I went to Wowo Salon on Saturday morning to get root touch up and highlights, I asked Alice should the base of my hair be chocolate brown or ash brown she say ash brown. And I also had a long layered cut . While the foils in my hair I got an awesome pedicure neat and pretty. Then once my hair was done I was so happy. I've been coming here as a loyal customer since the day they opened and I mentioned a while back I could find my card that says "10th one Free" I was told When I came back from the manager Sunny that She will honor it when I find it. Well I found it & even called in advance to confirm I can still use it. I asked to speak to the owner about it & a phone number. I did not get it except this name & no phone number to call. The last pic shows owners supposed name but they never added a phone number that I ask for to call them. You can clearly see on the new cards it's only $10 off and mine says 10th One Free. It is very dishonorable to lie to a repeated customer since day one & brought you many customers as well. She would only take $10.00 off. I felt betrayed as a loyal customer & send my friends, co-workers and neighbors here. This is horrible business bc I asked to speak to the owner and a lady was brought over to me pretending to be the owner. I was not granted my free visit meanwhile. Every time I go I spend around $100. I am so dissatisfied with the customer service and lied to on top of it. I actually had 2 more appointments for this week but I'm going to cancel now bc of the dishonesty. Pics below to prove That is says "10th One Free" P.S. The pedicure person cut me and I was bleeding. I was seeing stars & telling her to stop bc I was getting dizzy & nauseated. I had to say it 4 times before she stopped. Oh and Sunny is the Owner but she gave me a fake name of who the owner is. THIS IS THE WORSE NAIL SALON IN THIS 4 block radius... The so call manager is rude & disrespectful.. this salon is so slow at everything they do if you think 30 mins is a enough time for a pedicure wrong it takes 4 hours to get a pedicure and a fill in at this place and that's with an appointment. They do not know how to do any designs they argue with you about what you should get instead of doin what you want... ohh that's because they can't do what you want. I tried to give this place a a chance but 3 strikes is enough for me. When I'm spending 100.00 everytime I go respect what I want talk to me nice . Do not wast your whole day here getting annoyed and frustrated find somewhere else to go .. back to the drawing board for a new nail salon. read more

If I could give - 50 stars for this establishment than I would. The women are extremely rude and the place isn't even clean. My nails were all crooked and diff shapes (literally some square and some rectangle). While the woman was doing my nails I repeatedly told her to fix things and she pretended she understood but nothing changed. My nails were literally done crooked and were slanted. I went back to get my money back and was given attitude when in reality I was super calm and once the employee started to raise her voice I raised mine. Also, they're liars. I walked in and asked for the manager to which the employee responded that's me. All of a sudden when I asked for my refund the manager is in China and couldn't be reached because there's no service or telephones in China. (I cannot make this up she told me this.) The employees then started to yell in their language and I never even got an apology. Completely unprofessional and they're huge scammers. I will never recommend this place to others and I will make sure everyone knows not to go. My sisters wedding was the same week and I had no time for them to fix it so I went to the wedding with messed up nails. read more

Update after giving this place a solid try. Four different technicians, I have to update and say this place did not make the cut. The women are brand new, only one has done nails for a long time and they are trying to learn from her but practicing on full price paying clients. Yesterday was the last straw after an hour and a half my gel manicure was finished, it then needed to be correcting because there were grooves in the middle of the nails like small craters from the uneven polishing. While in there a women was getting a haircut and I arrived for the blowout portion. No joke this man had direct high heat on her hair for 1 hour. He kept going over and over the pieces that were burning and standing up. I came in for a trim and gel manicure yesterday but while observing this guy literally burn her hair off I declined. I got a pedicure here with a friend and I enjoyed my time. They were all super friendly and the service was great. I went after 6 and the wait was a little long but it wasn't too bad especially given the circumstance of corona. I got a spa pedicure the woman doing my feet was so nice and fast. I'd go back. The social distancing precautions include them putting a plastic in the tub, sterilizing tools after each use, gloves, mask and a plastic curtain separating myself and the person doing the pedicure. They deserve all my coins I enjoyed the service I will return again. read more

This salon is brand new, I had a great experience! I m visiting from California and needed a mani/ pedi and this place was close to where I was staying. The salon itself is nicely appointed and clean. The stations are hygienic and the nail technicians are very meticulous and accommodating. I was able to change my toe color with out a fuss and left with beautiful hands and feet. Definitely a gem in the neighborhood! read more

I tried this salon 4 times. The first time it was great, Joanne did my gel manicure, it lasted for 2+ weeks. The second time I went to Joanne, the gel manicure chipped THE NEXT DAY. I thought ok maybe it was a bad polish. I go to Vicky the next time, gel manicure, and it looked ok, there were some bubbles in the polish. Again I went back, I had Alice this time, and I was getting a gel manicure. The gel lifted literally the next day of MULTIPLE nails. Why am I paying $25 for a gel manicure that chips or lifts the next day? Do not waste your time by going here, there are PLENTY of better salons. read more

I live in NJ. My best friend asked me to join her one day several months ago for mani-pedi. I decided to try the SNS powder on my nails. They did an awesome job on both and pricing was affordable. My gel nails in the past lasted about 1 week max, now with the powder my nails look great for about 3 weeks. They are consistent and do a great job each time. They are all very nice and pleasant. I have also had my hair blow out twice and was very happy both times. The hairstylist consistently does a good job on customers. I watched her outcomes several times before I tried her and she did a great job. The place is clean and welcoming. Great affordable neighborhood salon, finally! I had a regular mani, pedi and then got my extra long hair shampooed and blown out all that for under $50 bucks. That was the promo price and even when it's not 20% off I will be back. It was a nice relaxing experience. All of the staff were great, professional and talented. The salon is clean and sanitary.
