definitely worth checking out! read more

Had a $20 pedicure done. Took about 30 minutes and was very thorough. Lee was meticulous and gave a great massage. Two tv's and massage chairs for your pleasure. Was decently packed for a Monday at 2pm, so call ahead for an appointment! read more
