Terrible service. I got there at 5:30, was asked what service I needed and I told them a pedicure for my vacation. Then they turned me away. Why ask me what I wanted to get done if you were going to say no!??They don't close until 6. I asked if we could just do a quick 10 minute polish change and the rude man man still told me no and to come the next day even though I repeatedly told him I won't be able to come back. They have great customer service. Nancy is the bomb with designs. The salon is decent and clean. But considering the pricing it should be stellar and wine/juice should be served. I stopped in this shop while visiting from out of town after hearing about it from someone else who is a regular. I am very disappointed with the service received and the finished product. To start 3 different people switched to soak off my SNS with ZERO communication to me so I thought they forgot about me. That was super annoying. I also came with a friend who wanted a gel fill and she was told she didn't need it! What kind of nonsense? Even if she doesn't need it, but is willing to pay for it why would you say that? The whole point of us coming was to get our nails done together. Instead she waited an hour and a half for me to get my nails done. And last but certainly the most important part is my nails. First my nail tech out on regular top coat and then as soon as I got up they smudged and looked terrible. Before checking out I noticed and asked if he could please fix and put on the gel top coat. (I have been getting SNS from my regular shop in Dallas for over a year so I know how this works). Instead of wiping off the existing coat he just puts the gel right on top of it. Yes it smoothed our the smudging and lines, however now all of the top coat is peeling off THE VERY NEXT DAY! And of course I am flying out and can't get my nails fixed. Such a waste of time and money. I only gave two stars instead of one because at least I was able to keep my shape and change the color. read more

I think I have officially found my new nail spot. The salon is located in a small shopping center, where there is plenty of parking both in front and on the side of building. Side of building parking felt a little shady bc there were no lights dedicated to the parking area. This normally would not be an issue for me but during my last visit it was dark when I arrived and stood out to me as a negative. There are pedicure units on each side of the salon with an equal amount (if not more) manicure stations. The staff seem genuinely happy to be at work. I visited both during midday and right before closing and both times the salon was busy and the technicians friendly. I enjoyed the pride the technician took in his work. During my last visit the tech repeatedly asked during service do I like how my nails look (shape/fill in). At the end of my service tech gave me his hours, told me we will meet again and wished me a goodnight....wait...what....did I just receive customer service. I'm sold! read more

Meh... it's ok. They had good ventilation compared to other nail spas we tried first. We were just coming through town and decided to treat ourselves to a pedi and foot massage. The pedi was ok, and the foot massage was a joke-more like having oil put on my feet. Also, the oil was not removed at the end and i had to ask for a towel so that i didnt slide out of my shoes and stain my pants. They were nice people. You have to tip in cash. read more

I frequent this establishment often but today I came at 6pm. I waited about 40 minutes to get a manicure and pedicure. They were short staffed and the service was horrible. I ended up only getting the pedicure because the technician rushed it and I don't get the quality of service I normally receive. I had to ask the technician to go back and properly file my toe nails, to cut the nails evenly and to even use the stone on my feet. This was the worst service I've ever had here. The normal management was not available. This was a horrible way to service a regular customer. None of the regular technicians were there either. I wasn't given the option to select the type of pedicure I wanted. I normally get the paraffin wax but this chick never gave me an option. read more

Preparing for a cruise, I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised I didn't have to wait long for a pedicure. The nail technician was professional and precise. I ordered the SIGNATURE PEDICURE and it didn't feel like she was rushing during my foot massage. My only downside is the parking. Because the shop is in a small shopping area with popular stores, including a liquor store and a laundromat, it leads to tight parking. I give this place 3.5-4 stars and I would recommend this nail salon depending on what you're looking for. The service was good: pleasant customer service and good leg/foot massage. The outcome was good: soft hands and feet, polished nails and the price was good. However, I'm picky about the tools being used and sanitization procedures. I hate when a buffer obviously needs to be replaced and I'm the last customer it's used on before being thrown away. That did not sit well with me, so hopefully, next time, I'll get a fresher buffer. read more

This was my first time visiting and I can say the staff was very friendly and I was services right away on a Friday. However this was the first manicure I received that the manicurist asked me if I need "the water" I didn't understand what he was speaking of so he said "to soak your finger do you need the water, because you don't need it your cuticle better dry" weird bit whatever plus I had somewhere to be in 40 minutes. He was very attentive and friendly but that was just a little strange for me. I think by me telling him I had somewhere to be caused him to rush a bit so I take partial responsibility for my manicure not being really neat. The issues aren't noticeable at first glance so I'm ok with it & I will return when I have more time. read more

This was my first time at this nail salon and this is a break down of my experience: Pros: my nail technician was very nice. Cons: I agree with another review who said the buffer was borderline unsanitary and needs to be replaced. Also, the technician cut my nails way too short, after I asked her not too. I mean she cut all of the nail off down to the bed on both of my pinky nails. Then, as she was putting the gel nail polish on, she painted my fingers and did not fix it. When I pointed this out to her she said it would be fine. At the end I asked her to fix it and she attempted to cut off the skin that had the nail polish on it with cuticle trimmers, causing me to bleed. I will not be back and would not recommend this place to anyone else. It was also more expensive then I was expecting. read more

This spot was very clean and accomidating, as well as much larger inside than I originally guessed. There were plenty of cushy spa chairs along both walls for those looking to have their feet pampered, the prices were reasonable and the staff was very helpful. The only thing holding this place back from a full five stars is the product choice. I got a manicure that used a glittery polish, and therefore needed either a very strong topcoat or at least two layers of a mediocre one. What I got was one thin layer of a mediocre topcoat that peeled off into thready splinters after it dried. Ugh. read more

Rushed pedi. Came in at 4:26 she was done by 4:40. I asked for the honey pedicure but what I got was not as advertised. Said I would get a honey massage and I did not. I got a tablespoon of warm honey on the heels of my feet, wrapped in a towel for 5 minutes then just a pea sized amount of lotion on my legs. She used so little that my skin is still dry. Never again. I will just go somewhere else and happily pay more for better quality products and service. read more
