The young lady who does eyebrows there is really talented. She's always booked up. The one time I got my nails done there they were nice, but the reason for this review is actually I went August 1 and got a $50 pedicure gel topcoat and acrylic big toes. The older guy who did my toes didn't use any acrylic primer or dehydrator and the tips broke off the very next day. Very rush and careless. I was out out town with beast toes

Not a fan I paid $40 for a soak off and a colored tip the paint is uneven nails are not shaped correct I'm very disappointed

If you come here to get an eyebrow wax. You must go to Katelyn. She will make sure you are taken care of. She is very sweet and does a great job. Ask for her and you won't have any issues.

After a constant struggle of trying to find a nail salon after moving to Chicago, I think I've found it! Definitely a busy spot. Monday's and Tuesday's seems to be not as busy. Definitely been pleased with my nails every time I have came.

So even though I'm very familiar with this establishment, I realized from a recent experience that I've yet to leave a review. I typically don't get my nails done, but yesterday I received a Dip full set by Linh, and it was awesome! I'm so extremely happy with the results. Her sister Tracy also did some fun and festive designs on my nails, which came out super cute! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience.

Never will I ever visit this establishment again! The customer service is beyond terrible and the technicians are unlicensed and unprofessional. Two weeks ago, I visited to get a fill-in on my acrylic overlay and an eyebrow wax. Nhu, who I do not believe is a licensed esthetician, put burning hot wax directly on my skin, causing my skin to burn! I looked in the mirror and almost cried!! I could see burns all over my forehead, and to top it off, they attempted to CHARGE me for the service. Apparently I didn't learn my lesson because I went back on today and after calling and being placed on a list and being told there was about an hour wait for the nail tech I usually go to, I still ended up waiting about an hour for service! When I finally got in the nail techs chair, I was asked to get up because another client was there before me... seriously? After two hours?? I left. I called to get the owners name and was told that it doesn't get handed out "Willy-Nilly." Seriously? It's a consumer right to know who owns the establishments that you are a patron at. I guess they didn't expect me to know that, because when I told the "manager" I was told Thai and Lily before I hung up the phone. Save your money and go to a nice, reputable location. Nail Works will not get another dime of my money!

Very poor customer service and the manger will not accommodate you if you are not satisfied. The service is very slow and their work is messy! They only have about 2 good workers which they are alway busy or booked. If you would like to spend your entire day waiting on one of the two good nail techs be my guest. But don't move so fast. My final time patronizing this establishment the nail tech ripped half of my skin beneath my nail. She then tried to continue finishing my nails while my finger was bleeding. I had to tend to my own wound. I had to request anti bacterial solution because she wasn't going to give me any. At check out I expressed my disappointment to the manager Pi and he said that I would be fine. He tried to throw a $5 off coupon for "my next visit" as if I would be back. He told me to take it or leave it because he wasn't assisting me with this visit. He was very nasty and rude. That is no type of way to run a business! There's never any parking because the lot is shared with an extremely busy restaurant and 5 other retail shops.

Just got my pedicure done here! They have so many colors to choose from! They stay up to date on all the trends too. Make sure you plan ahead because everyone wants to come to this super popular nail salon!

I love this place!!! Last time I got my nails done I was impressed The first time I went there the manager did my nails and it was soooo pretty! This place is clean and the design of the place is beautiful! I would highly recommend this nails salon !

My first visit was actually good. The place is spacious, nice decor, plays the right music. I don't know the ladies name but she was an older woman, very sweet. I wouldn't mind going back for a second time.

First time going here, I could've sworn I saw that they opened at 10:00 am on weekdays but it was my fault for misreading. Anywho, it's a nice size shop but it's not as clean as it looks on pictures! There's numerous of booths to accommodate more customers, but from what I've seen they were only there for looks I guess. I had Tye I think his name was do my nails, he did great job but he was definitely rushing and nipped my skin which I didn't appreciate and was aggressive when filing and buffing my nails. There's no need to rush at all! I also requested to get my eyebrows arched and tinted, I'm not sure who usually does them but I informed her that I didn't want them waxed and I guess she felt offended by that. There should be two options arched or waxed.

I was referred by a coworker to get my nails done at Nail Works in the Marshfield Plaza. I loved her nails so much, and she assured me that they were reasonably priced and did great work. I'm a pretty simple girl when it comes to my nails. I normally opt for a full acrylic set and clear gel nail polish. On the day that I went in which was on a Friday night they were extremely packed. The customer service was excellent and they had me in and out within the course span of 35 minutes. It wasn't until about Monday that I noticed my nails beginning to bubble up and begin to look as though they could easily pop off. I am by no means rough with my hands, especially when it comes to me having nails on, so I was a bit taken a back to see my nails begin to look as though I've been wearing them for about 2 weeks. I called Nail Works and explained the situation to the person who answered the phone. I let them know that my work schedule conflicts with the time and days that I'm able to come in so that they can observe my nails. They instructed me to come in tonight (1/2/2020). Once in the shop they acted as if they didn't remember my face. The guy who did my nails disregarded me, and stated that he didn't remember me. I was told to wait to speak with a manager. Once again I was referred to Nail Works, but from this encounter I would personally never bring my money to their business again. Next time I'll stick to what I know. Also, I paid $33 for my service. I'm pretty sure others have had a different experience, but this would be my first time that I've had to return to a nail shop because of poor work. I won't be recommending anyone. I'll continue to go to the black nail salon called 2 A Tee Nail Salon on 8356 S Pulaski Rd Chicago, Illinois. I'll be taking my business there so that they can properly fix my nails.
