I love Cindy!!! She's absolutely amazing. My daughter and I got our full sets done here. We didn't have an appointment and that was no problem! My daughter got shellac full set. Coffin shape with a different color on her ring finger. $45 (purple nails) I got powder gel nails. Almond shape. $55 (red glitter) It may seem a little pricey for my nails but it was worth it!! I am so surprised that there aren't more reviews of this place. This place has been here for super long (probably since I was a kid) and I drive by it every single time I go home and I've never stopped in until today. I decided to try them out because I was amazed with the pictures on yelp. Their shop is fairly small but skyway is such a small area that you don't need a big shop. The staff is super friendly and it feels really cozy inside (you know that home-y feeling lol or is that just me??). I would totally come here again and I just might from now on since they're only several blocks away from my house. read more

This is a good place for your shellac and gel nail polish gels. I also suspect it's good for acrylic. I called in and asked if they did builder gel nails. They said yes. I said I'd be in in 15 minutes. Pulled into the parking lot and parked in a spot, only to be asked by the guy that owns the mini market to "park straight". I told him I was following the lines which happened to be slanted. He said "park straight, more space that way." Ok, in a parking lot where I happened to be the only customer there in the 2-3 minutes this occurred...suuuuuure. Um, ok. Went back and re-parked my car. He may have ended up having it towed or something. Why risk my car like that? Got into the salon and there were 2 women working. One was doing a pedicure and the other was going to do my fill for my nails. I thought it a bit odd that she was pulling up gel nail colors and I told her "No color, I'm here for a gel fill." This is where she and I got our messages crossed. I remember asking on the phone if they did gel fills -- their website even said gel fills. I was told, "We don't do that." Why say yes over the phone and make me drive over, wasting gas, only to find out that you don't do it? I also suspect it's due to a lack of English being spoken. I'm not slamming anyone, but speaking English really does help. :( I can do gel nail polish all day long at home - I have the lamp and the colors as well as everything that's needed. I hate having to do my own builder gel nail fills, but it seems like WA state doesn't know what builder gels are. I'll keep looking but in the mean time, I guess I'll have to rely on my monthly visits to California for fills. read more

I hadn't been to this nail shop in years and decided to stop in being my regular nail shop was busy. To my surprise I met Cindy who is absolutely great! I am very picky about my nails (and she gives a good pedi) and she surpassed all my expectations without taking forever and a day. I got the ombre french powder style and I love them! Her shop has great customer service. I recommend giving them a try...she is my new regular now. read more

Soon as walk in it was a rude look no mask how can we help you ?? Then I say 2 mani's and 2 pedi's. 1 lady responds is there another adult, I have my 3 year old daughter with me. she goes no she too young I can paint. I said can u clip too , she said what we can shave down. Ok fine no problem she running my water looking at my daughter in my lap. Then she goes how am I suppose to do your nails she needs to sit in a chair. my last straw before we just left was when my daughter had the colored nails to choose which color she want and another lady working asked for it back. I Told them if they don't want kids at there place of Business just put a sign up saying so. I will Not return and would not recommend there service for a DOG !!!!!! read more

I seriously love Cindy so much! She's so sweet and caring and talkative. She's like a second mom hahah! She does a really great job! They do take walk ins but it would be a better idea to call and make an appointment if you're going on the weekend. There are only two nail techs so that's why I'd recommend calling in. My first time here was about a week ago. I might be a little generous with my stars but I had a great first experience . Had a walk in and was greeted right away and asked what services I needed . I showed them my nails and specifically asked for. Thin over lay to protect my nails from breaking and did mention I need a nail since I had one that was way shorter then the rest. I was asked to pick my color (I was very indecisive) then she started placing the overlay and my favorite part was this; instead of clipping my nail off , the short one she pulled out a form and started to sculpt my nail. This was a win for me. At most shops I go to are very clipper friendly and will ether give you the over lay but clip the short nail to put a tip or like one experience cut them all off. When picking out my color I ended up picking that I thought would be a metallic blue but the tech warned me about it and said it was a bad idea. Should of listen but I liked the color that came out and was over it by the end of the night. Overall I liked this place . Clean. Friendly . Was able to get out in under an hour. 30$ well spent and that was the total after tip . read more

I wish I would've taken pictures of nails and feet. I have never had a pedicure look bad after only one week. My shellac manicure peeled after 3 days. My bff got a full and pedicure and it was horrible. Polish was very cheap of something. read more

The owner or who ever the new person is in the shop has a terrible attitude.. In their native language they will talk about us when we voice a complaint, or ask for something specific as if we have the nerve to voice a complaint or know how we want our feet / hands done. The people that where there at ANNE NAILS where nice, accommodating and respectful to their patrons. These new people are rude I will never recommend a friend or enemy or allow them to work on my or my husbands feet.. We have to be carful and mindful of the energy that we allow to rub on us it will permeate it way into our spirit. We have to be equally mindful how we spend our hard earned dollar. Don't let people I don't care where they are from disrespect you have some expectations for your treatment and you too treat people with respect.. read more

Wouldn't recommend. Ladies were rude, talking about another customer in their language (my boyfriend is Vietnamese, he told me what they were saying after we left) The lady who did my nails was not pleasant. Didn't listen to what I wanted, told her I wanted a full set, short coffin nails but kept insisting I get it long, because "coffin looks better long". She kept tapping my hands with her nail file when it wasn't in the direction she wanted. Also kept yanking my fingers because of the same reason. I won't be coming back. The set itself was terrible. None of them were the same size, they were super thick and lumpy. There was so much acrylic left under my nails that it was extremely uncomfortable. I had to try and remove the excess acrylic myself. I was in a rush and didn't have time to have them redo it, I didn't want them to redo it anyways. I went and got them redone at another nail salon a few days after. read more
