I only went in here for removal of some acrylic nails that I got somewhere else and didn't care for but they were extremely nice, and the removal process was by far the least painful and best looking removal of acrylic nails that I've ever experienced. Even though I didn't want to pay for a manicure they still took their time and buffed the nails and made sure that they looked nice before I left. I checked their list of prices before I left and they are also less expensive than the place I usually go. Honestly, go anywhere else. I called and asked for their based price. When I arrived I told them what I wanted to get done and even gave them a picture, everything was fine. This fucking place is overpriced. I asked them to do this nail design right here and they have the audacity to ask me to pay $180. In my head I was like b*tch did you smoke crack this morning? You in fucking Jacksonville not NYC, who the f*ck in this area would be paying you that much for a full set ombre powder with some 3D flowers and rhinestones on them? You do not charge $10 for a finger if you only put some rhinestones on that finger. The way you charge is $5 for a finger. If you have to do both 3D flowers and rhinestone on same finger then maybe you can charge $10, but you do not charge every f*cking finger (for example if client's do all 10 fingers then you only charge 8 fingers), because these rhinestones are cheap as fuck. Don't be f*cking crazy! My f*cking lil sis do nails. I'm just out out of town at the moment that's why I had to get my nails done. A full set of powder with 3D flower designs and rhinestones, the most you can charge someone is $150 but even that is f*cking pushing your luck. $120-$130 is how much I was willing to pay, not fucking $180. You charge base on your f*cking location. I never paid more than $120 for my nails ever. I travel a sh*t tons so trust me I know the standard prices for this and what most nail techs charge. It seems rushed and they openly talk about customers once they leave. I had to listen to why they wouldn't service a lady and instead of Telling her they told her they wouldn't be able To fit her in until the next day I literally stopped on my way home since it's so close. And I seen traffic coming n and out before (I know my mistake the reason I didn't put up a fight with the cost, just wanted to give a warning it seems like "We" aren't being treated the same here) I got pedi and mani done. I've been doing gel manicures for years and have been to many different salons. I went to this location 3 times. The first, my nails chipped after 5 days. The second 4 days and this last time 1 day. I always give the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was me. Maybe I was too hard on my nails. I wear gloves at work so maybe moisture got to them. Well, after 3 visits and they continue to chip and break, I will not return. Also, they've charged me 3 different prices each time I've gone. My nails have not grown. I do the exact same thing each visit. Doesn't make sense. The tools they use are not sanitized. Each station is filled with dirty tools and the "sanitized" single use packs they use are always open. read more

They are EXTREMELY Rude & Unprofessional!! They Did a Crappy New set of Acrylics then Painted the French Tips on with a dirty brush smearing black smears onto the nude base color, then dried the nails. Then took acetone and removed only part of the nude polish, & then reapplied one coat of clear. The Final Results, Rough texture to nail bed and discoloration of that part on each nail. Then they Demanded By all 3 Employees Yelling at The Customer For Full Payment, they didn't even offer a discount, they did NoT apologize & they tried to say it's the customers fault because the nail polish color she chose. These Nail Tech at NAIL TIME Only Care about Getting $$ could careless about customer satisfaction & have No Problem w/ BULLYING their customer even when they messed the customers nails up!! Apparently the owner no longer has this salon, the employees literally lied about her existence " she left to visit her family won't be back for a while"when they could have said she is no longer here.
