If you want dipping powder, you'll get it with a gel setting. Kinda odd they charge you for dipping powder but use gel to set the dipping powder. Took almost 3 round of filings before I got frustrated and agreed to do a gel top coat to set the dip. Why advertise what you can't deliver? Not the best. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I walked in to get my nails done and everyone stared at me. Finally one of the techs came over and told me they couldn't take me cause they were too busy. So I left and called a little later to make an appointment. The lady over the phone asked me what I wanted and I told her the gel x, and that I was just there but they were busy. She told me to come back in 20 min. When I came back another lady approached me and told me they could not do my nails cause none of the nail techs wanted to do them. I explained to her that I called earlier and was told to comeback in 20 min. She said sorry but we can't do your nails cause the nail techs said none of them wanted to do them. I continued to ask why and all she kept saying was sorry. Meanwhile other customers where coming in and she had no problems taking them. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I honestly feel like I was discriminated against. This was very heart breaking. I hope my review helps someone else out there. read more

The most PAINFUL manicure I've gotten. I was cut several times and my nails were filed backward. So now on every nail I have indents and my nails are curving up towards the ceiling. My comments saying "ouch" weren't acknowledged at all. I left with achy hands and a not even close to relaxing experience. WOW can you believe this???? I took my 3 granddaughters on Friday afternoon to Nails 4 U. We were seated right away; there was only 1 other customer and at least 7 employees sitting around. ~I had a Pedi with Tiffany; she is a sweetheart and did a great job. ~My 2 high school age granddaughters got acrylics. ~THIS is what BLEW ME AWAY. My sweet 11 year old only wanted nails gel painted and one flower ($25 mind you). When she asked for the flower her lady said "we to busy". Granted by that time several clients had come in and they were getting busy. I then told the lady, "she would like a flower". The lady then said to me "I told her, we are to busy". I then asked the lady working on my other granddaughter and she also said they were to busy. She then proceeded to tell me, she was the only one in the entire shop that knew how to do flowers and she had an appointment waiting so "NO FLOWER TODAY" SHAME ON YOU, Nails 4 U, so RUDE, especially to a child paying full price. Nails 4 U & Spa was great. I went here after seeing the price for a mani/pedi was only $27. I didn't call ahead to schedule an appointment, so I wasn't sure if I would be attended to quickly. The inside was very clean and it was decorated nicely. After choosing my color, I was seated right away. One employee began working on my toes, the other on my feet. Both of them did a double coat of the polish, which was great. The only complaint I would have is that they did not have a drying machine, and you would have to wait a while in the seat for your nails to dry a bit before paying and leaving. They are meticulous about cleanliness.They use a spa cover for each client and they make sure they are using tools that have been thoroughly sanitized. I know that this should be a no-brainer, but I have been to some salons that reuse tools that have NOT been sanitized. I will stick with this salon for a while. Went in for a pedicure with french tips and french tip gel polish on my nails. I wanted polishes to match but they didnt. They had no problem corecting it so the can match and completely repolished my toes free of charge. Unfortunately i got charged for a full gel mani with french tips when i only asked for gel polish and not a full manicure. They stated when you get your cuticles cut it was a manicure. It was a misunderstanding i guess but an expensive one on my behalf . They had a great message chair. Total out the door $23 for a pedicure with french tips and $30 for gel manicure with french tips. $53 Total plus tip. read more

My two teenage daughters went in at 3pm both wanted acrylics and were told it would be about a 15min wait. They sat down 45 min late that started in my first daughter's acrylics. Then two more workers came in and two customers walked in and asked for the same thing and the two workers immediately took them and by passed my dtr who was now waiting for 1hr. When my dtr asked why she was skipped she was completely ignored and dismissed. I am appalled by the way this establishment would treat their customers. read more

Dishonest...period! Manicure = $15, Pedicure = $18. If you do both sign in front says $27. Then after you tell them what you want, they sit you down and hand you their "upsell" sheet. They show you the "upgraded" pedicure (which all it is, is a quote exfoliating lotion) for $22. So okay, $4 more since the regular pedicure is $18 and my girlfriend was getting the combo, $27+4=$31...WRONG. They don't tell you until you pay. They charge you the $15 PLUS $22! $37 for something any other place charges $25. I go with the $27 mani-pedi. The lady slaps the sheet on my lap. I tell her I just want the regular. She shows it to me again and I say, "just the $27 one". At that point from the look on her face, I should have passed on everything. It was absolutely the worst, weakest and shortest mani-pedi I every had. No massage. I told her 3 times to do it harder and finally stopped asking. I wasn't sitting in that chair more than 10 minutes. THEN, my daughter wants a mani-pedi. I go ahead and let her get the pedicure $18 plus full set $23. I understand this will be $41. Then when paying, they try to charge $28 for full set claiming they did something extra. That's when I got mad. I told her I was only paying $23 and she kept saying $28. She finally realized I let her screw me on the first two. It was principle at this point. They are lucky they got any tip at all. I will never go here again and I will tell everyone I know to not step foot in that place. And your Manager can save her BS 10% off reply. I wouldn't go back if you offered me everything for free. This has been my go to salon for dip manicures. After moving to the area I had a few negative experience away back salons. They've gone the extra mile when doing my nails. My nails are thin and frail and they've put extra powder to give me more strength. I've been pleased, they definitely try to work with me so that my manicures last longer. (Thin nails cause cracking easily) I've been pleased. Unfortunately Im only giving 2 stars because of 1 negative experience. I decided to wax my brows last visit. I was so upset. One was shorter, higher, thinner.. I have naturally nice shape to my brows I just needed them cleaned up.. she ruined them. And had the nerve to tell me they looked good.
