When I later left a review, I received multiple harassing messages via Instagram and Facebook from the same nail tech. She used profanity, mocked my finances, and insulted me for leaving an honest review about what went down. This is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, especially from someone representing a licensed business.
