Side story: A lady came in and asked if her nail could be fixed (toes) they sat her beside me immediately and they fixed her up and made sure she liked it all before she was finished, she felt it was still bad, they fixed it again the Manager was like "I won't stop until you like it ma'am" - turns out it was the curer that made her nail bubble they switched it out and it was so much better. As a paying customer who was prepared to drop quite a bit of funds on multiple services, one would expect to be treated with at least a modicum of politeness. The space itself was clean and well kept even if it was a little bit on the smaller side.I guess I would call it a little more intimate which is nice.
