I love a classy almond shape that's not too long, with subtle chrome or cat eye finishes in muted, elegant colors. Jenny was absolutely wonderful. I walked into my appointment about five minutes late and feeling a little frazzled, but she immediately made me feel at ease. She was so kind, patient, and thoughtful, taking the time to really understand my simple vision instead of rushing through the appointment. She absolutely nailed it! My pedicure was just as lovely. I tend to get ingrown toenails, so I can be a little particular, and the sweet gentleman who did my pedicure was so gracious when I politely asked if we could spend a little extra time cleaning around one of my nails. He was thorough, gentle, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. I happily tipped them both 30% because I truly value exceptional service, and that's exactly what I received. I had a decent experience here! I never realized how close this place was to me and traffic was pretty bad, and I couldn't get to my regular nail salons, so I said why not. It's much larger than I anticipated. One side of the salon was being used while there. A much older side of the salon. A little dated but it does the job. I really wanted to try one of the reflexology experiences especially since I learned that they have them here, but it wasn't in my budget. After reading other reviews and people saying they weren't sure they even received the treatment affirmed that just regular pedicure it would be. Either way the gentleman who did my pedicure did a great job, offered me water, and allowed me to relax. Once I paid I was pretty much on my own. He showed me to the drying stations abruptly and that was that. I don't have to come again, but would if there was an emergency. I just prefer a different experience and atmosphere. read more

I've been going here since it opened. This place is cluttered and nail dust is everywhere. The polish you choose from is old and cakey, so I take my own. But their products are gross. They still have those nasty looking flexaglass partitions up, which look disgusting. I will choose a new place. read more

If I had to be exact. I would give Nail Time a 4.5, but there was so much going on here, it is easy to round up. First, make a reservation, they have a lot of technicians but they get booked up, so call ahead. Second, they have these small rooms of four chairs for pedicures. It is perfect for small groups or girls (or guys) day out. Third, I found the prices to be competitive and some of the pedicure packages to be really interesting, but mostly normal fare. Why the .5 deduction? Well I paid for a reflexology and there was no reflexology going on during my pedicure. It was good, yes, and there was special care taken for some of my special foot needs, but just no reflexology. :( read more

Many friends go to Nailtime regularly and I have been here many years ago. I was disappointed today not to be offered a beverage or the neck massage like several other patrons. I had to request a second coat of nail polish (!) I was left under the hand and foot dryer for 15 minutes without anyone checking. They do a bait and switch. One person will do the clipping part and then another Will do the painting. I went with my mom and all 4 ppl expected a tip at the end of 10 dollars or more which really isn't fair when they keep switching off. I liked the first tech didn't like the second at all she cut me and had sharp nails that dug into my skin. Very expensive too cost 165 for 2 pedicures and one manicure. It was also extremely show, just the manicure took one hour. I'll be looking for a new place. read more

I felt very conflicted on whether to post this review, but the last several times I've been into Nail Time it has been a very different experience than the ones prior. My daughter and I have been getting our nails done there for the past few years. We don't have a specific technician as we've been pleased with them all, and Jenny seems to always have a wait. We even celebrated my daughter's birthday last year with a group of her friends getting pedicures there and it was great, but today's experience was enough to not return. I got my usual gel hot stone pedicure and gel manicure. I've noticed the last few times, that one person will start the pedicure and then at the very end, when only the nails need to be painted, another person will come over to complete. The second lady, the finisher if you will, painted all over my toes and then proceeded to clip the excess paint off instead of taking a paint brush and clean them off. This second lady started on my gel manicure. She cut my nails too short, and when I noted they were too short after the first few, she told me that they were uneven and needed to fix. During the manicure she spilled nail polish remover all over the station. She painted my nails fairly quickly, never took the time to clean up with a smaller paint style brush around the cuticles. I asked her to fix multiple nails at least two times, one at least three times, before I realized it was not going to get better. She told me that she couldn't fix bc my nails were too small (which I told her she was cutting too short), and that my fingers were too dry and she couldn't do better. I just wanted her to finish. I paid and she asked if I had cash for tip, which I provided after paying for the very first person who did 90% of the gel pedicure. I paid and left with no intention of returning. After reading some of these reviews and the Google ones, I'm glad I didn't waste more time in trying to get it fixed. I came home and every nail was easily peeled up in one stroke. I've never had this technician before but I hope that no one else has the same experience as me. read more

Great ambiance. Great service. Great results. Overall I'm so so happy! Got a French gel and then a basic pedicure. Just... Wow. The attention to detail with my mani is just what I wanted. I can't stand a sloppy manicure. This was flawless. I watched my manicurist and she was incredible attentive to every single detail, asked for my input along the way and my nails look perfect. The pedicure was so relaxing. I had to fight to stay awake. Hehe. Nice strong massage at my request, kind treatment, and even more attention to detail. I'm thrilled to live close by!! I come here with my best friend often to get our pedicures. Usually it's not super busy when we come in a weekday, and we are able to sit with each other in a private area. The women that do our toes do an excellent job of clean up our nail beds, scrubbing our feet and legs, putting the paraffin wax on our leges, rubbing them down with stones, and painting our nails. The only minor complaint I would have is that sometimes when they ask what we would like to drink, they have a tendency to forget to bring us what we asked for. But, other that that, it is reasonable to get a pedicure here and they do a good job. read more

The pedicure itself was great. Serene was nice and didn't talk much which I liked. I got hot stones, a scrub, towels, and all the other typical pedicure steps. Someone else did the gel polish on my toes and I loved them at first. One day later, one of my toes was completely missing the polish. I went back to get it fixed. One day after that, 3 of my toes are missing polish. I paid $46 plus $12 tip and 3 days later my toes are missing GEL polish. Would not return. read more

Revisited this location after a long time and was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail of the pedicurist. The one improvement I would like to see is for them to put some muscle into the foot massage, making it an actual massage rather than an application of lotion. The lowest level pedicure for $29 lasted for about 50 minutes and comes with a hot stone rub ( again would like to see more of a massage), cuticle trim, nail trim, foot sloughing, paraffin treatment, hot towel wrap and polish. Other salons in the area have shortened their services to 30 minutes for the basic pedicure, so it was nice to be pampered a little longer for the same price. The salon is large with many technicians, so there was no wait. On one side they have "private" screened off pedicure chairs for small groups,which are more private, nice if you don't like sitting out in the open. read more

So, I posted to a girls group I'm in on Facebook and asked for some suggestions. everyone suggested Nail Time. Now I know why. We asked for the most simple manicures - quick, easy, not gel. mostly because of time, somewhat because of money. The manicures were only $17 a piece and included a simple stone massage on our arms and a quick shoulder massage while our nails dried. Such a nice treat. Worst experience and will not be going back! I've been there before and took 4 with me yesterday. They did not say they didn't have enough techs available or we would have left. my daughter was left in the back not touched yet after others were done. They didn't understand our request for nails and they performed the wrong service on one leaving her in tears. They Did not care to fix the issue! Different techs and speaking their own language, we were passed around and then accused me of the error. Came for a reservation my friends made to celebrate this month's girlies birthdays. We had the WORSE experience of our entire lives. We all chose the most expensive delux pedi, which supposedly according to the ladies who greeted us included reflexology plus some other stuff. The lady who did my pedicure was for sure blind. I asked for súper súper short and very square nails. She cut them in all different sizes, some square-ish, some round, some zigzag..... it was a MESS. Then she rushed through my massage when all the girls got at least 15 minutes worth she did mine for 5 minutes. I asked politely many times to fix the stuff that she messed up and also told her about rushing through my massage she did not speak a word of English so she kept shutting me up saying yea yea yea and not getting someone to translate. Someone else ended up finishing my pedi since the original lady didnt know how to apply gel polish. I've been going to Nail Time for years. I've always had a had a great experience. Today, I was thrilled to go after a long COVID school year and treat myself (I am a teacher). I got the most expensive pedicure and was ready to go. My experience today was -1 star. My lady did not clean my feet well, and had absolutely no strength to massage my feet. I can give myself a better foot massage. It was an absolute worst $48 I've ever spent. I also called to let them know how unhappy I was. The lady took my number and said she would call me back. Almost two weeks ago by I don't hear from them. They are always extremely busy and not accommodating to their customer needs. They do not honor the appointments times and are in a rush leaving poor results. This was my first visit and I received a manicure and pedicure. The least expensive option for both is $41, and you get paraffin wax and a hot stone massage. My nail tech went through the process very quickly, but didn't do a rush job. She was extremely nice, but very gentle...almost like she was afraid to hurt me. Aileen gives the best reflexology pedicure massage I've ever experienced. She puts tendons back in place that have been bothersome for weeks. She always has a smile on her face and as a bonus, paints nails beautifully. I just wish the chairs had more cushion as one's behind can feel sore after an hour in the chair. The massaging mechanism could be updated. May be time for new chairs. The place is clean and they offer you a beverage as soon as you sit down. I really like this salon overall. read more

This is the only nail salon I will go to. They are sanitary and I absolutely love the staff. I've never once has a bad experience until today. I came in for a pedicure and was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. My appointment was over 10 mins late and the woman who gave me my pedicure was extremely rude. She was trying to up-sell me when I already knew what I wanted... she tried telling me that I'm not going to be happy because the massage is shorter and it'll be a super quick process... I was fine with it. She then proceeded to make fun of my nails because I had let them grow out "too long." Listen - I don't have time to get a pedi every week. When I asked her to make the cold water warmer she advised me that it was fine... She was aggressive the entire time. She was very upset when I only tipped her $3 - I normally tip $10.
