Absolutely the best nail salon and spa in Battle Ground, in the Albertsons mall. I received best mani/ pedi ever. It has been more than two weeks and the polish on my nails looks as good as the day it was put on. Let me start by saying the girls here aren't very friendly, they seem annoyed when you walk in. And get upset when you can't pick a color from their very small selection of colors. Absolutely love love love this place. Have been going here for 6 years for my nails, toes, and eyebrows. Dont have any complaints! My personal favorite girl is Ve (almost positive i spelled it wrong but it's pronounced V) but everyone there does a stellar job. The nails below were done by Kenny but repaired by Ve. They get busy (and i can see why) so book an appointment to make sure you don't have to wait (though waits don't generally exceed 10 minutes). You can not go wrong here, in 6 years i have never had a single mistake made on anything, and i know they would be more than accommodating if one was made. Highly recommend!!! read more

Over charged me $13, I chose a $30 pedicure and after it was all said and done it was $43 and $53 after leaving a $10 tip, most expensive pedicure I've ever had and worst pedicure I've ever had. Cut two toenail too short, now toes are sore, two toenails not cut strait and polish is messed up on one big toe. read more

And the customer gets charged extra for using debit or credit cards. 2) So so quality of work 3) Hand massage coming with the manicure is not as good as I got from some other places, barely a massage but close to a gesture. 4) You, the customer, does quite a bit of work like scrubbing clean of your nail beds. Love this place! I used to come here more often for solar nails. Now I come every once in a while for a pedicure. They do amazing nail art. Had gel nails put on while on vacation in another state and needed to have them removed so just walked in to Nails 2000. The girls greeted me right away and asked me to sit for a minute. Then Kenny came in shortly after I sat down and took care of me. He was very nice, gave me a bottled water and make short work of gently removing the gel. The nail tech did a poor job on my pedicure other then the color. I was going out of town and had no time to go back. I called when I got back and talked with Mr.Le. He said that he was sorry and to come back and they would redo them! When I went in I did not feel welcome at all! They talked about me in their language, how inappropriate! The tech told me when she was done that I needed a pedicure. Why would I need another P when I just had two at their salon!? They acted like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. I am not hard up for $$$ and would never go so low as to do something like that!! I never asked them to do my nails over!!!!!!!!!!!!! They OFFERED!! I have been coming here for YEARS! As a regular I have notice how much I keep getting lesser quality customer service. During winter I called and requested an appointment at 5pm. Kenny asked I come in at 430. I took a half an hour off of work to make this apt. I wasn't even touched until 4:55. Last Thursday I came in and he said it would be about 20 min. And I waited for over 35. I left. TODAY...I come in giving one more chance and Kenny says 15 min. 20 min later.. I am not waiting anymore. This is the last time I come here. read more

This salon is still ok, but it's noticeably lacking in service. For the price, they used to be great. Now, there are multiple salons with better services for the same price. My favorite nail tech left and the newer girls are not very experienced and just don't do a great job. I was a regular here for about a year. I came back for the friendly staff and They knew me by name and remember how I like my nails done. I love that they talk to me and seem genuinely interested in chatting. They are all funny and in contrary to some reviews, I've never had a problem with attitude! Their color selection is great, but I left because I got a sneaky suspicion they were overcharging me. I noticed a price increase and thought nothing of it until it rose again and again. I'm a generous tipper, and I couldn't afford it anymore. I was also pretty upset when they split who does the services. After walking in the door the greeting we received was not so friendly and the first question asked was, "do you have an appointment". I'm very happy with the job they do on my nails here. I've gotten a pedicure before which was very nice, but my feet are so sensitive (ticklish), I usually just have my nails done. I always ask for Tammy and they always fit me in quickly (I reserve ahead of time). Her work is excellent. I confess I don't shop around for price so I can't say whether they are higher or lower than other salons. They are close to my home, always polite and helpful and Tammy does GREAT work. I have gone to many other salons where they do a great job and don't charge extra for taking off shellac for example. Needed my nails re done ASAP and my normal spot isn't open on Sundays so I went here. Employees were nice and greeted me. I asked for the powder dip nails, which they had. Recently been getting that done due to the fact that gel and shellac have ruined my nails in the past. The lady was nice, she was very fast. But she ended up using gel to finish. At the end the color was in my cuticles and randomly in spots outside of my nails on my fingers. She didn't take time to clean up around my nails such as the color and hang nails around. Can you give no stars? That would be what they deserve. They worst pedicure ever and I have gotten more than I could count. When I arrived there was a lady finishing up her pedicure and another lady finishing her nails. Then I was the only one there for about ten minutes. They got a group of four women all wanting pedicures. The guy doing mine said "be right back" a half hour later he returned and said all done. Well what happened to the lotion after sitting for 1/2 hour with now ice cold towels. I told him I thought he did a poor job and didn't finish. All he said was "you were on your phone, you okay. Mind you I wasn't talking to anyone just waiting for him to return. They charge a premium price and with all of the salons available go to any other salon. First I'll say Is I only come here for eyebrow wax, the rest of the services they offer you can get elsewhere for better and cheaper. The pedis are very short and not relaxing at all, it is like they are speeding through it. They are friendly workers. The other day I was in their for a fill and the girls were on this website reading all the reviews and debating it in their language while people waited to be helped at door and while people waited to pay. Seemed like they were more concerned about the reviews then the present people. Making an appt is wise but still don't count on getting right in, I've waited multiple times even with an appointment. I decided to take my sister and I to get our nails done while I am down on vacation. I am extremely disappointed with the job that they did on my nails. They were very rushed and was not filed the way they should have been. I have never seen such botched nails before and I have even gotten my nails done numerous times at this place and I have never had my nails look so bad and on top of that the service was very poor. I also found it very unsanitary and unprofessional that they use milk/water jugs as their trash cans, as well as not have enough equipment that they have to pass back and forth the light that sets the gel polish. For paying $50 a set you think they would have more equipment for all of their employees. Also the fact that the lady didn't get up to refill a product that was empty but instead asked the lady next to her that was with her own customer getting a pedicure to use the the product she had while she was wearing gloves for working on her customers feet. read more
