Would like to recognize HAO in the pedi department she is warm friendly and efficient. Cathy for nails. A full sets, chrome with her input came up with a beautiful collab. Friendly and professional.
Ive been going here for my pedis and when i get my nails done like 2-3x a year for special occasions. I really do enjoy being able to book on-line or calling. The pedi i got from lovely or snow are really good. They do take their time and they do a good job. Minus a star because one time i walked in and a guy did my pedi. idr his name. but he actually made me bleed on the side of my toe. he never said sorry anything. it was stinging for a few days after. Since then, i have learned to always make an appt and know who my. go-to ares now! Also they do charge extra for credit card. So be prepared by bringing in cash! Vibes are great as they always have decor for the related holiday near by. Haha

The salon itself is large, with many chairs and nail stations, and it's fully stocked with an impressive variety of products, colors, styles, and techniques. They prefer cash, and there is a fee for credit card use, but tipping is convenient since you can tip all the manicurists via Venmo. Parking can be a bit tight, especially near the Baskin-Robbins in front of the Castro Valley shopping center where Safeway is located. Overall, it was a great experience--very efficient, well-organized, and worth the visit. My niece goes on the regular and now I know why. :)

Paying around $100 for a set of nails that lasts only about a week is extremely disappointing. I even went back once to have them fixed, but I can't keep taking time away from work every time there's a problem. After five visits, I finally decided that enough is enough. I really wanted to love this place, but I expect better quality and durability for the amount of money I spent. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. I don't want anybody to get in trouble. But the last time I was there was July 23 Kobe did my nails and prior to July 23 it was Michelle. Kobe did my nails 4 times and always looked good but doesn't last long.
Cherry always takes such good care of me. I have been coming to this place for a couple of years now and I am never disappointed. 10/10!

This was my first time here but my SILs come here all the time and recommended this salon after I told them about a recent experience I had at a different nail salon. I worked with a consistent nail tech in Vegas but now that I've moved back to Cali... I was on the hunt for my go to salon/tech Kim was really informative - telling me about the different types of gel. I'm a bit new to gel nails and appreciated the information and suggestions she gave me. She also gave her opinion on what colors would look best to mimic the design I had showed her. Looking forward to coming back for a fill!! everyone here was so kind. Shout out to Lilly at the front desk as well! see yalls next time!
Came in on Monday (which happens to be Presidents' Day) no wait and lucked out to get Chloe. Reshaped from coffin to stiletto and it came out perfect! Super happy with the shape change and first time doing matte color and I loved it. It was pretty busy but traffic flowed smoothly in and out. Highly recommend!
Love love love this spa. Thank you KoBe and White Heaven Nail Spa Team! Wish I had pictures of my other sets!! However, the nail design I brought, was excecuted better than the picture. I always love my nails and it's always a relief to have them done.

I love this salon!! I started coming here back in December when I was looking to do Gel-x with designs for the holidays, and have never gone to a different salon since. Very clean and comfortable on the inside with the friendliest staff! I go to Kim, she's great with length and design she can do any shape, and everyone else i've gone to also does great work, they're the best! read more

Kim did an amazing job on my nails! She was super gentle, detail-oriented, and made sure everything looked absolutely perfect. My nails came out even better than I expected. Experience there was amazing, it was the most pampered I have felt. While the price was a bit high, it was totally worth it! Cathy did my nails & was spot on with the Wicked theme!! I got gel x & have had my nails on for a month now!! It's the best retention I've ever had with nails & they still look amazing on both hands!! Not a single nail has come loose. Overall great experience, service, and nails!! read more

My experience with Liam was much better! Not sure if it was because of my yelp reviews, but he definitely took extra care on my nails and it felt like he took his time. I can tell because the top coat is on very smooth vs when Kim did it, you can see dips within the top coat. Also not as much mess around my finger tips. He did mess up a couple of times but fixed it right away before I even spoke up. Will definitely come back to get dip done by Liam. read more

I love Sophie and Coby. It's like they've known me my entire life, however we just recently met. Other salons in the east bay are great, but; this one is superior. I always make an appointment because this spa is quite popular with 30-60somethings. The receptionist is super kind and professional and all of the staff here are gracious, sweet and very talented. What is the difference between booking basic mani/pedi combo for $50 when you can book mani combo for $20 and pedi combo for $25 on the website?

Usually this means that they are booked and can no longer accept any appointments. I would try calling!

Are you taking additional sanitary steps to prevent contamination of the powder color nail tubs for dipped manicure? Do you use same tubs for everyone or you have individual one?! Thanks
when i went in today ive noticed they used the same tub for everyone but when you entered into the store they made sure everyone were hand sanitized first!
