Went here for a fill in and pedicure on a Sunday afternoon, it was my very first time. I live in the area and I've gone to a few nail salons around town, but I wanted to try a new place as the other salons I've gone to have recently gone downhill as far as service and ambiance goes. The place wasn't too busy when I arrived but only four ladies were working. Not a single one of them actually spoke much English. I'm hispanic, so I totally understand language barriers...but having at least one person around that can speak the same language as your customers is kind of important when running a business. I sat in the pedicure for a good 20 minutes before anyone spoke to me or motioned to at least start running my water. Instead of speaking up about the wait, I caught up on some email for work and thought surely someone would get to me soon to at least get my feet soaking. Another 5-10 minutes passed and someone finally came to me to begin the pedi. The technician didn't speak much English, but I could tell she was nice from her demeanor so I just went with it. The pedicure was the best part of the experience, but the massage was weak and in my opinion, that's the best part...right? I didn't say a word though and just tried to relax because the lady was nice. When another technician became available about 30 minutes later, she started on my fill in. She spoke zero English. I noticed that the nails on my left hand were a tad bit longer than the nails on my right hand, so I asked to please file the left hand down a bit. She placed one of my hands over the other and compared the lengths...and speaking in her language which of course I did not understand at all. When I pointed to the three nails I specifically wanted filed down a bit to match the others, she got louder and kept comparing my nails (I'm sure she was trying to tell me that they weren't different lengths). I kept asking her to file them down and she kept resisting and comparing the nails. I finally asking another technician nearby if she could ask her to file the nails down a bit...she asked her and the lady even started arguing with her and getting louder and louder the entire time! I'm typically not rude to anyone who's providing me with a service, but this woman got louder and louder and nothing was getting accomplished. The entire nail salon was now watching us go back and forth about the woman simply filing a few nails for me. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable, especially since they are MY nails and I am paying her to do them. She finally gave in and ran the filer across a few of my nails but she didn't really make an effort to do what I asked. By this time I was annoyed so I tried to stay quiet and remain calm. The woman then proceeded to tell me that my skin was dry and when she buffed my nail bed she kept nicking my cuticles until they became red. I said nothing to her from this point on because I just wanted to get out of there and continue on with my afternoon - after-all, I had spent a good two and half hours there total. She finished my nails and as she set me up at the drying station she opened my wallet and grabbed my debit card, without my permission! I was totally taken aback, no one asked her to go into my wallet. She ran my card, gave me my receipt and I signed it after my nails finished drying. I left a $8 tip, $5 for the technician that did my pedi and $3 for the technician that did my nails. As I was walking out she grabbed the receipt and laughed out loud and said something in her language, which I thought was extremely rude. She didn't even deserve the $3 but I tipped her out of common courtesy. Wouldn't recommend this place for a couple reasons: they are extremely slow, they don't have enough people on staff to take care of guests and that technician was just rude and unprofessional. If you're desperate for a pedi, this place is decent but don't waste your time or your money on anything else. There are other places around that would provide you with a better experience. read more

Worst gel manicure I ever had. Peeled after 4 days!! I used this place 3 years a ago and wanted to see if anything improved. Apparently not! Stay out of here there are so many great nail salons that will work hard to earn your business. As far as the language barrier people having an opportunity to live in this great country should assimilate to our language and customs. read more

This place is great in my opinion. Some of the reviews I read here were pretty harsh so I felt that I should leave my experience which was good. This was my first Mani-Pedi ever and being a guy, doing it for the first time, I was slightly embarrassed but the girls made me feel at ease and did a great job. I've been to a few nail places around Fayetteville trying to find one that does a great job and were friendly. This was my first time coming to this place. I came with three other women. I understand that might be await cause theirs 4 of us. We came in and there was one lady. That's it. Okay, we'll give it a shot. You guys just opened every ones maybe on there way still? Two women were already sitting down for a pedicure. We sat done next to them in the other pedicure chairs. We probably waited a hour. After the hour she got on the phone to call people to come in. Now you call? A hour later. Okay we wait. One lady comes in, she sets us all up and gets all our water set. Than she works on me. She literally didn't say a word to me and didn't Even look at me. So she's speeding threw it. When it comes to her rubbing the legs it's pretty short. And she does it like she's barely touching me. And any time she wants you to move you feet she basically pushes them . It was awkward. read more

My 1st review on any business EVER!, so with that being said, this place really compelled me to take time out my day to create this account and give a review. Long story short, if your looking for a new establishment and you're new to the area, save yourself some time and money, look elsewhere! Very unsatisfied and I will not recommend this place to any of my clients, family, strangers or friends. *Note to owner: You never know whos in your chair and as one business owner to the next, INTEGRITY is everything! I give my service to all people equally and my goal as a service provider is retain my clients, for with out them, my business would not exist. Here are some pointers...... 1.
