Nicest ladies! I do simple gel manicures and love them! I try to reservations because they can get really crowded.

I realize that there aren't many good reviews or recents ones either... I should have known better. I will post the end result so that you rate it for urself, but just want to add, that while she was filing my nails, she cut me 6 times, put GLUE on top of the cut, and I ended up with some of my fingers stuck to each other and some with glue around the cuticles. She got her finger stuck on the nail she was glueing, glued to my hand. The nails look horrible, tilted, chubby, not the right shape, the cuticles are TERRIBLE... and to make it even worse, I got charged $63 for a set of acrylic nails, the most I've ever payed to get my nails done EVER. They did not have anyone else in the store, not 1 customer, so they weren't in a rush. They showed me the pallets of colors and I picked one, they told me they were out of it, then pick another 2 and the same story, "they were out of it". This place used to be great but has clearly gone way down hill over the years. I visit this salon only a few times a year since I live out of state but it's obvious they no longer appreciate their clients. After 10+ years of visiting this salon I can honestly say that I'm never coming back and would never recommend this place to anyone read more

I have been going here for years, as it's local to me. The original owner of the chain of salons-Mr.Kim is a sweetie. The original manager Lilly has left, and that's a shame because she was always friendly and on top of things. Their workmanship is good, and lasts for awhile. The girls decent, some are nicer than others. There's this one pedicure chair ,with a massager, I could live in forever. Waxings are decent too. (I have gotten my eyebrows done here for years. If you need proof of this ,check out my profile pic., they're responsible for my brows.) Wait time is average,though at times can be a bit long. If you need to make yourself comfy ,or for a true spa experience, head to CVS pick yourself up a magazine, then head to Dunkin Donuts for a cup of coffee. read more

I went in for a full set coffin style nails. Nothing special done to it no design or gel. $42.50. I thought with $50 I'd be able to get a full set & pedi. Too pricey for basic nails. read more

in this salon they don't know what a perfect manicure is, they do it horribly, crookedly, they paint on the skin, the gel overlaps and they don't see anything.. I tell her you paint on the skin and not on the nail, she says everything is fine, I can not see anything, is this normal? the worst gel manicure in my life!!! I was passing by and decided to stop in. I was taken and sat down immediately. My pedicure was pleasant. My girl gave me a good massage when creaming my legs followed by a hot towel. She painted my toes nicely. My only complaint is that the nail polish selection is old and cracked. read more

This is by far the best "quality" manicure & more importantly pedicure you can get! I was a manicurist for 15 years and this is the ONLY place I have yet to complain when USING Jacqueline for pedicures & manicures. Coco Does an awesome job on manicures as well. I have been going to this place for the past 2/3 months and I love it. Been coming here for oever ten years now (Christ the time flies!) and I have to say, it really depends on which woman you go to to get your nails/eyebrows done. Some ladies hook me up real nice and others leave me wanting to cry. But this is the only place I trust with my hard to tame brows and unruly cuticles and they're not that expensive either. read more

I waited a half hour for a pedicure. Since they were busy, a few manicurists took over pedicures. They obviously were not familiar with the typical pedicures that are given here (usually, they are wonderful!). The woman put my feet in cold water, and could not turn the water jets on. She pretended that she knew was she was doing, but gave me a rushed pedicure (10 minutes), and was very rude when I confronted her about her speeding through the job. I was very upset by this since I come here often, and have even suggested the pedicures! Next time, I'll be sure to request someone that actually cares about the customers. read more

Ive been coming to this salon for years. Gina and the new lady with glasses doing pedicures are amazing, always so sweet and accommodating. Never came in for anything crazy, just a simple gel mani and pedi. Usually Coco would help me and I have no complaints about her but the new nail lady who is at the first desk when you walk in is the reason I will be finding a new salon. She asked me what color and I asked for a light gray. She brings back a dark pink so I politely show her the shade i was looking for and she gives me a nasty atitude and comes back again with the wrong color. I left it at that since I saw she was visibly annoyed. And although she has been doing my nails lately, she told Coco to take me. No problem, Coco is better anyways. But what really bothered me is that yesterday I go for my scheduled appointment & while I was waiting to be helped. She purposely took a customer that came in way after me. Her coworkers even told her I was next but she muttered something in Chinese and kept walking. Very rude, unprofessional and immature on her part. read more

Came to get my nails done. Wanted a pedicure and a full set. After waiting 45 minutes I was finally taken for a pedicure but then the lady that took me was told to do someone else before I got done even though I had already been waiting so long. I was sat to dry as I waited for someone to do my full set, I have now been there for almost 2 HOURS!!! I am then told that if I want a set I would have to wait an other half and hour. I would understand if they salon was crazy busy but there was no more then 4 other people on at the same time, that includes people drying their nails. I work in customer service so I believe in customers being satisfied at all costs. I would not recommend this nail salon. I would rather drive 45 minutes out of my way and make my well earned money be appreciated by the people providing the service. read more

Absolutely horrible, rude is all I can think of to describe the chubby asian woman that sits upfront, she is just nasty. The place is filthy and in dire need of updates. Chairs are broken and dirty. These women are downright rude and inconsiderate. When you come in no one acknowledges you, after asking for a manicure I was told yes pick a color and it would be a second. I sat down and ended up waiting 40 minutes. Just be honest with people and tell them how long the wait is. Why would you lie? I'll never come here again. They stop every 2 minutes to do someone's waxing. A 20 minute manicure turns into over an hour ordeal. read more
