Typically, nail techs check in throughout the service to make sure you're happy with the shape, length, and overall look. That didn't happen here. I mentioned I wanted my nails cut down, but there was no discussion around length and he ended up choosing it for me. They are now much shorter than I wanted. I also booked a fill and showed a picture of an ombré French. He said he didn't have time and that I would need a full set. When I agreed to switch, he then told me no and insisted on a fill. At that point, I should have left, but I stayed and regretted it. I understand time restrictions but this was upsetting. The nails don't look terrible, but they're not what I asked for and look a bit lumpy and rushed.

They know almost everyone's names & friendly greets them as they walk through the door. That is a good sign that most are repeat customers. Lyn does my nails and she does the best job of anyone I've been to in Little Rock. Don and another nice lady do my pedi's and they are spot-on, relaxing and do a perfect job. This made my total $88 with $3 for shape (not even a unique shape, just oval) and $5 for color on top of $45 for an acrylic fill with gel. I was not told it'd be more for acrylic with gel or that glitter design was extra. The most I've paid for a design on all 10 of my nails was $15. Just insanity. Will not return.
