Wasn't too big of a fan I got a pedi with my gal pals and the lady asked what color I told her and she started painting the color in shellac (30$ more)!!!! I told her no I didn't want it but she still did, then my friend and I got designs she wanted chevron she got tow measley squiggles and I wanted cheetah on half of my big toe. The stylist but a line through my toe and then polka dots like whaaaa?? I've been to places with better foot massages too, if I'm paying like $40 I want a good pedi I wouldn't go here again. read more

Warning if they're busy you'll get horrible service. Very expensive !!! They treat you like cattle and do not take your concerns seriously. I told the owner Brian I was not happy paying so much money and getting bad service, I was told not to leave a tip. When the rest of my party paid their bill and left a small tip, she was told by the owner " oh, your the nice one". Wtf. What kinda of people are they. I have never felt so unwanted in a nail salon in my life! The gel paint samples were not painted well enough to even determine the color. My friend needed a certain color to match her bridesmaid's dress and asked to see some of the colors better from the bottle. Upon requesting this, the man told her "what you see is what you get" and he wasn't even the one helping her. The man was doing my nails, a simple refill and polish change. Anytime he'd ask me a question, he'd seem irritated by my response. He made me feel like a burden for wanting my nails to be perfect (especially if for just a refill and polish change I'm paying $39). After I responded to one of his final questions, he told me basically to stop talking to him. The entire time we were there I felt the need to whisper to my friend next to me in order to not disturb the ones doing our nails. I've never been to such an unfriendly nail salon. I overpaid for the service provided and was treated in such a disrespectful way the entire process that I was on the verge of just walking out. I would suggest everyone to stay away from this place as they don't act like they want you there in the first place. read more

Worst experience I've ever had. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They told me I had no wait, but then ended up waiting 45 minutes. The woman started my nails, I was almost done it maybe would have taken her 5 minutes to finish. Instead she got up and left and was gone for over a half hour and didn't come back out. Extremely poor service. While getting pedicures at this location last week we were robbed at gunpoint in the salon. The robber did not take anything from them but took all of our possessions and it has been a nightmare for my family. They still made us pay for our services that day even though the reason why the robber got in was there fault through a propped open back door. Today I called down there thinking they should really refund us my money. The so called manager "John" would not give me any of money back and said he would give me store credit so "he could see who was robbing him now." Also, they don't obviously care about their customers because today their back door was propped open again. Why would you put your customers at risk again. I was told the owners name was Brian but he would not let me talk to him and hung up on me twice. Do not go to this place. They are so rude I will never go back! I went with my cousin they got really pissy from the moment we got there. I was trying to get an idea of the full set I haven't had my nails done in well over 10 years. I was trying to tell him what I wanted but he just grabbed my hand and had the worst attitude. I told him I wanted a feather on one and he snatched the model out of my hand and said later. I asked him if it was a long day. Trying to cut the tension everyone in there was so mean. The young girl was about to use a scraper that was used by someone else and was dirty until I looked up and she put it down went to get another one. This was disgusting. Went in today, half way through my nails the guy told me that the price went up from $20 to $35. Then when I went to pay he said it was another $1 to pay with a card. When he took my card and asked for a tip I told him no tip. He then called me trash and threw my receipt at me. Although my nails look great, I won't be going there again, I need a place that has prices posted so they can't change them halfway through. read more

I have been going to this salon monthly for over 1 year. I have had sporadic luck with my nails looking good one time and looking crap the next. The gel was always peeling off by the 2 weeks mark. The last few times I have been in, I've had horrible service. The owner seems to be more concerned with his Tesla and whatever is on his phone. He can be extremely rude. The music or tv are too loud. The shop is kind of dingy. There are NEVER enough employees to handle customers. The second time before the last time I went, there were 8 or 9 customers in the store but only 3 employees until one came back with her child. I waited 45 minutes and left. The last time I went, there was a young man working and a couple of customers. He couldn't give me a time frame for the wait on my services. He appeared to be the only one there. They messed up my nails. They cut my skin skin several times while trying to file them down. My nails were thick and clumpy! I had them stop and told them I will go have them taken off. Another tech tried to fix them. After all that they still charged me full price for messed up nails that I had to get removed! Horrible place! read more

I have been a customer at Nails 4 U for over 4 years and the customer service has gone down hill rapidly. Brian repeatedly tells phone customers that he is the best in the business, but once you get there, you will wait for a very long time. The two times I have gotten a pedicure I was "scrubbed" so hard that my skin was broken and I was scarred. Do NOT get a pedicure at Nails 4 U! I have been shuffled from technician to technician just to get customers through, and it isn't fair to us "faithful" customers. Recently, I was told to wait only 10 minutes for a nail refill and after 25 minutes (and three other customers being served before me...even after they arrived after me), I left. Brian didn't try to stop me, or apologize. I will NOT return. Like I said, the customer service has gone down hill considerably and they move people through like cattle. read more

My sister and I walked in yesterday morning and asked a worker how long the wait would be for two pedicures, and he told us there was no wait. We picked our colors and sat down in the massage chairs. We put out feet in the water and it was so cold, not relaxing at all! After a few minutes of waiting I noticed that there were only two women working on pedicures, and there were already two customers ahead of us. We waited patiently for another 15 minutes, then we asked the first worker we spoke to how much longer the wait would be. We explained that we need to meet a friend in 40 minutes, and he assured us that there was another employee on her way to help out. 15 minutes later the employee arrived and we were finally attended to. Additionally, the whole time we were waiting we could hear crying children in the back room. I understand that it is difficult to find reliable, trustworthy, and affordable childcare, but a nail salon is no place for children to stay. After waiting almost 40 minutes for what should have been a "no wait" pedicure, the two ladies who worked on us rushed through our pedicures. On the one hand I was grateful that they tried to have us done in time to meet out friend, but I would have preferred that the first worker would have been honest about the long wait was going to be. If we would have known how much of a hassle this would have been we would have never stayed. read more

If I could give this salon a negative rating I would! It was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had at ANY business/salon. First the owner that did my sisters nails left her 1/2 way done to have a meeting for inspections. We heard him screaming at someone in the backroom! He made a huge scene PUSHING the inspection lady out the door. Then proceeded to tell us he was fined $800! He was yelling racial slurs about the inspection lady being racist because she is "robbing a pore Asian man". After that unprofessional display he argued with my sister about how she wanted her nails. Wouldn't finish her set and had someone else paint them. Her paint had bubbles and she asked for it to fixed. Then A THIRD nail tech went to fix it! The 3rd tech was angry that she complained and kept on yanking her fingers and being incredibly hostile!!! I had to step in because this employee was so disrespectful. She started yelling...stomped to the backroom and SLAMMED THE DOOR leaving my sisters nails unfinished. I told them we would NEVER come back and they should NEVER treat paying costumers that way. You would think the owner would be apologetic for the way we were treated. But he wasn't at all. I didn't tip and as we were leaving he yelled "thanks for the tip" out the door to us. Such a freaking joke. Go somewhere else!!! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I went here on my lunch break with a coworker. I asked while I was there if there were enough people to do a mani and a pedi. I was told no and I was fine with that. The girl that was doing my pedi told me that I could paint my own nails if I wanted. I did that, but once I started I could hear the two older women working there talking about my situation in their native language. They never spoke to me, but I knew they were discussing my mani situation. I didn't think much of it, finished my pedi (same time as my coworker, we had the exact same service besides me painting my own nails) and went to pay. My co worker was being charged $26 but I was being charged $33. I asked why, they told me it was $7 to use their polish. This was never disclosed to me. I told them I would not pay that, as they didn't inform me of the charge. They said they would be okay with $5. Again I said no, and followed that with "if I have to take it off I will". One of the older women came out of nowhere and GRABBED MY HAND and proceeded to attempt to remove the nail polish. I pulled my hand away from her and removed the polish myself. I am truly in shock. I frequent this establishment with my coworker. I will NEVER come here again and I will make sure that all my friends and everyone I work with know to avoid this salon. read more

Worst nail place I have ever been to. I literally made a yelp account just to warn everyone. I'm usually not one to complain but this is what it's come to. Overpriced & sure as hell not worth it. Called to check the pricing and they said $25 in the middle of getting my nails done they said it was $35 and said if I wanted to keep doing it. Of course, I wasn't going to stop then? I don't care to pay what people charge, but they were being so rude and disrespectful. Keep in mind, I was being polite. So that was totally uncalled for. I'd rather pay $50 were I would get treated nicely. They said it was a "free country" and they could treat us however they wanted. I've never been treated so badly in my life. If I could I would give zero stars. This place is very unsanitary. I came in to get a pedicure with my sister. They put her in her chair and tub, and when I got to my chair and tub there was a BIG chunk of black hair and goop floating in my water. I work in the spa industry and I know if one thing isn't clean then most likely everything else isn't clean. So I politely declined my pedicure. The lady kept begging me telling me only one person had been in that day. I'm sorry but I'm not going to feel bad when their place is obviously not taken care of. They didn't accommodate anything for me as I sat there hanging out with my sister while she got hers done. Then the manager came in so they asked me to move?! Are you kidding me? So then I decided to tell the manager how I was mistreated. And he started yelling at me! I've never had a manager yell at a client. I was appalled.
