On a Monday afternoon the place was extremely busy. Almost every station was filled. They take appointments and walk ins. Pricing is a little higher in comparison to other nail salons, IMO though it's worth it. I got a French dip manicure by Liz and a green tea pedicure by Jenny. Both services were relaxing and the ladies did a great job. I didn't love how I had both done at the same time, however, they asked me before hand if that was OK. Going forward I'll probably try and get them separate so I can enjoy each service on its own. This was my first time getting a dip manicure and I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. I was getting no chip manis for 15+ years, but as a mom with a newborn... I need something that's stronger and NOT going to chip or scratch my baby. It's been 4 weeks and my nails still look great and haven't chipped at all.

I read the reviews on all of them and found this place to be the best based on recency. Oh my wow - I would give this place 7 stars if I could! It was clean, the staff was friendly, confident, and not pushy. This might seem wrong to say, but the accents were minimal and it was comforting to understand what my artist was saying. He also made sure that I knew what to expect as far as how my nails would look when finished before completing the process. The prices were absolutely fair - right in the middle, as expected. I absolutely highly, highly, highly recommend this place. The photo of the curled hand is my actual nails; the other photo is the photo I showed my artist. I had the Oat Milk And Brown Sugar Pedicure: Purifying soak baths to cleanse and soothe the skin. A detox masque to cleanse the skin of impurities, excess oil, and toxins. A gentle exfoliation using our sugar scrub. Callus treatment to smooth rough patches. Steam massage to relax muscles and enhance circulation. Warm towel wrap and paraffin wax treatment will melt away your worries and soothe your tired feet. I highly recommend this one. They scrub my legs with actual oranges and milk. It was really nice! I also really like getting calluses removed and the paraffin wax. My only complaint is I wanted a little bit more done with the callus removal. Next time I will just tell them that. The massage chairs are excellent. Overall, I'm happy with my pedicure and it was a very relaxing experience. I will be back!

I was a walk in appointment, and they told me to come back in 40 minutes. Totally understandable, so I did. When I returned, I checked in and then I sat there waiting for another 10 minutes before another woman walked in and said she also had a 6:00 appointment. The staff then told a client whose nails they were already working on that they couldn't continue her design because the woman who had just arrived had an appointment. After hearing that conversation...and knowing I had already been waiting over 20 minutes myself...I spoke up and said that I also had a 6:00 appointment. The other woman left because she was understandably frustrated, and then the staff proceeded to ignore me. I get it if they are busy, but the fact that there was no communication between any one of their employees or me was ridiculous. I finally asked how much longer they think it would be. They said they were finishing a design. (Even though they were about to stop the design to work on the nails of the woman that came in 10 minutes after me) I asked again, and they told me about 20 more minutes. So I was told to wait 40 minutes before coming back, then waited another 20 minutes after I arrived, only to be told to wait an additional 20 minutes. That's completely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful of customers' time. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be coming here again.
