Gave them a call and the guy who I was speaking with was so calm and patient did not rush me off the phone answered all of questions. He also remembered that I had called when I get here and made sure I was well taken care of. let me tell you I'm in love. Kellye and Michelle did my nails and I love them. Upfront about any pricing other salons I've been to tend to tack on extra fees at checkout without telling you upfront (I've been charged to have natural nails clipped one time, but not the next so I've been to places with very inconsistent pricing) Honestly one of the best "dips" I've had! Was in town visiting for the week and was in desperate need of a mani/pedi- found this place via yelp and it did not disappoint! You can make appointments online for whatever services you want. Walked right in for my appointment and they were ready for me right away. Didn't have to wait at all. Offered complementary beverages - water, soda, wine- and I had a water with fresh lemon in the glass. No massage chairs for the pedi, but the bench seats and pedi sinks were really nice and added to the ambiance of the place. The lady who did my nails- I think her name was Kayla (or at least that's what the stickers on her equipment said) was wonderful! Took her time and really made sure that everything looked perfect. Nailicure was beautifully decorated and the ambiance was wonderful! I ended up getting dip manicure,plain Jane pedicure and eyebrow wax. The service and technicians were excellent and my nails turned out great. A little pricey, $89 before tip but I am willing to pay for great service as long as they last. I was so happy with my toes when I first left the shop. The ladies were so nice the place was nice and clean and I greatly appreciate that they autoclave their tools. When I got home though and looked better at them I realized that there was a HUGE section of dry skin on the bottom of my right heel. I came looking to get a pedicure on my Birthday with a gift card. I was greeted by a lovely representative. My experience was ruined once I was handed over to the nail technician doing my pedicure. Hailey made me uncomfortable immediately with her inability to keep a conversation and judgmental demeanor. She "diagnosed" a bruise I have on my toe as fungus. I would recommend you request another technician at this establishment for a better experience. read more

Way overpriced and too slow. It should not take 3 hours for a full set and a pedicure. The shop is very nice and clean, the staff is courteous, but the appointment process is a bit frustrating. The descriptions of the different services for nails are vague. I don't do nails so I have no idea what a CNS silk set or whatever they call it. Need to change that. read more

I didn't have an appointment, but walked right in on a Friday afternoon. I received a gel manicure from Kelye (I believe). The service was great and quick. The gel mani stayed for 11 days which is the longest that one has lasted out of the 6 nail salons I've been to in this area. I will definitely be back! read more

I hate leaving bad reviews so I deleted my other one the owner advised me to come in to have my nails done. Bait and switch, I spoke to the manager who told me they would call me back but I had to call them only to be told I'll get a call Monday only to be told I didn't go back to them in the a specific time frame. I already explained the day I was leaving to a family funeral was the same day as my appointment. My stay out of town was way after their 7 day time frame, so I you have somewhere to go vacation, funeral out of town, deployment don't use them same day because they won't fix what they did. The manager was coming to a conclusion that it was around the time for my nails to be redone, but the joke was my nails that I got done from them have all already fallen off and I told them what was wrong less than a week after getting my nails done there. My experience was terrible from their mistake and I basically donated $155 to this place. They aren't registered with the BBB so be very cautious this place is ran in a sleazy way. They do not offer acrylics and tried to charge me $100 for a cancellation fee Bc I didn't want just regular gel nails. So they made me get them anyways and they were $45 and then basically forced me to give a tip. 10/10 do NOT recommend. read more

This salon is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. However, The pedicure chairs aren't very comfortable. I would much rather visit a nail salon with chairs that have the massaging feature. The manicure seats are also not very comfortable. You do get a warm neck towel, and the prices are reasonable. Everyone I encountered was really pleasant, but... I'll start with what I didn't like. The chairs although beautiful and sheik don't allow for adjustments. It may not be a big deal for some but I hate feeling like my feet are reaching or cramped as it pertains to their location to the nail tech. In addition the back of the chairs are stiff so...I guess the bottom line is that I was uncomfortable which made it hard to really enjoy the service. Enough about the furniture, I also feel like my nail tech wasn't thorough...with my cuticles, my heels or buffing my nails. She didn't even lotion or put oil on my legs or feet at the end. Lastly I got the jelly pedicure and although it feels good the jelly got everywhere and she didn't rinse it off prior to polishing. It just wasn't a good pedicure. As I write this I'm changing my rating from 3 stars to 1. Oh I must mentioned that she forgot to use one of the treatments that came with the jelly pack and opened and poured it in the water after my pedicure was complete!!! What a waste. Just let me take it home next time sis. Joselin redeemed them with my gel mani though. Her attention to detail was much appreciated. read more

I have been here twice now. The first time I went in I had a full set sns dip powder and a pedicure my daughter had a kid's mani and pedi. They were amazing. I went in without appointments and they got us taken care of right away. My nails and toenails were perfect for 3+ weeks. The second time I went in I made an appointment before work. I showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment because I knew I needed a soak off. When I showed up the woman I made my appointment with was just starting on someone else. I ended up waiting for a little over an hour which made me late for work. If I had gotten started on time everything would have been fine. I still love my nails as they are perfect. I would just prefer if when I made an appointment I was seen at that appointment time. Everything else is fantastic. I love that when one person starts your service they finish it. Love it! Amazing atmosphere and awesome employees. I got a pedicure and it was phenomenal. No more expensive than other good nail places. For a gel French tip pedicure with a short massage it was $48. It's $15 extra for gel and $5 extra for French tip like any other place I've been. However I'll pay extra for the awesome service. I was asked several times if I'd like anything to drink and everyone had a great attitude. I will definitely be back. Small children are not allowed unless getting a service- must be 6-12 y/o (which sucks but they want it to be a relaxing atmosphere- which I understand and agree with). Appointments can be made online and they offer a point system so you can get perks. The wait is a bit long sometimes bc others have appointments- but I wasn't waiting but maybe 20 minutes without one. I came in on a Saturday at 2:30pm. read more
