She understood when I said "glitter ombré", was clear about the cost upgrade, and knocked it out of the park. I also explored acupuncture with her which was a really cool experience. I always leave the spa feeling like a noodle:) I've been to the other Czar salon/spas and this is by far the most modern. I love that the spa is upstairs and away from the hustle/bustle of the salon. It is still a bit distracting because there are hair chairs/space that share a wall with the spa rooms. I guess that's just what you get for going to a spa inside a salon. I'm considering booking their acupuncture /massage special because Chona is incredible.
