My thumb had already started chipping almost immediately after the appointment. Because I wasn't satisfied, I returned to ask if my concerns could be fixed. Instead of listening, the nail tech immediately argued that the look I wanted could only be achieved with Gel-X. This was confusing because I've had simple French tip gel manicures done at multiple other salons without any issues. I explained again that my main concerns weren't about the technique. It was the excessive thickness, uneven application, bumps, air bubbles, and lack of symmetry on all 5 fingers on my right hand. She then said she would file the nails thinner, but immediately started aggressively filing one of my pinky nails without paying attention to the shape or symmetry. It became noticeably uneven, and I had to stop her because I could clearly see it wasn't being corrected properly. At that point, she decided to remove the entire set and start over. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. I have a medical condition that weakens my skin barrier and cuticles, and the way she used the cuticle e-file was extremely painful. She also removed the gel very carelessly, leaving behind a significant amount of product residue instead of fully cleaning the nails. Throughout the entire experience, I never felt confident in her gel application technique. The polish remained thick, uneven, and lacked the smooth, refined finish I expected from a professional gel manicure. Despite the poor workmanship, the discomfort during the service, and having to return because of the quality, no refund was offered. I ultimately left without getting my nails redone there because I no longer trusted the quality of the work. This experience was disappointing from both a technical and customer service standpoint, and I will not be returning.

I decided to try out this place because I thought it had good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was pretty disappointing from start to finish. When I first walked in, two staff members just stared at me standing there without even acknowledging me, and didn't even smile back when I tried to be friendly. Eventually, another lady helped me out. Before scheduling or starting anything, I literally showed her a picture of the exact design and size I wanted and asked for the price, making sure to check beforehand because I had a strict budget. She looked at it and confirmed it would be $50. The lady who did my pedicure was wonderful, kind, and had no issues whatsoever. However, the nail tech who did my Gel-X set was a completely different story. During the manicure, she drilled way too close to my skin and actually burned me badly enough to leave a mark. When I flinched and said "ouch," she didn't even acknowledge me or apologize‍ she just turned and looked at the other technician, acting like nothing happened. No "Are you okay?", no apology, absolutely zero customer service. To top it all off, when it came time to pay, the price for the nails suddenly jumped from the agreed-upon $50 to $70 out of nowhere, bringing my grand total close to $100 including the pedicure. I had specifically clarified the cost beforehand so I wouldn't get hit with surprise fees. By the end of it, I left a minimal tip just for the wonderful pedicure lady. The gel-x tech didn't even say thank you and didn't even look at me--I'm assuming she was pissed off about the tip. I just said thank you anyway and left. I was ignored once again. RACIST PLACE!!!!! GINA THE OWNER IS A RACIST. The first time I went to this place was November 2024. I had a mani / pedi and had a fine experience with Tiffany. The second time I went May 2025 I had a different nail tech and she had no experience and didn't know how to do a basic mani or pedi. It was rushed and the paint job was horrible. I also had her repair one of my with acrylic. She put so much acrylic on the nail and it was all unevenly spread and bumpy. After I left I called the salon an hour later and spoke to Gina the owner and explained I wasn't happy with the end result and needed it to be fixed. She told me to come in the following morning (Mothers day) and she'd repair it for me. I went in and everything "seemed fine" she fixed the nail and I left. Little did I know she had blocked my number and put me on the DO NOT RETURN list. I tried calling the following week to make a new appointment and my calls kept getting blocked so I drove by the salon and was met with a very evil racist attitude from Gina the owner. She told me I complain too much (mind you I had only been to the salon 2 times so I was a new customer) and she told me no one can help me and that I should not come back to the salon again. She told me to find another salon. I was shocked! I tried to talk to her about it but she wasn't interested and eventually walked away from me to assist the non African American clients coming in. GOD FORBID YOU GET A BAD TECH AND KINDLY AND FOR THEM TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH. DONT GO TO THIS RACIST SALON!!! read more

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The owner Gina will cut a client if you even so much as say you need a nail fixed that was ruined by her beginner level nail techs. The minute you "complain" she will tell you never return to her salon again. Trust me from my own experience with this place. This is one salon I will NEVER GO TO AGAIN!!! They pretend to be very nice but the moment you say anything (please fix this, please file this more straight, please paint this missing side) literally ANYTHING, you will be told to go find another salon and never return to her salon again. read more

After my tech moved from another salon I have been on a hunt for a new place. I was going somewhere else but I didn't like the lack of options and the gel kept coming off. I tried this place today and I was pretty impressed. They took their time to get down the details of what I wanted and how. I also want to mention that the reason I had to wait longer was because Emily was finishing up another client before me that ended up taking about two hours total. While I was there, I unfortunately witnessed that client leave in a way that seemed like Emily was still trying to collect payment for the work she had just done. I could see the disappointment on her face, and it really stuck with me. As someone who works in healthcare, I know how it feels when people overlook the effort and care that goes into the work we do. I just wanted to send some good karma her way for the hard work she clearly puts into her craft. Despite that situation, Emily stayed completely professional, finished my nails beautifully, and went above and beyond by staying late. That kind of dedication deserves recognition. The biggest issue is the complete lack of transparency. I was told afterward that it was $70 for Gel-X and $25 for the design. Apparently customers are just supposed to find out the price after the service is already done. If a design costs an additional $25, that is something you communicate before starting, so the customer can decide whether they actually want to pay that much. What makes this even more frustrating is that I would not have chosen this design if I had known it was going to cost an extra $25. That should have been my choice to make BEFORE the service, not something I was informed of when it was time to pay especially when it was french tip with some polka dots that came out crooked. I have gotten the same type of service elsewhere for significantly less and had a much better experience. $95 is an absurd amount to pay for a set when the pricing isn't clearly communicated upfront. I left feeling completely taken advantage of. Customers deserve to know exactly what they're paying for before agreeing to a service. I will absolutely not be returning.
