Jennie did a very good job on my nails. It was rather painful peeling off the previous gel and the filing but the nails came out very nice looking. I'm not too fond of the artwork though it was OK.

Inside is clean and the chairs aren't beat up. The price is fair for a gel pedicure with French tips. I would've preferred a deeper clean around my cuticles but the callous scrub was nice and thorough. My french tips came out even and thin. Overall the job was satisfactory, better than my old nail spot I use to go to that doesn't clean very well anymore. Not too busy so walk ins are okay. There's a boba and pho shop next door if you get hungry/thirsty.

I normally think of my own designs and Jenny is always down to try something new for me! Love her lol

Call ahead to make sure it's not too busy and they do a great job every time! Jenny is my personal favorite, I have gone to Nail World for all most ten years!!!

Asked for builder Gel or hard Gel over my nails nail tech used 3 coats of clear coat gel nail polish Manicure was dry now I have hang nails and skin peeling still have a lot of cuticle on Nails peeled the next day They also made me pay before getting my colored I sat and watched every other customer being that I was last and they didn't make them pay before kind of frustrating won't be back

Got nails done August 16th and peeling I never even seen gel pill before prices are higher and everything is extra cuticles trimming of nails cutting basic grow out length polish removel when you are already getting pedicure all these things used to be included in these services I know I went to Beauty College

Clean and cute place. First time visiting and the services are going rates. Pedi was good, although a bit shy on the foot message and barely any massage on the leg. Overall with trim, callus removal good. Mani- Meh, it's negatives...cold water soak, have two different lengths on thumb nails, tech didn't attempt to look if the same length and picked one color got substituted another... Plus, kept pushing nail dryer nearly dinging my fresh painted nails. No massage on the hands, just a very quick hit of lotion sparsely applied. Then charged two different pos fees for using Apple Pay. Both services with tip and fees was over $100.00 a bit pricy for what I got. I will consider one more opportunity, and hopefully they will do better as the potential for a long term client relationship is there, if they stop short cutting services at the time when given. I really wanted this cute shop to work out... On the fence with this one.

I am very disappointed in this shop. I have given them several chances to make things right. Brown nail color was a brand new set. IT WAS HORRIFIC!!! YET, they charged me again to have it fixed. The pink set, I have had on less than 2 weeks and 3 nails have come off. THEY STILL INSIST ON CHARGING ME to have the nails replaced. I would not recommend this store. EVER.

me and my mom have been going to this nail salon for a while now. my mom always says it used to be a lot better years ago than it is now. the workers are lazy and they don't even care about their work. they never told me the price of the nails, i still don't know what was paid for. i gave them a reference photo and it looks NOTHING like it. the french is horrible and i am so dissatisfied with this work. this place is a hit or miss. clearly, i got the miss.

I just started going here in January. Thien did my first set, i loved my nails. he is very patient and takes his time. he is very precise and pays good attention to detail and always asks if the nails are looking okay. He doesn't talk much, but that's okay. The older man did my white acrylic set. They were okay, drilled down too thin for my liking. It was my fault on the color choice, he had warned me that white would show through but i went with it anyway. that's okay. i like the techs, they're nice. While i was getting my glitter ombré nails done the aunties (i'm assuming) were watching and talking to Thien which i didn't mind. One of them were taking photos of my nails which probably meant i chose a very good set lol. I live 3 mins away and this nail salon is always my go to! prices are reasonable. salon is chic and white/marbled themed

My daughter and I love going here. Fast and great service. They pay attention to detail and make sure you get what you want. The only downer is there isn't an appointment system, but wait time is no longer than 20 min. Everyone is nice and friendly, our daily go to! read more

Recently moved to the area and wanted to give this salon a shot. It was a great experience! Customer service was good, they got me in fairly quickly considering how busy they were. I only waited around 10 minutes so not bad at all! I got acrylics with chrome. My guy was fantastic!!!! They look like something off of Pinterest, the shaping is perfect and they all are even and the perfect length for me! I'll definitely be going back and requesting him!! He sits at #3! Prices were reasonable as well if they always come out as great as this time!!! read more

I've continually been coming for months now, update is still the same EXCELLENT! There's still usually a wait time but that's usually a good sign meaning lots of people want to come to them. Jenny does an amazing job with my full sets gets them the exact shape and length that I want. I always have a relaxing experience during my gel pedicures, I sit calmly and sometimes even read while they massage and polish my toes. My go-to spot, they've gained a Regular! read more

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the daughter. Went for a pedicure and for SECOND time had the elderly woman. I asked for a bright color that works require a white coat prior to applying the color. When I mentioned this to the elderly lady she got upset!! I mean I wasn't rude I just suggested the white prior to color so she doesn't have to do a million coats of color and you won't see brush marks. Needless to say her daughter ended up painting my toes and applying the warm wax. But the elderly woman's body language and the way she treated the next customer that came in told me everything. Very unprofessional and closed minded. I will NEVER go back to this shop again. read more

i've decided to no longer go here to get my nails done anymore. about 2 years ago the nails done here were amazing and lasted almost a month. It had only been two weeks since i got my last set and two nails lifted not to mention my other nails are starting to lift. i don't know if they use different products now. wouldn't recommend for long lasting nails read more

Decided to stop by to get my nails done. Prices are reasonable. They charge $1 for debt/credit card transaction. Other than that I am happy with my gel manicure. Jason did an awesome job. Will definitely stop in again if I am ever back in town. read more

This place isn't the worst, but it's not the best either. They don't do appointments but you can request to have a certain technician do your nails so that's kinda cool, you still end up having to wait a couple of hours though. They have a pretty nice selection of gel polish too. However, some of the colors I have gotten end up peeling within a week. I'm not sure if it's the way they apply the polish or something I'm doing, either way it's annoying spending my money on something that doesn't last very long. read more

Bad service and my nails where uneven. The lady (assuming she is the owner) was talking on her cell phone the whole time she was doing my nails. Of course, I was not her priority and when I point out my issue with the nails, she started talking in her language (seemed very annoy and probably talking shit about me). I would definitely not recommend this place. read more

Jason is the best there. The lady in the 1st chair, I guess the owner is very rude. I've gone here off and on for a few years and her attitude is the only consistent. It's busy only due to it location for many. She has her favorites and can actually have good customer service with very few. I'll only go because it's close to home and if Jason is not there.... I'll find somewhere else. read more

This place is awesome. If you want your nails done in a hurry this isn't the place but if you want it done right you're in luck! Other places have hurt me, messed up the shape of my nails, or acted like they didn't understand what I wanted, not here! Recommend making an appointment though. read more

They are awesome here ! I've been going since they first opened and I swear they just keep getting better. I usually go with Jenny and Kai but honestly it doesn't matter because no matter what you get really good quality nails. I've tried to go to other places once in a while and I always end up coming right back haha. super affordable too! read more

I took my little sister in to go take off her dip-powder nails, and the guy that took them off was absolutely terrible. He did all ten in less than five minutes, and he was not gentle at all. He hurt her, but she didn't want to be rude, so she waited until we got back to the car to tell me. She was in pain for multiple hours. I was going to get my nails done here next week, but now, I won't ever go back here again. I just feel bad for my sister. read more

Ok. Sooo there are flies everywhere in this place. I hate flies. To have them landing on me is gross. The massage chairs are mediocre and this place isn't the cleanest. The owner is doing a pedicure next to me and is on the phone and she has it on speaker so everyone here is hearing the conversation. This place was very close to my home that's why I tried it but I won't be coming back. BUT my nail attendant is amazingly nice and has good conversation and she did a fantastic job. Great prices and I've never had an issue with my nails. They always end up looking great and hold up very nicely. However, sometimes the nail techs will rush and be a bit rough. As a result I leave with a couple of fingers that have been nicked during the acrylic application. The place is always fairly busy, so my advice would be to arrive early if you have any plans afterwards. read more

Their color selection is pretty great, but the nail techs don't pay attention when doing your nails they're always on their phones. Another downside is they only take walk ins so be prepared to wait 3 hours before you can get your nails done. read more

I can't say enough good things about this nail salon. I took a chance on them after looking at their reviews online and I was not disappointed! Everyone is friendly, they tend to get you in quick, and their quality of work is amazing. I have even taken picture of what I wanted my nails to look like for an event and they did the same design spot on like the pic. Plus their pricing is very reasonable! I would definitely recommend them to more friends and family. read more

The worst customer service I've ever seen. The guy that did my nails was so busy talking to the other workers he wasn't even looking at my nails & ended up making 3 of my nails bleed. My sisters went in to get their nails done today and had to wait 2 hours, & on top of that my sister told the lady twice she didn't want fake nails, and the nail lady went ahead and cut her real nails and put fake nails on any way. Last time we went in, the guy started on my sisters nails and halfway through left to go "eat his lunch", making her wait an hour. They have no concern for their customers, and I've seen them sitting around doing nothing or being on their phones while customers are waiting. read more

I was there last weekend understand they were really busy and about to close but person who did my nails didn't even really ask or try show me designs even though have told her it was my first time getting nails done , I feel she just try do them to fast, & on my 4th day one of my nail just fell off, not happy with their service, price is alright read more

I have been coming here for almost 6 years. My review is long overdue! Jenny and her husband are amazing! My nails are really sensitive and I am a big baby when it comes to getting acrylics due to bad experiences with other places. However, here I love how careful they are with my nails, and they do such a great job! I can go over a month without them lifting and I always get compliments on my nails! I live across town but the drive is worth it! I will not go anywhere else! read more

The retention is crazy. The last time I was here my nails were at 4 1/2 weeks with no lift. Note: cuticle care is an additional charge and you will have to request for it. The salon is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, which is very convenient. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. They really made the experience even more special. I feel like I should also comment on the cleanliness of the salon. It was *impeccable*. Not even a bit of dust in the corners. This was my first time trying hard gel instead of a regular gel manicure, and unfortunately, I can't say I'm a fan of the results. There are small air bubbles or dots visible on every nail, and the shape of each nail seems slightly different and uneven. To be fair, I think the nail tech genuinely tried to shape them well, but the final result just wasn't what I expected. This is my third time giving this salon a chance, and each visit has left me feeling disappointed with what I paid for. The hard gel manicure was $60 for a basic color, and I'm honestly glad I didn't spend the additional $10-$15 for chrome or cat-eye designs. For the price, I was hoping for a much cleaner and more polished finish.

My pedicurist was very gentle, not once did I feel pain or uncomfortable. (I still have ptsd from my last violent pedicure from Tule Nails in which I bled a lot). It's pretty new so all the equipment is new. Very quiet, no music playing just cooking shows on the tv screen but it's on mute. Like I read in another review, there is no super strong chemical smell here like other salons, I think that's a good thing. The pedicure was thorough and relaxing. Callus remover is an extra $10. Gel pedicure is $45 originally. They have different levels and pricing for the pedis like most other salons. They don't offer any free beverages but they're clean, efficient and get the job done right. So no complaints!

This was my first time trying hard gel instead of a regular gel manicure, and unfortunately, I can't say I'm a fan of the results. There are small air bubbles or dots visible on every nail, and the shape of each nail seems slightly different and uneven. To be fair, I think the nail tech genuinely tried to shape them well, but the final result just wasn't what I expected. This is my third time giving this salon a chance, and each visit has left me feeling disappointed with what I paid for. The hard gel manicure was $60 for a basic color, and I'm honestly glad I didn't spend the additional $10-$15 for chrome or cat-eye designs. For the price, I was hoping for a much cleaner and more polished finish.

This place was very busy and it was understandable as there were only a few employees working. The lady doing my nails was on the phone the whole time and didn't care to say "hi" or "how was your day." As I was getting my nails done I thought that the numb feeling was normal but hours later from getting them done, the numbness became a painful feeling. At home the nail was stuck to my cuticles causing them to bleed even 5 days after affecting me using my hands. A lot of girls nails that I had been seeing told me they went here so me and my mom decided to stop by. I love the young gentlemen that did my nails. He did them so perfect the shape was amazing. Every other place I walk through with out sad because they don't pay attention to small detail. Not this time I love my nails and will continue to keep going to this location. We came in around 2 which was perfect timing we got sat within ten mins and after there was lines of people coming in. Recommend earlier times in the day to beat the rush read more

I was recommended here by a co-worker to go to Jason but he's always busy, but they all do such an amazing job! Best nail place I've been too! It's always busy but it's worth the wait.
