These people are very weird and sick! The woman "Rose" sat her 1diotic ssa in the pedicure chair, and glared at my significant other trying to schedule an appointment for me. She literally sat there. Fc kin weird batch. Then her husband I guess comes out, finally says something to her, taps her, and takes her out of her trance, and she says something. I come in, the rough, demented little woman starts quickly, and ROUGHLY filing my nails after I stopped her and politely asked her to be careful, and show her why. It's like she heard, "file harder". She's turning her head, looking all over the place and filed too deep almost to my skin and CRACKED my acrylic nail! She literally obliterated my nail as pictured! I yelp out in pain, and this h effa FORCIBLY yanks my hand back assaulting me, so I don't look at what she did. I had to pry away from her grasp, and literally push her off me! I hopped up and said absolutely NOT, and got out of there. Listen, if you see an empty shop? RUN! These 2 nut jobs should just close already. Man I can't even express how disappointed I was. I get my nails done every two weeks... With shellac nail color, pedicures with also shellac nail color, and spend roughly60 bucks 65 with a tip anywhere I go... I went here and they charged me $45 for a shellac fill, 50 dollars for a shellac pedi. They charged 10 dollars to file my nails, and an extra 10 dollars to "shape" them. I walked out of there paying over 100 DOLLARS for my fill and pedicure. What I should've done is just got up and left but I was there with my sister and my niece getting ready for my brothers wedding... The very next day I had to go spend an additional $30 to go have my nails redone somewhere else because they didn't put the proper topcoat on my nails, causing them to chip off the next day... So I will never again go here and I wouldn't recommend Anyone else go here either read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They do not clean their tools, the shellac they use is cheap and doesn't last and the owner is not friendly and money hungry. I went in for a shellac manicure, when I put my hands under the UV light, the shellac got wrinkled. The lady tried to fix it without removing it completely. Needless to say, it looked terrible, she tried to fix it again and again. After sitting there for 2.5 hours I got up and said I had ran out of time. The owner came to look at it and told me to come back next week and she would fix it for me. A week went by and I had time to go back. When I walked in, the owner was there, but was not friendly at all. Then told the lady doing my nails that my shellac looked good in the first place from my first visit. The same thing happened again. This time, I asked her to just remove the shellac completely and got up and left. The owner never said a word to me. The lady doing my nails wispered to me that this happens there because of the cheap polish that she uses and that she knows that. Go to harmony nails, much better place...a little more costly but it will last twice the amount of time!!!! read more

I was recommended to try having my nails done here after the first place was disappointing. I ended up being even more disappointed and dissatisfied with this place. I asked for gel nails and Rose gave me acrylic. After the acrylic was applied an old lady came up and said she'd been waiting 2 hours for her nails, she had actually only been there an hour, well I had made an appointment and arrived for it on time but the nail tech had her sit next to me and Rose tried to work on both of us at the same time. This lady was chiming in on our conversation, making comments on my nails, I was so uncomfortable it felt invasive. Top it off, the color I selected from the swatches was misrepresented and when she was painting and I noticed it wasn't the color I wanted I asked Rose to change it. She did. She was very responsive to my request in this instance but she did not create the design I asked for and the final product was still messy and has noticable mistakes regarding application. read more

I just "Stopped" in for a Quick Mani because Some Girls had painted my nails black at a party the night before. They were quick to seat me and Did an Amazing Job!!!! Nice Massage and Nice CLEAR Nail Polish that lasted for weeks.... Until Grow out of course... A month later I walk in, on top of my business cards, there are business cards with someone else's business (in Vietnamese) but with my logo!! I had my nails done here for years, but after the last time, never again. Rose's (the owners) husband cut my cuticle badly, couldn't get the bleeding under control, and super glued it closed to stop the blood flow! And no apology....No thanks, will not be returning ever again! read more

(10 years) she still knew my name when i recently came in for a new set and spa pedi... while i was there recently i was able to get my nails, pedi and a haircut!!! The prices are competitive but not an issue since the finish product is more important to me than what i am paying. This is the worst pedicure experience I ever had. I would give them zero stars if I could. My cousin and I stopped in after eating lunch next door to see if they had time openings for a pedi at the moment. They said yes and sat us down in the pedi chairs. So there's a lady who works on my cousin first. And I'm still just soaking my feet. My cousin is about half way done with her pedi before another lady who finished with her client came to me. By now i've been soaking my feet for like 30min. This other lady who starts on my pedi says nothing to me. Doesn't even greet me hello. But towards her client before me she was talkative and all smiles. She then starts trimming my nails down without asking me how short I want them! She basically trimmed and filed all the way down to my skin and she rounded them all the way. So I told her on the other side not to cut it all the way down. She responds with "your going to get an in grown nail if you dont have it cut down" first of all you get in grown toe nails from cutting it down all the way and them rounding the edges! This lady doesn't know what she is doing. At that point I should have just got up and left! Well she finishes trimming my nails and she walks off to work on another client and sends some guy over to finish where she left off. And this guy started to file my toe nails down some more! I have nothing left for him to file off at this point! So he scrubs my feet and finishes. And keep in mind they reuse their brushes and pumice blocks which is very unsanitary. The bristles on the brush were beyond worn out and I watched her use that brush in the sink to clean off the the micro plane file that they used on another client. That just grossed me out only for them to use the same micro plane on me. At least sanitize it with barbicide between clients. well after he was down scrubbing my feet. He left and went to work on a different client! And sent a different lady to paint my toe nails! And she was trying to file down some more too! I had a total of 3 different people work on me! I was there for over 90 min for a pedi. Because of how the first lady cut my toe nails they are starting to grow in and it hurts! I've never ever had in grown toe nails before. Don't ever come here! Oh and while the water drains after after your scrubbing part you can smell the sewage. Go to Myano's downtown instead. They have way better service, they know what thy are doing and are way more sanitary. read more

I've been getting my nails done at a salon in Redmond for over 8 years but they couldn't get me in so i thought I'd check these guys out while running some errands. They were extremely unfriendly. I stood there for awhile before a man finally asked what I needed. He did my pedicure, never said a word and seemed somewhat confused. The female(I believe is the owner) did a full set of acrylic. I told her I normally do Sheilac but trying the acrylic as I have a wedding coming up, she barely looked at me. No cuticle treatment, no lotion, forget about a hand massage. She also did not really shape my nails. She was rushing and was super rough and kept pulling on my fingers, telling me to relax. I'm unimpressed to say the least. Worse service at a nail shop. Now I know why I've stayed with the salon in Redmond for so may years....i will continue to give them my business because they care about pleasing their customers and providing an excellent service.
