First time at Orchid Nails Boutique. I was quickly greeted upon arrival, checked in and the tech I chose, Mya, was waiting and prepping for my pedicure. Mya did an AMAZING job! She was extremely soft handed, the leg and arm/hand message was fabulous, the entire process was amazing - too longer than I expected, but I was NOT complaining!! It seems slow until two clients arrived for manicures. I hope they stayed busy afterwards. I booked the first appointment at 10 am on Saturday! Highly recommend and will be going back. read more

The employees/owners are friendly, and the salon is very clean. My pedis always last at least 3 weeks.

So I went in totally ready for some black witchy nails, however while Josh was doing my nails I realized that I wanted something out of my comfort zone! I showed him my reference photo & when I tell you he totally outdid that reference I mean it ! He was sooo meticulous & detailed & I can't tell you how happy I am with the results! He was sooo sweet and efficient! I totally recommend checking out Orchid Nails & then stopping by the Kung Fu Tea right next door! It was such a calming vibe inside the boutique and truly sooo relaxing ! I almost fell asleep a couple times because of how soothing it all was. Plus the hand massage at the end ! YESSSS PLEASE ! It was way overpriced for a regular manicure that lasted at most 15 - 20 minutes. The polish on my right index finger was smudged and she just painted a clear coat over it and didnt even care to fix it. My polish wasn't dried and I felt rushed to get out of there. The left thumb finger polish was smudged right after I paid. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

This salon is way overpriced for the service and quality. I left the salon with not one, but two cuts on my fingers. Additionally, I got dip nails with tips, and the underside of the nails is very poorly done. it's obvious that no attention was paid here, part of my thumb is stuck to the nail. The only reason I am giving two stars, not one, is because the pedicure I got was nice. Overall, do not come here. Spend your money elsewhere. Went on a Tuesday at 5:00 PM for a full set & didn't leave until about 7:30. The manager, Josh, was the only one doing hand services. My nails are chunky, uneven, & different shapes/lengths. with the nail file he cut my pinky & thumb. My other pink nail didn't dry fully & has a giant bubble. He was rough & aggressive with his movements. The cuticles in most of my nails are now so rough & dry. My finger tips were sore for 2 days after the service. I did ask for him to correct some of the uneven shapes & chunkiness. When I pulled away (as a reaction) when he cut my pinky, he grabbed my hand back & pushed on the cut with his thumb that was covered in nail filings. read more

Anna was so patient and detail oriented. This was my first visit. Booking online was easy. I had gotten a "dip" manicure elsewhere. I've never had such thick difficult layers to remove. It took an hour. I have to say Anna worked diligently whipping out her whole tool box of nail magic and she successfully removed it all. My new gel manicure is perfection. I'm 100% satisfied! two days later and my fingers are still raw, every single one of my cuticles has deep cuts. bleeding and burning the whole two hours bc he kept getting the polish in the cuts. it's my birthday and it hurts so bad i can't even do my hair. i would not go back. its a shame bc i do like the nails but not worth it read more

It was great. I went with my girlfriend, and we both got pedicures. We didn't get the cheapest one, but we didn't get the most expensive one. For both of us including tip it was $140 for about an hour of wonderful massaging and great service . There were so many steps which almost seemed pointless. At one point, they were rubbing orange slices on our legs, but it was really fun. They gave us a little chocolates, and hot sacks to put around our necks, which were wonderful. Everything was lavender scented, which was very calming. The experience was really wonderful. the ladies that did our pedicures were very kind and attentive. ABSOLUTELY ADORE THIS PLACE! We sadly came a bit later in the evening, but man they still put in the work and still gave us awesome service. Called ahead to let them know we were coming in and see if they had openings. When we arrived we were greeted at the door and immediately sat, handed the polish options, and offered many different beverages! Wine, beer, and mimosas also available! My mother in law and I got the orchid signature pedi, I believe? It came with the foot scrub, added mixtures to the warm water, parrafin wax, hot stone massage, lotioned massage, hot towels on shins, and hot neck pillows! Just overall above and beyond. I had Tammie to do my pedi, man she has incredibly strong hands and amazing service! We had a nice chat and she helped me select a color, then was kind enough to switch the color when I wasnt fond of it on mt toes. Incredibly kind and talented! It was not only a nice experience but the polish itself is GORGEOUS! My mil had the pleasure of being seen by Tina who not only had strong hands too, but also amazing service as well. My mil has neuropathy in her feet and legs so she struggles with pain or even soft touches and has not been able to enjoy a pedi in a LONG time due to not having feeling. Tina was so receptive and gentle with her. She double and even triple checked pressure was good and my mil was comfortable. We walked out feeling like new women!!!! Please go and visit this salon. They offer waxing as well but honestly didnt look at all of the options that they offer. Cannot wait to come back to try more! Definitely my new spot! Thank you again!!!! read more
