And she got up all angry and said something to the lady doing my nails in their native language with a tone. Then she came back with more options and I picked a darker pink. So why the attitude? Then the lady doing my manicure got mad when I told her I wanted a darker pink to match my toes as my base and they both started being very rough with me and talking about me in their native language and slamming their instruments and stuff to make it known they were mad. I got my nails done on the ninth. I got a gel manicure. My gel manicure is usually last 1 1/2 to 3…read moremonths. I don't work that much with my hands all the work I do like dishes or laundry or things like that and I don't use a bunch of chemicals that could break down my nails.. within two weeks my nails are completely chipped and look like I've had them on for a couple months. When I called, they said that they only guarantee one week and she said up there is no way that your nail polish lasts that long or acrylic which is false because I've gotten my nails done both gel and acrylic and they have lasted up to three months usually a lil over 1 1/2 months. I've been getting my nails done since I was 16. Just an FYI, for anybody that gets gel nail polish done after they seal your nails then they file the edge of it down, which then makes it susceptible to lifting. Because things can get underneath it like oil, water, and things like that. That causes lifting, which then causes chipping.

The girl said 5 minutes. No problem. In about 10 minutes she gets up from her client and starts filling the bowl of chair and tells me have a seat... ok, I guess she'll be done soon. I sat in that chair 30 minutes while people (other customers?) standing around the nail shop spoke loudly about their personal drama. Couldn't figure out why they were there just standing around visiting. I just got up, dried my feet and left. Trashy place, not clean, not truthful and certainly not a spa. Not an ounce of luxury or comfort in this place.
