I moved aside to look at all the colors and I guess one of the ladies got frustrated I was taking awhile because I couldn't find the cats eye she pushed me sides grabs the two cat eye pallets grabbed me by my waist and pushed me to sit down and said "THIS IS CAT EYE YOU SIT AN WAIT HERE 30MINS" first of all lady I am not a child and you should not be putting your hands on ANYONE. I thought this was very unprofessional and upset me greatly. I got my stuff and took my business elsewhere. So unless you want to be treated as a child and talk down to as child go here for sure. Mind you I'm a 28 year old women. I will never be coming here again.

Never even asked me if I would like some color. My nails looked awful. You did not even bother to check on me on my way out. Most awkward experience I have had getting a service. Arrived and discussed what I wanted with nail tech Jimmy. He started working on my new set and somewhere in the middle of the service as he is filing my nails he begins to aggressively argue with the owner. After a few minutes of back and forth arguing he stops doing my nails and promptly begins to pack up his station and leave. No one spoke a word to me for a solid 5-8 minutes as I sat there awkwardly and tense wondering what was going on. After about 8 minutes another nail tech, who was sitting next to Jimmy told me to move and she also began packing up her station as well. At that point I asked if I could please just go as I no longer wanted to continue in the middle of this chaos. At that point the owner sat me on the couch and then a couple of minutes moved me to her chair, only to then ask me to move to yet another station where a nail tech who was waiting on her appt was. She rushed to finish filing my nails, did not ask me any questions just threw some clear nail polish on me and said goodbye. To top it off they charged me for the full service after all of that!!! Definitely will not be returning to this establishment.
