Mai (who I "think") is the manager is the woman whom I spoke to on the phone about scheduling and pricing was very friendly when we met in person. She is an excellent at listening to what I want done and makes great eye contact with you. Then Hanna did my pedi and mani and did a great job. She was all smiles and very attentive and detailed. There are a million nail salons but this one stands out. They are so kind and had such attention to detail. They do not cut corners! Wonderful experience! After reading some reviews I reached out through yelp and received a response within minutes with availability and service prices. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Mani and pedi turned out great (I believe Hanna was the technician). Even after I messed a few nails up not being careful as they were drying, they were fixed up good as new quickly.
